Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a construction method for constructing a reinforcing bar or a steel reinforced concrete structure having a main reinforcing bar in a vertical direction using modified sulfur, and a preheating device for a reinforcing bar or a steel frame used in the method.
Conventionally, cement concrete has been used for reinforcing bars and steel-framed reinforced concrete structures. A concrete structure using such cement concrete is usually provided with a rebar assembly or a form that surrounds a steel rebar assembly, cast cement concrete into the formwork, placed, and then demolded and cured. It is constructed by doing.
Cement concrete requires long-term curing in order to develop its strength and the like, and reinforced steel and steel reinforced concrete structures using it tend to generate rust of steel bars and steel frames due to the use of cement. It is necessary to apply anti-corrosion means.
When such a sulfur-containing material is produced, for example, by pouring molten modified sulfur into a predetermined mold and solidifying it, the melting temperature of the modified sulfur in the material is usually 120 ° C. or higher. It is necessary to introduce the melt-modified sulfur into the mold while maintaining it at about 120 to 160 ° C. In addition, when melt-modified sulfur is introduced into a form having a reinforcing bar or steel frame, the modified sulfur concrete is maintained in order to maintain the adhesive strength between the melt-modified sulfur and the reinforcing bar and the strength of the resulting modified sulfur concrete. It is necessary to preheat the reinforcing bars and steel frames to some extent so that the sulfur is not partially quenched. However, the examination which linked such preheating methods, such as a reinforcing bar, and the introduction method to the formwork of melt-modified sulfur concrete is not made.
For this reason, many sulfur-containing materials have been proposed, but no proposal has been made for a method for constructing a reinforcing bar or a steel reinforced concrete structure using modified sulfur concrete using modified sulfur.
The object of the present invention is to efficiently construct a reinforcing bar or a steel reinforced concrete structure using modified sulfur concrete, which has a short construction period, is less susceptible to rusting of reinforcing bars and steel frames, and is not inferior to cement concrete in terms of strength. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a modified sulfur concrete structure that can be used.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a preheating device capable of efficiently preheating reinforcing bars and steel frames in association with the introduction of the melt-modified sulfur concrete raw material into the mold in the construction method. .
According to the present invention, the step (A) of preparing a melt-modified sulfur concrete raw material (S) for modified sulfur concrete containing modified sulfur and aggregate, and a reinforcing bar assembly having main bars arranged in the vertical direction Step (B) in which a heat-resistant formwork is installed on the outside and a placement space for the raw material (S) is provided, and a preheating means movable in the vertical direction is moved from the lower side to the upper side, and the step (B) In the step (C) of preheating the reinforcing bar assembly in the placement space provided in step (C) and the movement of the preheating means in step (C), the raw material (S ) Is provided, and a method for constructing the modified sulfur concrete structure is provided, which includes a step (D) for supplying the material (S) and a step (E) for cooling and solidifying the raw material (S) supplied in the step (D).
The raw material (S) prepared in the step (A) is conventionally proposed, for example, natural sulfur or modified sulfur obtained by polymerizing sulfur or the like produced by desulfurization of oil or natural gas with a sulfur modifier. It can be produced by melt-mixing an aggregate containing an aggregate.
Examples of the sulfur modifier include olefinic hydrocarbons or diolefinic hydrocarbons having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, specifically, cyclic olefinic hydrocarbons such as limonene and pinene, styrene, vinyltoluene, methylstyrene, and the like. Aromatic hydrocarbons, dicyclopentadiene and oligomers thereof, cyclopentadiene, tetrahydroindene, vinylcyclohexene, vinyl norbornene, ethylidene norbornene, and diene hydrocarbons such as cyclooctadiene, or a mixture of two or more thereof. .
In addition, the aggregate can be appropriately selected from conventionally proposed aggregates according to the type of concrete structure and the like. Preferably, a fine aggregate having a particle size of 1 mm or less, for example, natural stone, sand, rubble, silica sand, steel slag, ferronickel slag, copper slag, coal ash, fuel incineration ash, electrostatic dust ash, silica fume, By mixing one or two or more fine aggregates selected from the group consisting of alumina, quartz powder, clay mineral, activated carbon and glass powder, together with the aggregate, the acid resistance and strength of the resulting structure, Furthermore, sulfur ignition resistance and the like can be improved.
As the reinforcing bar assembly having the main reinforcing bars arranged in the vertical direction used in the step (B), a reinforcing bar assembly used for a column, wall, pier, etc. of the structure can be used. Moreover, the reinforcing bar assembly usually includes accessory muscles such as a band and a spiral muscle.
Furthermore, in the step (B), in addition to the rebar assembly, a steel frame arranged in a vertical direction for making a steel reinforced concrete structure can also be used.
The heat-resistant mold used in the step (B) may be any material that can withstand the melting temperature of the raw material (S) introduced into the mold, and a metal mold can be usually used. Moreover, the form of a formwork is not specifically limited, According to the form of the modified sulfur concrete structure to construct, it can select suitably.
When the mold is removed after the construction, a release agent of modified sulfur concrete or the like may be applied to the inner surface in advance.
In the step (C), the preheating means is movable in the vertical direction so as not to come into contact with the reinforcing bar assembly or the like in the placement space provided in the step (B), and the reinforcing bar in the placement space. There is no particular limitation as long as the assembly or the steel-steel rebar assembly can be preheated from the lower side to the upper side, and preferred examples include the preheating device of the present invention to be described later.
The preheating is performed when the raw material (S) supplied in the step (D) described later is rapidly cooled when it comes into contact with a reinforcing bar or a steel frame. In order to suppress this, and in order to further improve the adhesion of the raw material (S) to the reinforcing bars and the steel frame, it is usually sufficient that the surface temperature of the reinforcing bars and the steel frame can be preheated to about 50 to 150 ° C.
In the step (D), the raw material (S) is supplied to the placement space below the preheating means in accordance with the movement of the preheating means in the step (C). For example, according to the upward movement of the preheating means, the raw material (S) is continuously or intermittently introduced from above the mold while controlling the amount of the raw material (S) that does not contact the preheating means. The raw material (S) supply port is provided at a position lower than the method or the preheating means, and the supply port is also moved upward in accordance with the upward movement of the preheating means. Examples thereof include a method of introducing continuously or intermittently while controlling the amount not contacting the means and the supply port.
In the latter method, for example, as a supply means for supplying the raw material (S), a tank for storing the raw material (S) in a molten state and the raw material (S) from the tank can be transferred in a molten state to a predetermined location. A device including a flexible tube and a moving device capable of moving the tube in a vertical direction can be used.
The tank may be provided with a heat control means capable of maintaining the molten state of the raw material (S), a stirring means capable of mixing the raw material (S), and a pressure feeding means for the raw material (S). In addition, the flexible tube has flexibility that can be wound by the moving device, for example, a tube winding device, or the like, or has flexibility that allows the tube to be moved up and down by lifting means. It has only to have a means for heating or keeping the inside of the pipe so as to maintain the molten state of the raw material (S) transferred inside the pipe.
In the step (D), it is necessary to supply the raw material (S) to the predetermined region including the rebar and the steel frame preheated in the step (C) while the temperature reduction of the rebar and the steel frame due to the preheating is small. Since the raw material (S) introduced in a state has a temperature of 100 ° C. or higher, the reinforcing bars and steel frames above the surface of the introduced raw material (S) are preheated also by the heat of the raw material (S). For this reason, the movement of the preheating means in the step (C) is usually performed while maintaining the distance between the preheating means and the surface of the introduced raw material (S) at about 10 to 100 cm, preferably about 20 to 50 cm. In addition, it is preferable to control the supply amount of the raw material (S) in the step (D) so that this interval can be maintained.
In the step (E), the raw material (S) is usually cooled and solidified by natural cooling. Even in the case of natural cooling, the raw material (S) is usually 3 although it varies depending on the size and form of the structure. It solidifies in about 24 hours and can develop strength.
After the step (E), the formwork can be used for the structure as it is, and the target structure can be obtained by demolding.
In addition, sulfur odor can be prevented by removing the mold after the step (E) and performing the step (F) of applying a paint to the surface of the modified sulfur concrete.
Furthermore, at least at the desired time of the step (D) and the step (E), the rebar assembly and the steel frame are vibrated, so that the filling of the raw material (S) can be made more honey and the strength of the resulting structure Can be further improved. The desired time can be appropriately selected in consideration of the above-mentioned purpose, and is preferably performed intermittently or continuously during the step (D) and can be performed at the initial stage of the step (E).
The vibration can be usually performed using an apparatus or the like used when cement concrete is applied.

FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view for showing the positional relationship among the formwork, the reinforcing bars, and an example of the preheating device (3) in FIG. 3, and the configuration is given the same reference numerals as those in FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the preheating device (3) shown in FIG.
An example of the preheating device (3) of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
