Abstract
【解決手段】比較的多量の5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物;金属硝酸塩;および水を含む殺微生物剤組成物。組成物は任意に塩化マグネシウムを含有してもよい。殺微生物剤組成物は、(a)5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物25〜40%;(b)金属硝酸塩5〜30%;および(c)水:を含む。

Description
塩酸塩からの30%水性CMI/MI溶液の製造
磁気撹拌棒、pHプローブ、熱電対、スクリューフィード滴下漏斗および水冷式凝縮器を備えた100mLジャケット付き釜中に、46.3gの40%水性硝酸マグネシウム、7.3gの水およびCMI/MI混合物の塩酸塩(35g、0.197モル)を入れた。温度を25℃〜30℃の間に維持しつつ、酸化マグネシウムでスラリーをpH2.0に中和した。
前記の方法により製造されたサンプルを0.5oz(15mL)バイアル中に分け、55℃で4週間貯蔵した。サンプルを4週間で採取し、残存する当初のCMI/MIの%(AI残存)について分析した。結果を、配合物の初期CMI/MI含量(%AIi)、Mg(NO3)2の%(%MN)、使用されたMgOに基づく配合物中のMgCl2の%(%MC)、差により決定される水の%とともに以下に表にする。
工業グレードCMI/MIからのCMI/MI水溶液の製造
磁気撹拌棒および熱電対を備えた100mLジャケット付き釜中に、50.0gの40%水性硝酸マグネシウム、20.0gの水および30.0gの工業グレードCMI/MIを入れた。混合物を25℃〜30℃ですべてのCMI/MIが溶解するまで撹拌した。溶液を60℃で3時間加熱処理し、冷却し、濾過して、97.5gの生成物を得た。幾つかのサンプルにおいて、塩化マグネシウムを30%水溶液として添加した。結果を55℃で4週間貯蔵されたサンプルについて以下に示す。この方法により、特により高い%H2Oで製造されたサンプルについて、より高い%MNが必要とされる。
中和後に硝酸マグネシウムを添加することによる高濃度CMI/MIの製造 CMI/MIの塩酸塩を酸化マグネシウムで中和し、かつ硝酸マグネシウム六水和物を中和後にのみ添加する場合(MN 6H2O after)または40%硝酸マグネシウムを中和後にのみ添加する場合(40%MN after)、表示された高濃度を達成するために中和前に次の固形分が必要である。異なる%AIおよび%MN含量を有する生成物について、実施例1におけるように40%MNの前添加に必要な%固形分(MN before)とともに表にする。約45%を超える固形分を有する混合物はよく撹拌できない。MNの後添加による高AI含量を有する混合物の製造は実行不可能である。40%MNの前添加について、あらゆる場合において中和前の固形分はより低い。
Claims (10)
- (a)5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物25〜40%;
(b)金属硝酸塩5〜30%;および
(c)水:
を含む殺微生物剤組成物。 - 5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物27〜37%、ならびに金属硝酸塩5〜27%を有する請求項1記載の組成物。
- 8〜13%の塩化マグネシウムをさらに含む請求項2記載の組成物。
- 30〜55%の水を有する請求項3記載の組成物。
- 5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンと2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンとの重量比が4:1〜1:1である請求項4記載の組成物。
- 5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物30〜37%;および金属硝酸塩7〜22%を有し;組成物が実質的に臭素酸、ヨウ素酸、過ヨウ素酸またはそれらの塩を含まない、請求項5記載の組成物。
- (a)5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物18〜35%;(b)金属硝酸塩5〜30%;および(c)水:を含む殺微生物剤組成物を製造する方法であって;
(i)5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの塩酸塩を金属硝酸塩および水の溶液に添加して、水性混合物を形成し;および
(ii)酸化マグネシウムを水性混合物に添加して、塩酸塩を中和すること:
を含む方法。 - 組成物が5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物20〜33%;金属硝酸塩10〜27%;および塩化マグネシウム6〜13%を有する請求項7記載の方法。
- 組成物が実質的に臭素酸、ヨウ素酸、過ヨウ素酸またはそれらの塩を含まない請求項8記載の方法。
- 組成物が4:1〜1:1の5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンと2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの重量比を有する請求項9記載の方法。
