Description

The present invention relates to a surplus length absorbing device that absorbs an extra surplus length portion of an electric wire used in a movable device such as a wire harness or an automatic door arranged in a vehicle such as an automobile or a train.

When wiring a wire harness in an automobile or wiring to a device with a moving part such as an automatic door, the length required to assemble parts such as a meter and the movement of each part in a movable part such as a door or steering column Estimate the length necessary for the extra length and determine the length of the electric wire or wire harness. After completion, the extra length portion of the electric wire or wire harness may be twisted or pinched in a movable part, resulting in damage. There is a risk of failure such as disconnection.

Therefore, various structures that absorb such extra length have been proposed (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
In Patent Document 1, the wire harness is restrained by the arch-shaped harness holding elastic plate, and the extra length is absorbed by maintaining the arch shape in the normal state, and when the steering column moves, the wire harness is pulled out, The arch-shaped harness holding elastic plate is also expanded, and the stored surplus length is paid out, and when the steering column returns to the original position, it is restored to the arch shape by the elasticity of the arch-shaped harness holding elastic plate and absorbs the surplus length.

In Patent Document 2, a wire harness is supported at three points, that is, a base end portion and a tip connection portion of a pair of harness support legs connected at the distal end, and the interval between the harness support leg proximal end portions is expanded and contracted. Absorb the extra length of the harness.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-32869

However, in the wire harness surplus length absorption device proposed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, the surplus length of the wire harness necessary for the operation of the movable part such as the steering column is smoothly expanded and contracted with regularity. However, it does not have the function of absorbing the extra length required when a fixed part such as a meter is assembled to the vehicle body.
Furthermore, in the wire harness surplus length absorbing device proposed in Patent Document 2, it is necessary to provide a guide groove, a guide plate, a slider piece, and the like for sliding one end side of the harness support leg according to an external force, Furthermore, the elastic member for making contraction operation | movement of a wire harness smoother is also provided. Therefore, the number of components increases, and as a wire harness absorber, an increase in weight and an increase in installation space become a problem.

In view of such circumstances, the present application has been made based on various studies, and the object of the present invention is not only to absorb the extra length of a wire harness or an electric wire in an adjustment mechanism of a steering device or an opening / closing operation of a door. The present invention provides a compact surplus length absorbing device that can absorb the surplus length required when assembling an electric wire or a wire harness and has a small number of parts.

The invention according to claim 1 is a surplus length absorption device that holds the electric wire and absorbs the surplus length of the electric wire by itself deforming, wherein the bending portion and the bending portion respectively end the bending portion. A support having a leg portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the portion, a spring elastic member held by the bent portion, and holding the electric wire along the gate shape of the support An electric wire holding mechanism, and in a state where the electric wire is pulled and the bent portion is bent and deformed, and the distance between the tips of the leg portions is widened, the spring elastic force of the spring elastic member The surplus length absorbing device is characterized in that the surplus length of the electric wire is absorbed by the interval being regulated to a minimum.

The surplus length absorbing device according to the present invention can absorb the surplus length of the electric wire if there is a support, a spring elastic member, and an electric wire holding mechanism, and can be configured to be very compact and lightweight with a small number of parts. it can.

The surplus length absorber 1 which becomes embodiment of this invention is demonstrated referring drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a support body 2 and a spring elastic member 4 of a surplus length absorbing device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, where (A) is an overall view and (B) is a divided body 2a (or 2b). (C) is the enlarged view of the bending part 3 in (b).
FIG. 2 shows the entire surplus length absorbing device 1 in a state where the electric wire 10 is assembled, (A) shows a state where the electric wire 10 is not pulled, and (B) shows a state where the electric wire 10 is pulled. Indicates the state.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a), (b), and FIGS. 2 (a), 2 (b), the extra length absorber 1 of the present embodiment holds the electric wire 10 and deforms itself by deforming itself. It absorbs the extra length of 10, and includes a support body 2, a spring elastic member 4, and a clamp 8.

The support body 2 has a bent portion 3 and two leg portions 13a and 13b extending in the same direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bent portion 3 from both ends of the bent portion 3, respectively. As a whole, it has a substantially portal shape shown in FIG.

Here, for example, the bent portion 3 has a structure in which the left and right bent portion 3 main bodies are connected by two hinges 3a and 3b. In the state where the bent portion 3 is not subjected to external force, FIG. -(C), as shown in FIG. 2 (a), it is configured to be linear in the longitudinal direction.
A plurality of clamp mounting holes 7 for mounting clamps 8 to be described later are formed through the leg portions 13a and 13b at appropriate intervals. Here, since the electric wires 10 are assembled along the outer surface of the support 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the outside of the support 2 as shown in FIG. 1 (b). A clamp attachment hole 7 is formed through from the surface side toward the inner surface side.

Here, the support 2 is formed by combining two divided bodies 2a and 2b as shown in FIG. 1 (b) as shown in FIG. 1 (a). As shown in FIG. 1 (b), each of the two divided bodies 2a and 2b has a support assembly pin 6a and a support assembly hole 6b as appropriate. One support body 2 is formed by being fixed to each other. In addition, when the divided bodies 2a and 2b are combined, two left and right accommodation spaces 3c and 3c are formed inside the bent portion 3 as shown in FIG.
Since the support 2 has a thin plate structure in which the hinges 3a and 3b can be bent and deformed, the support 2 can be bent and deformed so as to widen the distance between the ends of the leg portions 13a and 13b as shown in FIG. Is possible.

The spring elastic member 4 is a so-called plate spring (made of spring steel, for example) having a flat plate shape, and is inserted and held across the above-described two housing spaces 3c and 3c with almost no gap. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the spring elastic member 4 maintains a substantially straight state in a plan view toward the longitudinal direction of the bending portion 3 in a state where no load is applied. When the bending portion 3 is bent and deformed in the direction in which the distance between the tips of the leg portions 13a and 13b is increased at the hinges 3a and 3b, the bending portion 3 can be deformed accordingly (see FIG. 2B). In this case, however, the elastic force of the leaf spring causes a biasing force to return the shape of the support 2 to the original state shown in FIG. 1 (B) as shown in FIG.
In addition, the partition plate 5 formed in the accommodation space 3c of the support body 2 is provided as a partition for press-fitting a spring elastic member 4 described later, and serves to prevent the spring elastic member 4 from falling off.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the clamp 8.
As shown in FIG. 5, the clamp 8 is a so-called band clamp, and includes a band portion 8 a and an anchor portion 8 b formed to project from a part of the band portion 8 a, and is attached to the support body 2. It is fastened to the electric wire 10 by the band portion 8a before. The clamp 8 and the clamp mounting hole 7 of the support 2 form a pair of electric wire holding mechanisms. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the clamp 8 is fixed on the support 2 by press-fitting and fixing the anchor portion 8b into the clamp mounting hole 7 appropriately provided on the support 2. Thereby, the electric wire 10 can be hold | maintained along the substantially gate-shaped shape of the support body 2. FIG.

In the surplus length absorbing device 1 as described above, in the state where the electric wire 10 is pulled and the bent portion 3 is bent and deformed, and the distance between the tips of the leg portions 13a and 13b is widened, the spring elastic member 4 The extra length of the electric wire 10 is absorbed by the spring elastic force restricting the interval to the minimum.
That is, even if the electric wire 10 is not pulled on both sides of the surplus length absorbing device 1 or the electric wire 10 is pulled on both sides of the surplus length absorbing device 1, the hinges 3a and 3b and the spring elastic member 4 are When the spring elastic force to maintain the state is dominant, the hinges 3a and 3b and the spring elastic member 4 are not bent and deformed as shown in FIG. It remains closed and the support body 2 maintains a substantially portal shape.

On the other hand, in the state where the electric wire 10 is pulled on both sides of the surplus length absorber 1, the electric wire 10 is pulled more than the spring elastic force that the hinges 3a, 3b and the spring elastic member 4 try to maintain that state. When the force becomes dominant, the hinges 3a and 3b and the spring elastic member 4 are bent and deformed as shown in FIG. Therefore, the support 2 as a whole is bent and deformed at the bending portion 3 so as to widen the distance between the ends of the leg portions 13a and 13b (the opening angle between the leg portions 13a and 13b is θ).

Also in such a case, since the springs 3a and 3b and the spring elastic member 4 have a spring elastic force that tries to return to a state without a load load as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the force with which the electric wire 10 is pulled is weak. If so, the spring elastic force of the hinges 3a, 3b and the spring elastic member 4 becomes dominant, so that the distance between the tips of the leg portions 13a, 13b is reduced, the opening angle θ is reduced, and the opening angle θ is reduced. 2 is zero, that is, the surplus length of the electric wire 10 is absorbed by the surplus length absorber 1 until it returns to the state of FIG.
Thus, the surplus length absorbing device 1 can absorb the surplus length of the electric wire 10 according to the strength of the pulling force of the electric wire 10.

A practical example of the surplus length absorber 1 of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
3 (a) to 3 (c) are side views showing a work procedure for attaching the auxiliary device 11 at the tip of the electric wire 10 to the attachment site 12, and FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c) are the surpluses corresponding to each. It is an enlarged side view which shows the state of the long absorption apparatus.
First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the auxiliary device 11 is attached to the tip of the electric wire 10, and the surplus length absorber 1 is fixed in the middle of the electric wire 10. At this time, the electric wire 10 is not pulled at both ends of the surplus length absorbing device 1, and the support 2 of the surplus length absorbing device 1 maintains a substantially portal shape as shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the electric wire 10 is pulled toward the attachment site 12, and the auxiliary device 11 is attached to the attachment site 12. At this time, in order to improve the mounting workability, the electric wire 10 is excessively pulled in the vicinity of the auxiliary device 11 to form a working surplus length 10a of the electric wire 10, so that as shown in FIG. The support body 2 is largely bent at the bending portion 3.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the unnecessary work extra length 10a is eliminated, so that the extra length of the electric wire 10 can be made. However, the extra length is eliminated by eliminating the pulling force of the electric wire 10. The absorber 1 tries to return as much as possible to the state of FIG. However, since the tip of the electric wire 10 is fixed by the auxiliary device 11 and the attachment part 12, the surplus length absorbing device 1 cannot return to the original state and is stabilized in the state shown in FIG.

Thus, according to the surplus length absorber 1 of this embodiment, the surplus length of the electric wire 10 can be absorbed appropriately.
Moreover, since the surplus length absorbing device 1 of the present embodiment has the above-described structure, it can be configured with a smaller number of parts than the conventional structure, and can solve the problem of installation space and the problem of weight increase.
Also, if the extra length absorber 1 (except for the clamp 8) is assembled and prepared in advance, the electric wire can be very simply simply attached to the extra length absorber 1 by attaching the clamp 8 to the electric wire 10 as necessary. Ten extra length absorption structures can be constructed.
In addition, the surplus length absorber of this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various change is possible.
Further, the surplus length absorbing device of the present invention does not necessarily hold one electric wire but may hold a so-called wire harness in which a plurality of electric wires are assembled.
