Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a machining apparatus that performs machining by spraying a cutting fluid containing microbubbles onto a cutting tool and a workpiece.
However, when the blade is thin, in addition to the vibration in the radial direction of the preferred blade, an undesirable bending vibration in the direction orthogonal to the surface of the blade occurs. Further, when the blade is held by the flange, a bending vibration is generated in which the flange portion in contact with the blade becomes a node. Further, when the blade comes into contact with the workpiece to be cut, more complicated vibrations are generated, deteriorating the machining accuracy of the workpiece, reducing the machining speed, and increasing the consumption of the grindstone.
The present inventor has conducted various research studies in order to solve the problems of the above-described cutting apparatus using ultrasonic vibration. And it devised to solve said problem by making the cutting fluid of a machining apparatus contain a microvalve. When the microbubbles are broken by pressure from the blade and the workpiece, a micro jut flow is generated. Using the energy of the microjet flow, it is possible to remove the workpiece and the cut material adhering to the blade. Further, since the microvalve is charged, the removed cut material can be adsorbed and taken out to the outside. By doing so, the blade can always maintain the cutting ability.
An object of the present invention is to provide a machining apparatus that uses microbubbles as a cutting fluid to solve the above-mentioned problems.
The present invention performs cutting by spraying a cutting fluid containing microbubbles onto a cutting tool and a workpiece in a machining apparatus.
The present invention is also that the diameter of the microbubbles is 50 μm or less.
The machining apparatus and the machining method of the present invention can improve machining accuracy and machining speed of the workpiece and reduce tool consumption by including microbubbles in the cutting fluid.
A first embodiment of the invention is illustrated by the side view of FIG. 1 and the schematic diagram of FIG. A
A method for generating microbubbles will be described with reference to the schematic diagram of FIG. Inside the cutting
Specific examples of the microbubble generator include the following.
(1) Two-fluid nozzle The two-fluid nozzle has a gas introduction hole adjacent to a liquid introduction hole that opens in the mixing chamber. The pressurized liquid is vigorously ejected from the liquid introduction hole into the mixing chamber, and the gas is sucked from the gas introduction hole by the negative pressure generated from the fluid energy of the injected liquid. Then, gas is mixed with the liquid flow to form a gas-liquid mixed flow containing microbubbles.
(2) Gas Disperser Using Porous Body A porous body such as an air stone has a large number of pores communicating with each other, and some of the pores are opened on the surface of the porous body. When a gas is introduced into the porous body while the porous body is immersed in the liquid, the gas passes through the pores and becomes fine bubbles from the surface of the porous body and is released into the liquid. Therefore, if the pore diameter is reduced, microbubbles having a desired diameter can be generated. A film-like gas dispersion material may be used as the porous body.
(3) Gas-liquid stirrer The gas-liquid stirrer has a stirring member such as a screw arranged in the liquid, and rotates the stirring member at high speed while supplying the gas into the liquid, and exists as bubbles in the liquid. Stir the gas. Thereby, the bubble in a liquid is refined | miniaturized and a microbubble is produced | generated.
Gases that form microbubbles include air, ozone, carbon dioxide and oxygen.
Next, an operation method of the
The role of the cutting fluid is to cool the frictional heat generated between the
Consider the action of cutting fluid containing microbubbles. A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to a side view of the polishing
On the other hand, the annular elastic body to which the
Moreover, it arrange | positions so that the cutting

A method of operating the polishing
Cutting
Removal of the workpiece from the workpiece and the grindstone with the cutting fluid containing microbubbles reduces the frictional force generated between the grindstone and the workpiece, thus improving the machining accuracy of the workpiece and Reduce wear.
The conventional role of the cutting

The above has improved the machining performance by using microbubbles in the cutting fluid during machining, but in order to bring out the characteristics of the microbubbles, ultrasonic vibrations were applied to the cutting tool, and the microbubbles contacted the cutting tool.
