Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mixing apparatus for mixing at least two liquid agents.
FIG. 5 shows an apparatus for supplying the
By the way, a relatively inexpensive volumetric flow meter (for example, gear type, roots type, piston type, etc.) is known as an example of the flow meter. This volumetric flow meter accommodates a movable element such as a gear in a case. Since the liquid agent to be measured pushes the mover by its viscosity, it is suitable for use as a flowmeter for a main agent having a relatively high viscosity.
As a mixing device that measures the flow rate of a paint using a volumetric flow meter, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1.
In addition, as a mixing apparatus that measures the flow rate of the paint using a Coriolis type mass flow meter, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 2.
As described above, the mixing device that measures the flow rate of the high-viscosity main agent and the low-viscosity diluent separately using the volumetric flow meter and the Coriolis mass flow meter according to the viscosity requires only two flow meters. In addition, since the Coriolis mass flowmeter for low viscosity is expensive, there is a concern that the cost of the mixing apparatus as a whole increases.
The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to reduce costs.
As means for achieving the above object, the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that at least the first liquid agent and the second liquid agent having a viscosity lower than that of the first liquid agent are alternately exchanged by a predetermined flow rate at the upstream end of the common flow path. And a coating device obtained by mixing the first liquid agent and the second liquid agent while passing through the common flow path is supplied to a coating gun. It is characterized in that a volumetric flow meter is provided in the middle of which a mover pushed by the viscosity of the liquid agent is housed in a case.
In the present invention, the liquid agent means a liquid having a specific property such as a main agent, a diluent, a curing agent, or the like, which is a raw material of a multi-component mixed paint, or a liquid used for a specific application.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the first supply path from the first liquid supply source to the upstream end of the shared flow path, and the second liquid supply source from the shared flow. A feature is that at least one of the second supply paths reaching the upstream end of the path is provided with a flow sensor that detects the presence or absence of the flow of the liquid agent in the supply path.
The invention according to claim 3 is the one according to claim 2, wherein the flow sensor includes a check valve including a valve body that moves so as to open and close the valve port, and a reed switch that detects the movement of the valve body. It has the characteristics in the place comprised.
<Invention of Claim 1>
The first liquid and the second liquid that are alternately supplied are mixed while passing through the common flow path, and the viscosity of the liquid mixture is lower than that of the first liquid, but higher than that of the second liquid, that is, volume. The viscosity becomes relatively high so that the mover can be moved while passing through the flow meter. In this invention, since the flow volume of two liquid agents can be measured with one flow meter, cost can be reduced compared with what measures two liquid agents using a dedicated flow meter. Further, since the volumetric flow meter is less expensive than the Coriolis flow meter, the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the Coriolis flow meter is used.
<Invention of Claim 2>
Based on the detection result of the flow sensor, it can be detected whether or not the first liquid agent and the second liquid agent are alternately charged.
<Invention of Claim 3>
As the valve body moves, the reed switch closes or opens and outputs a detection signal. Based on this output signal, it is detected whether or not the first liquid agent and the second liquid agent are alternately charged. can do.

The first
The main
The opening at the back end (the lower end in FIG. 2) of the
The

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
When painting, a paint obtained by mixing a liquid mixture obtained by mixing the main agent and diluent at a predetermined ratio with a curing agent is supplied to the
First, a predetermined amount of the main agent is sent from the main
While the main agent is being supplied, the detection signals from the main
When the measured value (main agent supply amount) in the first
While the diluent is being supplied, the detection signals from the main
When the measurement value (diluent supply amount) in the first
While the curing agent is being supplied, the detection signals from the main
By repeating the supply of the main agent, the supply of the diluent, and the supply of the curing agent in sequence, the main agent and the diluent are alternately supplied into the first shared
In the present embodiment, the
However, in this embodiment, paying attention to the fact that both the main agent and the diluent are incompressible liquids, the main agent and the diluent are mixed at a ratio of, for example, (10: 2), so that it is higher than the diluent. A liquid mixture that can be measured by the first
Further, the main
In this embodiment, when cleaning the flow paths of the main agent, diluent, mixed liquid agent, curing agent, and paint, first, a suitable cleaning liquid according to the material is flowed through these flow paths, and thereafter Therefore, the flow path is filled with a curing inhibitor different from the cleaning liquid. If there is a long interval between the completion of washing and the filling of another color paint liquid into the flow path in the color change, the curing inhibitor is applied to each flow until the paint liquid is filled. Leave the road filled. Also, even when a long time elapses from the end of painting to the start of the next painting, it is cured until the liquid for coating is filled in the flow path, as in the case of color change. Leave the flow path filled with the inhibitor.
In general, since the flow velocity of the fluid is close to zero on the inner wall surface of the flow path, even if the cleaning liquid flows through the flow path, the liquid agent adhering to the inner wall surface of the flow path cannot be completely removed. It is inevitable that a thin film remains. In particular, in the concave portion formed in the flow channel, the liquid agent thin film remains remarkably. In the second common flow path through which the paint mixed with the main curing agent flows, the paint thin film hardens when it comes into contact with air, and part of the cured product is peeled off from the inner wall surface during painting. This can cause paint defects.
In that respect, in the present embodiment, a curing inhibitor having a function of suppressing the curing of the paint in the flow path is filled, and the thin film of the paint remaining on the inner wall surface of the second shared flow path touches the air. I am trying not to. That is, curing of the paint thin film is reliably prevented by the action of protecting the paint thin film from contact with air and the chemical curing inhibition action by the curing inhibitor selected according to the paint.
