（ハ）桃等の果物は、ナイフに種が当たらないように実を切り離すため、初めに切り離した実は大きめになりやすく、以後、切り離す毎に小さくなりやすいため、実の形を揃えて切り離すことが難しかった。また従来の直線的なナイフでは楕円形の種に沿いづらいため、実を残さず切り離すのが難しかった。
（ニ）果物を手に持って実を切り離していくうちに残った実が少なくなり持ちづらい形になるうえに、果汁で手がべとべとになり滑ってますます持ちづらくなった。また落とさないように少し力を加えて持つと実に傷が付き易い。
（ホ）まな板等の上に果物を置いて、実を切り離していくと、残った実が少なくなるに従い安定の悪い形になり、転がらないように抑えると実に傷が付き易い。

（ヘ）握り部（１）とカット部材（２）を連結部（３）によって連結した際に生じる握り部（１）とカット部材（２）と連結部（３）に囲まれた空間は、図４に示すように指３本程が入る大きさである。
本発明は、以上の構成よりなっている。
