Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a siphon drainage system, and more particularly, to an improvement of a siphon drainage system having a water storage section for a large amount of drainage at a time.
However, in a watering device such as a kitchen, washing machine, unit bath, etc., in which a large amount of water flows at once, the drainage may overflow before the siphon force is generated in the siphon drain pipe. For example, in the case of a unit bath, when drainage in a bathtub is performed, if siphon generation is slow, water may overflow from the drainage outlet on the washing station side.
For this reason, the present inventor has already proposed a drainage system having a water storage part in the drainage circuit in order to collect a large amount of wastewater once, and enables drainage from a plurality of watering devices to the water storage part. In this drainage system, siphon force is generated in the drainage circuit after the water storage section.
This siphon drainage system with a water storage part is extremely effective, and the great advantage is that the arrangement of watering equipment can be performed almost freely by adjusting the capacity of the water storage part even if the distance between the drainage stack and the watering equipment is long. However, it has been pointed out that further examination is required in actual use, for example, the arrangement of the water storage part at the time of construction, and further the noise reduction at the time of drainage.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an outline of the improved siphon drainage system. A connecting pipe 3 from a
As described above, it is preferable to increase the effective capacity of the water storage unit 1 as much as possible, but the height is limited because it is placed between the floor F and the slab S, and the connection position of the
On the other hand, in order to maintain the capacity of the water storage unit 1, it is preferable to connect the
As an improvement in drainage noise, a proposal has been made to join a siphon
However, when the water level in the water storage unit 1 is lowered and the water level is lower than the tip 7a of the siphon
An object of the present invention is to provide a siphon drainage system in which the effective capacity of the water storage unit 1 is increased as much as possible and the drainage noise is reduced, and a slab having a small allowable range between the slab S and the floor F is provided. A system suitable for the pace is established.
The gist of the present invention consists of a drainage stack, a connection pipe from a watering device, a water storage part connected to the connection pipe, and a siphon drainage pipe connected to the water storage part. A siphon drainage system having (Hs), comprising a siphon force adjustment pipe having a tip at a predetermined height in the reservoir and a base end joined to the siphon drain pipe, and an upper part of the siphon drain pipe and siphon force adjustment It is a siphon drainage system provided with a water storage section, characterized in that the tip position of the pipe is substantially the same horizontal position.
Specifically, it comprises a drainage stack, a connection pipe from a watering device, a water storage part connected to the connection pipe, and a siphon drainage pipe connected to the water storage part. A siphon drainage system comprising a water storage section that is connected to the drainage stack with (Hs), and that has a siphon force adjustment pipe with the distal end kept at a predetermined height in the water storage section and the base end joined to the siphon drain pipe. The connection between the siphon drain pipe and the water storage section is connected to a position straddling the bottom and side of the water storage section, and 5-20 mm above the position where the siphon drain pipe is connected to the water storage section. A siphon drainage system having a water storage part, wherein the upper part of the siphon drainage pipe after offset and the tip position of the siphon force adjustment pipe are arranged at a position of −10 to +30 mm. It is hunt thing.
According to the present invention, even when the space between the slab and the floor is narrow, the effective capacity of the water storage section can be made relatively large, the siphon start time is relatively early, and a system that can reduce drainage noise has been completed. It is.
First, in terms of drainage noise, the noise that air is trapped from the merging section is eliminated by setting the upper part of the siphon drain pipe and the tip position of the siphon force adjusting pipe at substantially the same position. That is, by making both levels substantially equal, when the water level in the reservoir decreases and falls below the tip of the siphon force adjustment pipe, the siphon is terminated, and then no siphon is generated. It no longer occurs.
If the water level in the water storage unit drops, the conventional system will cause the siphon to be cut once, but if the siphon drain pipe is full of water, the siphon may occur again irregularly, causing air from the confluence. There was an occurrence of noise. However, by adopting the configuration of the present invention, if the water level in the water storage section falls below the tip of the siphon force adjustment pipe, the water level in the siphon drain pipe also falls, and the siphon drain pipe does not become full. For this reason, the siphon is not generated again irregularly. For this reason, the positional relationship between the upper part of the siphon drain pipe and the tip of the siphon force adjusting pipe is preferably −10 to 30 mm (that is, about the outer diameter of the pipe), preferably −5 to +5 mm.
Next, regarding the relationship between the water storage section and the siphon drain pipe, generally, the water storage section is provided with a joint, and the siphon drain pipe is connected to the joint. That is, since a joint having a diameter larger than the diameter of the siphon drain pipe is used, the overall height of the water storage section becomes high, and it may not fit between the slab and the floor. The timing is different, and it also involves the generation of drainage noise.
In consideration of these various points, a siphon drain pipe is connected to a specific portion of the water storage section. That is, as a result of repeating various experiments and comprehensively considering all points, it is preferable that the connection between the siphon drain pipe and the water storage portion is connected to a position straddling the bottom portion and the side portion of the water storage portion. Furthermore, it has been found that the siphon drain pipe is preferably offset upward by 5 to 20 mm immediately after the siphon drain pipe is connected to the water reservoir (connected to the joint). It has been found that the siphon force adjusting pipe described above is optimally joined at the offset position.
According to the experiment, the siphon drain pipe is connected to the bottom of the water storage unit, the siphon start time is the earliest, and no dead water is generated, so that the effective capacity of the water storage unit increases. However, since the joint and the siphon drain pipe protrude from the bottom of the water reservoir, the distance between the bottom of the water reservoir and the slab must be 35 mm or more. In general, the space under the floor is often narrow, and in this case, installation work cannot be performed. In addition, there is a major drawback in that there is a gurgling sound at the end of the siphon.
There is also a type that is connected to the side surface of the water reservoir, but dead water is generated in the water reservoir, and siphon start is about 5 to 10 seconds later than the previous example. And even if the drainage from the watering device is completed, there is a great drawback that the entrainment sound of the air in the merging portion is generated for more than 1 minute. Of course, it is clear that the effective capacity of the water reservoir is reduced. The merit of this type is that it can be installed even if the distance between the water reservoir and the slab is small.
From these points, according to the present invention, the connection between the siphon drain pipe and the water storage part is connected to a position straddling the bottom part and the side part of the water storage part. In this type, the siphon start time is about 2 to 3 seconds later than when connected to the bottom of the water reservoir. Although the siphon start time is a problem, on the other hand, the height of the water storage section can be taken high, and in the experimental results, a delay of about 3 seconds indicates that a maximum amount of about 5L of drainage is accumulated in the water storage section at the actual drainage site. However, it has been found that a capacity of 5 L or more can be sufficiently taken into consideration in consideration of the distance between the support legs that support the floor. In addition, there is no dead water in the water storage section, and it is sufficient if there is a gap of about 15 mm between the water storage section and the slab at the actual construction site, and this type of water storage section structure is optimal. Then, this type of water storage unit is specifically selected.
Further, regarding the connection between the water storage section and the siphon drain pipe, it is optimal to further offset the siphon drain pipe upward by about 5 to 10 mm. That is, the joint for the siphon drainage pipe can be secured 5 to 10 mm above the normal position to ensure a space between the siphon drainage pipe and the siphon drainage pipe can be connected to the joint without hindrance.
Speaking of drainage noise and drainage performance when the siphon drain pipe is offset upward, when the water level in the reservoir drops below the tip of the siphon force adjustment pipe, the siphon will be cut once if there is no offset. After that, siphons occur irregularly (intermittently), and air entrainment noise occurs at the junction. However, when the offset is made, the water level is increased by this amount. When the water level in the reservoir falls below the tip of the siphon force adjustment pipe, the siphon is cut off and the siphon drain pipe is not filled with water. Siphons no longer occur.
In this way, the siphon drainage pipe (including the joint part) is slightly offset after connection with the water storage part to reduce the generation of drainage noise. The storage of the set portion is good, no dead water is generated in the water reservoir, and further, the capacity of the water reservoir can be secured to the maximum without causing dead water.
In the present invention, it goes without saying that there may be a plurality of watering devices connected to the water reservoir, and a plurality of siphon drain pipes may be connected. Further, each siphon drain pipe may be provided with a siphon force adjusting pipe, and in some cases, it may be provided in a part thereof. For convenience of explanation, the siphon drain pipe has been described as being offset, but it goes without saying that the siphon drain pipe joint and the short pipe connected thereto are offset.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is a side view showing the concept of the siphon drainage system provided with the water storage part of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a conceptual view of the main part. Reference numerals 1 to 7a, F, and S are as described above, and the description thereof is omitted here.
Now, in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the siphon drain pipe joint 4a is connected to a position straddling the bottom 1a of the water reservoir 1 and the side surface 1b of the water reservoir 1 and connected to the bottom 1a (FIG. It can be seen that 1) does not require much space below the bottom 1a. In this example, the siphon joint 4a is offset OF upward. In this example, the connection between the joint 4a and the siphon
This means that the height of the water reservoir 1 can be made relatively high between the slab S and the floor F, and there is no dead water stagnation zone, so that a large effective capacity can be taken.
On the other hand, the
Drainage from the watering
Moreover, when the offset OF is applied to the siphon
The present invention has an effective capacity of the water storage unit as much as possible, can control the siphon force, and also reduces drainage noise due to air entrainment, and is not only optimal for a collective housing drainage system, but also a detached house. Needless to say, it can be applied to other drainage systems.
