Description
Claims (28)
- 一体化した内側の不浸透性層と、樹脂含浸可能材料の1以上の外側の層を有する、ある長さの現場硬化型ライナーを連続的に作成する方法において、
1つの表面に接合された不浸透性層を有する、ある長さの樹脂含浸可能材料を提供し、
前記長さの樹脂含浸可能材料を第1の方向へと供給し、前記長さの材料を、その外側に不浸透性層を有する管形に形成し、
前記長さの樹脂含浸可能材料の長手方向の縁部同士を結合して管状部材を形成し、
前記管状部材における接合された長手方向の縁部を封止し、
前記外側の層が前記樹脂含浸可能材料となるように、第2の反対方向において前記管状部材をそれ自体の中へと反転させ、そして、
その内部に一体化した不浸透性層を有する前記管状部材を連続的に取り出すようにした方法。 - ほぼ平面状とされる不浸透性フィルムの供給部を提供するステップと、
前記不浸透性フィルムを前記管状部材の周りに配置するステップと、そして、
前記不浸透性フィルムを、第1の管状部材の周りで管状に巻き付けて封止するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記不浸透性フィルムで巻き付ける前に、前記管状部材を含浸させるステップを含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂含浸可能材料に樹脂を含浸させるために、前記管状部材を樹脂槽に通過させることによって、前記樹脂含浸可能材料を含浸させるステップを含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透性フィルムを、前記樹脂槽を出ていく内側の管状部材と同じ方向に供給し、前記管状部材に巻き付け、前記不浸透性フィルムを封止する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ほぼ平面状とされる不浸透性フィルムの供給部を提供するステップと、
前記含浸された管状部材を、前記不浸透性フィルムの内側不浸透性膜で巻き付けるステップと、そして、
前記不浸透性フィルムを、樹脂含浸可能な管状部材の周りで管状に巻き付けて封止するステップを含んでいる請求項4に記載の方法。 - ある長さをもった1つ以上の樹脂含浸可能材料を追加して提供するステップと、
前記追加される樹脂含浸可能材料を、内部に不浸透性層を有する樹脂含浸可能材料の前記管状部材の周りに供給するステップと、そして、
前記追加される樹脂含浸可能材料を、その内側に不浸透性層を有する第1の管状部材の周りで管状に接合するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。 - ほぼ平面状とされる不浸透性フィルムの供給部を提供するステップと、
前記管状部材を、前記不浸透性フィルムの内側不浸透性膜で巻き付けるステップと、そして、
前記不浸透性フィルムを、前記樹脂含浸可能な管状部材の周りで管状に巻き付けて封止するステップを含んでいる請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記不浸透性フィルムで巻き付ける前に、前記管状部材を含浸させるステップを含んでいる請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂含浸可能材料に樹脂を含浸させるために、前記管状部材を樹脂槽に通過させることによって、前記樹脂含浸可能材料を含浸させるステップを含んでいる請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透性フィルムを、前記樹脂槽を出ていく内側の管状部材と同じ方向に供給し、前記管状部材に巻き付け、前記不浸透性フィルムを封止する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透性フィルムを、前記樹脂槽を出ていく内側の管状部材と同じ方向へ供給し、管状部材に巻き付け、不浸透性フィルムを封止する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記外側の不浸透性フィルムを、熱及び圧力によって縁部封止装置で封止する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記外側の不浸透性フィルムを、熱及び圧力によって縁部封止装置で封止する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記外側の不浸透性フィルムを、熱及び圧力によって縁部封止装置で封止する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第1の長さの樹脂含浸可能材料が、該樹脂含浸可能材料及び不浸透層の長手方向の縁部を縫合することによって管状部材に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不浸透性材料のテープで前記した長手方向の縁部を覆うようにして該テープを取り付けることにより、前記縫い目を封止する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 一体化した内側の不浸透性層と、一層以上の樹脂含浸可能材料を有する、ある連続した長さの現場硬化型ライナーであって、
ある長さの樹脂含浸可能材料であって、外側が不浸透性層となるように形成される管の一方の面に接合された該不浸透性層を有する材料を用いて形成されるとともに、
前記長さの材料の、長手方向における縁部同士を結合して封止することで管状部材が形成され、該部材が反転されて外側の層が前記樹脂含浸可能材料となるように形成された現場硬化型ライナー。 - 前記樹脂含浸可能材料の層の周りに、樹脂含浸可能材料の1層以上の追加的な層を含んでいる、請求項18に記載のライナー。
- 前記管状部材が樹脂に含浸された、請求項18に記載のライナー。
- 前記長さの樹脂含浸可能材料が、前記長手方向の縁部を縫合することによって、管状部材に形成される、請求項18に記載のライナー。
- 不浸透性材料のテープで前記長手方向の縁部を覆うように該テープを取り付けることによって、前記管状部材が封止される、請求項18に記載のライナー。
- 一体化した内側の不浸透性層と、樹脂含浸可能材料の1層以上の外側の層を有する、ある長さの現場硬化型ライナーを連続して作成するための機械装置において、
開放された近接端部及び開放された遠位端部を有する管状部を備えた管形成用アセンブリと、
1つの表面に接合されて一体化した不浸透性層を有する、ある長さの樹脂含浸可能材料を、その外側が不浸透性層とされた状態で前記管形成用アセンブリの近接端部へと供給するための駆動ローラーと、
管状部材の長手方向の縁部を、前記管形成用アセンブリの管状部の周囲で結合するための結合手段と、そして、
前記管状部材をそれ自体の中へと、前記管形成用アセンブリの遠位端部の周りで反転させ、該管状部材がその内側に不浸透性層を有するように、前記管状部の開口した近接端部から該管状部材を連続的に取り出すための駆動手段と、を備えた機械装置。 - 前記管状部の近接端部が、その下半分から上半分へ遠位端部の方向に傾斜している、請求項23に記載の機械装置。
- 前記結合手段が縫製機械である、請求項23に記載の機械装置。
- 前記結合手段が火炎接着装置である、請求項23に記載の機械装置。
- 封止手段がテープ・ディスペンサである、請求項23に記載の機械装置。
- 封止手段が、不浸透性材料のストリップを、前記管状部材の接合された縁部上に付着させるための押し出し成形機である、請求項23に記載の機械装置。
