Description
Claims (7)
- 移動自在な変速部材(5)からなる変速装置であって、前記変速部材(5)によって前記変速装置が変速され得るものであり、前記変速部材はアクチュエータによって動かされるシフトフォーク部(4)によって移動自在となり、前記アクチュエータはモータ若しくはギア付きのモータ(3)、シャフト(2)、ゲート部及びスプリング圧縮部を有し、前記シャフトの回転運動は前記ゲート部によって前記シフトフォーク部の移動に変換される変速装置であって、前記ゲート部(14)が前記シフトフォーク部(4)に対する回転を固定されて接続されているスリーブ(13)に形成されており、前記スリーブは前記シフトフォーク部(4)に前記スプリング圧縮部(24)を介して前記移動方向に作用し、前記シャフト(2)は前記スリーブ(13)を貫通し、前記ゲート部と協働するラジアル方向に突出するフィンガ部(11)を有していることを特徴とする変速装置。
- 前記シフトフォーク部(4)は、前記スリーブ(13)及び前記スプリング圧縮部(24)を覆って支持表面(34)を有するハウジング(8)を形成し、前記支持表面(34)によって前記シフトフォーク部(4)は前記シャフト(2)上で前記移動方向に案内されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速装置。
- 前記スリーブ(13)は圧縮スプリング(24)に囲まれており、前記圧縮スプリング(24)の終端巻き部(26)は前記ハウジング(8)の内部の段差(30)と協働することを特徴とする請求項2記載の変速装置。
- 前記スリーブ(13)は、案内部(17)と両端部に各1つある翼部(18、18')とからなる保持ヨーク(16)に固着されており、前記案内部(17)は前記シフトフォーク部(4)の前記ハウジング(8)上の前記長手方向に延びる案内表面(37)に案内され、前記2つの平行翼部(18、18')は前記スリーブ(13)の両端部領域に固定接続され、前記圧縮スプリング(24)が前記平行翼部(18、18')の間に受け入れられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の変速装置。
- 前記圧縮スプリング(24)の前記周辺ゾーン(25)が前記ラジアル方向に前記翼部(18、18')を超えて突出して前記ハウジング(8)内の段差部(30)と協働し、よって前記圧縮スプリング(24)が予め圧縮されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の変速装置。
- 前記スリーブ(13)と前記保持ヨーク(16)との間において、円周方向を固定する接続が長手溝部(23)内に係合するノーズ部(20)によって確立され、移動方向を固定する接続が襟部(21)とスプリングリング(22)とによって確立されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の変速装置。
- 前記シャフト(2)からラジアル状に突出する前記フィンガ部(11)は、前記ゲート部(14)と協働する回転自在なジャーナルローラ(12)をその端部に有していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の変速装置。
