【課題】本発明は、鑑定士でなくても容易に絵画の真贋を見極めることを課題とした。

発明の詳細な説明
本発明は、絵画の真贋を鑑定士の眼力に頼っていたものを絵画作家の描く作品の色の流れ、分布、濃度等に注目し、この人の指紋のような描写時の癖のため、巧妙な贋作を創ろうとしても絵画作品をカラー分解して特徴的な色版のアミ点を数値化することによって真贋を機械（コンピュータ）によって容易に鑑定するものである。
従来，絵画の真贋の分析は、鑑定士の眼力に頼っていた。
 発明が解決しようとする課題
従来の技術でも述べたように、絵画の真贋の見極めは鑑定士の独壇場であったが、鑑定士でない人にも機械を使って簡単に鑑定ができるようにするものである。
課題を解決するための手段
上記課題を解決するために、絵画をカラー分解機にかけることによりデータを数値化し解析する。
（イ）図１は絵画をカラー分解するところである。
（ロ）図２はカラー分解後の特殊色版をセレクトし、コンピュータ内で数値化する。
（ハ）図３は予め作家の絵画をデータベース化されているものと比較し真贋を鑑定する。
 発明の効果
本発明は、上記の通りに構成されているので次の効果を奏する。
請求項１については絵画をカラー分解機にかけて、絵画の特徴的な色の流れ、分布、濃度データをセレクトする。
請求項２については、絵画に特殊性のある特色がある場合、特色版のデータをセレクトする。
請求項３については数値化されたデータを予め本物の絵画データを予め本物の絵画の数値データをコンピュータで比較分析する。
絵画をカラー分解する。 その絵画のもつ特殊性を反映する色版をセレクトし、そのデータを数値化する。 本物の絵画データと比較する。

Claims (3)

  1. 絵画をカラー分解機にかけることにより、その絵画のもっている特徴的な特定の色の流れ・分布・濃度データをセレクトする。
  2. 絵画の使用色に特殊性がある場合、特色版を加えて特色用の分解データをセレクトする。
  3. 本物の絵画を予めデータベース化しておき対象絵画の分解データと比較解析して真贋を鑑定する。
