Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical component control apparatus that individually controls a plurality of electrical components in accordance with operation states of a plurality of operation switches provided in an operation unit.
As an electrical component provided in a vehicle such as an automobile, a power window device that automatically opens and closes a window glass provided in a door is known. In a power window device used for a four-door type vehicle, a power window motor is provided for each of the doors of the driver's seat, the passenger seat, and the left and right rear seats, and each power window motor is provided with a controller. These controllers are connected to corresponding door opening / closing switches (operation switches) by wiring. When the open / close switch is operated, an operation signal from the open / close switch is input to the controller, and the controller controls the operation of the power window motor in accordance with the input operation signal. Therefore, by operating the open / close switch, the operation of the power window motor can be controlled to open / close the window glass in a desired direction.
On the other hand, in a vehicle equipped with such a power window device, an operation unit including a plurality of opening / closing switches corresponding to each window glass is provided in the driver's seat so that each window glass can be individually opened / closed from the driver's seat. I have to. In this case, the operation unit is provided with an auto switch, and the window glass of the driver's seat can be opened and closed to the fully closed position or the fully opened position with one touch by this auto switch. In addition, the operation unit is provided with a lock switch, and by turning on the lock switch, the window glass opening / closing operation by the opening / closing switch provided on the door of the passenger seat or the left and right rear seats can be prohibited. Has been.
As described above, in addition to the opening / closing switch for the driver's seat, the operation unit provided in the driver's seat is provided with an opening / closing switch corresponding to the windshield of the passenger seat and the left and right rear seats. A switch and a number of switches are provided. For this reason, as many wires as the number of switches are required for connection between the operation unit and the controller of each motor, and there is a problem that the cost and weight of the power window device increase.
However, in the power window device described in
In addition, since the operation unit and each power window motor are individually connected by the same type of signal line, the same multiplexed digital signal is output from the operation unit to the controller of each motor via these signal lines. In addition, it is necessary to provide each motor controller with means for separating the multiplexed digital signals and discriminating the operation signal for itself. Therefore, the configuration of each motor is complicated, and there is a problem that the cost of the power window device increases.
An object of the present invention is to simplify the configuration of an electrical component control apparatus in which a plurality of electrical components are operated by a single operation unit, and to reduce the cost.
An electrical component control apparatus according to the present invention is an electrical component control apparatus that individually controls a plurality of electrical components in accordance with operation states of a plurality of operation switches provided in an operation unit, and includes any one of the electrical components. A main control circuit provided, a request signal input unit provided in the operation unit, to which a request signal from the main control circuit is input, and provided in the operation unit, each of which holds an operation signal of the operation switch. An operation signal holding unit and an operation signal output unit that is provided in the operation unit and outputs the operation signals held in the operation signal holding unit in a predetermined order when a request signal is input to the request signal input unit The main control circuit sequentially reads the operation signals output from the operation signal output unit, and the power corresponding to each operation signal from the reading order. Determine the goods, and outputs a control signal corresponding to each operation signal to each of the electrical components.
The electrical component control device according to the present invention includes a sub control circuit provided in each electrical component other than the electrical component in which the main control circuit is provided, and the main control circuit and the sub control circuit are connected by a serial communication line. When the control signal from the control circuit is input to the sub control circuit via the serial communication line, the operation of the corresponding electrical component is controlled by the sub control circuit.
The electrical component control apparatus according to the present invention is characterized in that the operation signal holding unit, the request signal input unit, and the operation signal output unit are configured by a shift register.
In the electrical component control device of the present invention, the power supply terminal of the shift register is connected to the main control circuit via a rectifier element, and grounded via a storage element, and a request signal is output from the main control circuit. The shift register is sometimes driven by the request signal, and when the request signal is not output, the shift register is driven by the electric charge stored in the power storage element.
The electrical component control device according to the present invention is a window drive device that opens and closes a plurality of windows provided in a vehicle, the electrical unit is provided in a driver's seat of the vehicle, and the main control circuit is provided. The product is a window driving device that opens and closes the window of the driver's seat.
According to the present invention, the operation unit outputs the operation signals of the operation switches in a predetermined order, and the main control circuit discriminates the electrical components corresponding to each operation signal based on the reading order of these operation signals, and performs a desired operation. Since the control signal is output to the electrical component, the operation signal from the operation unit can be transmitted to the main control circuit with less wiring than the number of switches. Therefore, the number of wires between the main control circuit and the operation unit can be reduced, and the cost of the electrical component control apparatus can be reduced. In addition, since the operation signal from the operation unit is read into the main control circuit and is output as a control signal to each electrical component from there, it is not necessary to provide a means for separating or determining the operation signal in each electrical component. Thus, the configuration of the electrical component control device can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
In addition, according to the present invention, the operation signal holding unit, the request signal input unit, and the operation signal output unit are configured by the shift register, so that this electrical component control device can be manufactured at low cost without using a microcomputer or the like. Can be configured.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, the shift register is driven by using the request signal as a power source, and when the request signal is not output, the shift register is driven by the charge stored in the storage element. Omitted, the cost of the electrical component control device can be reduced.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram showing a control system of a power window device provided with an electrical component control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The
The
The
Each
The
The power pins 66 and 67 of the shift registers 31 and 32 are connected to the shift /
On the other hand, a
Sub controllers 17 to 19 of the
The
FIG. 2A is an explanatory diagram showing the holding state of the operation signal when the shift register shown in FIG. 1 is loaded. FIGS. 2B and 2C show the shift of the operation signal of the shift register shown in FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows the state made. FIG. 3 is a timing chart of each operation signal output from the shift register shown in FIG.
Below, based on FIG. 2, FIG. 3, the control procedure of each power window motor 12-15 by such an electrical
First, when a load signal is output from the
Next, when the load signal from the
The
As described above, in the electrical
Further, since the
Further, in this electrical
By the way, in this
Capacitors C1 and C2 are connected between the power supply pins 66 and 67 of the shift registers 31 and 32 and the
As described above, in the electrical
4 is a circuit diagram showing a modification of the electrical component control apparatus shown in FIG. 1. As described above, in the electrical
FIG. 5A is an explanatory diagram showing the holding state of the operation signal when the shift register shown in FIG. 4 is loaded. FIGS. 5B and 5C are diagrams showing the shift of the operation signal of the shift register shown in FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows the state made. FIG. 6 is a timing chart of each operation signal output from the shift register shown in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the electrical
