Abstract
【解決手段】 この課題は、メタン含有ガス、特に天然ガスから水素を製造する方法において、該ガス中に含まれる炭化水素を改質器において水蒸気によって接触的に水素、一酸化炭素および二酸化炭素に分解しそして生じた一酸化炭素を、水蒸気での後続の転化反応段階において二酸化炭素と水素への接触的転化反応を行い、その際に二酸化炭素をガス洗浄によって、転化されたガス流から除去しそして洗浄した水素リッチガス流を次いで圧力スイング吸着装置において水素よりなる生成物ガス流と排ガス流とに分離しそして該排ガス流を、ガス洗浄の後にガス流から分流される水素と一緒に、実質的に炭素不含の燃料ガスとして改質器(4)に導入しそしてそこで燃焼させることを特徴とする、上記方法によって解決される。

該二酸化炭素量は転化反応段階において一酸化炭素転化反応によって一般に約16容量%(乾燥)の濃度に更に増加する。この二酸化炭素量は燃焼室の煙突を通して、追加的な炭素含有燃料の燃焼によって生じる二酸化炭素と一緒に大気中に達する。

Claims (6)
- メタン含有ガス、特に天然ガスから水素を製造する方法において、
該ガス中に含まれる炭化水素を改質器(4)において水蒸気によって接触的に水素、一酸化炭素および二酸化炭素に分解しそして生じた一酸化炭素を、水蒸気での後続の転化反応段階において二酸化炭素と水素への接触的転化反応を行い、
その際に二酸化炭素をガス洗浄(7)によって、転化されたガス流(8)から除去しそして洗浄した水素リッチガス流(10)を次いで圧力スイング吸着装置(11)において水素よりなる生成物ガス流(12)と排ガス流(13)とに分離しそして
該排ガス流(13)を、ガス洗浄(7)の後にガス流(10)から分流される水素(14)と一緒に、実質的に炭素不含の燃料ガスとして改質器(4)に導入しそしてそこで燃焼させる
ことを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 転化反応段階のために、中程度の温度で運転される転化反応器(5)または高温転化反応器(5’)を後続の低温転化反応器(5”)と併用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス洗浄(7)において工業的に純粋の二酸化炭素(18)を分離し、それを工業的用途に利用するか、または食品工業で使用可能な品質を有する生成物(21)に更に加工する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施する装置において、該装置が
ガス状炭化水素を水蒸気で接触的に分解するための、燃焼室(3)を装備えた少なくとも1つの改質器(4);
一酸化炭素を水蒸気で接触的に二酸化炭素および水素に接触的に転化するための、少なくとも1つの転化反応器(5)を用いる転化反応段階;
転化反応段階を離れるガス流(8)から二酸化炭素を分離するためのガス洗浄器(7);および
燃焼室(3)に循環するガス導管(17)が吸着装置から流出するガス流で改質器を加熱するために連結されている、水素(12)単離用の後続の圧力スイング吸着装置(11)
を装備しており、その際にガス洗浄装置(7)を離れる水素リッチガス流(10)の一部(14)を改質器(4)の燃焼室(3)に循環するための追加的設備(19)を備えていることを特徴とする、上記装置。 - 転化反応段階が、中位の温度で運転される転化反応器(5)または高温転化反応器(5’)を後続の低温転化反応器(5”)と一緒に装備する、請求項4に記載の装置。
