本発明は以上の構成であり、以下この使用方法について説明する。
図２のように後部支持脚（９）を固定される位置まで開脚し、ギター（Ｇ）の下部を各スライド式ギター下部受け部（３）、（４）に載せ、後部支持脚（９）上部の吸盤（１０）に接するようにギター（Ｇ）を斜に立てて使用する。

本ギタースタンドを当該ギターから取外す場合は、後部支持脚（９）を所定角度４５°以上後方に回転させると、吸盤（１０）が当該ギターの背面上部より外れ、同ギターの背面下部に接している吸盤３ケ（６）、（７）、（８）も簡単に外れやすくなる。
上記の図３でも説明したが図４の示すとうりに、本発明ギタースタンドは後部支持脚（９）が所定角度回転し、演奏や移動に邪魔ならない。
