Claims (4)

先端筒と尾端筒を螺合してなる外筒と、
該外筒内部に収容されるレフィール筒と、
該レフィール筒先端に取付けられた筆記部を出没させる回転カム式出没機構と、
該回転カム式出没機構と接続するとともに、前記外筒尾端から該外筒先端へ向けて形成された摺動溝を摺動し、前記回転カム式出没機構を動作させるクリップ部と、
前記外筒尾端に取付けられるとともに前記摺動溝に嵌合する突条を備える印台部からなり、
前記尾端筒内壁には前記回転カム式出没機構の尾端方向への移動を妨げる環状凸部が形成され、
前記印台部周面に少なくとも1つの突起部が形成され、
該突起部が、前記外筒周面に形成された嵌合穴と嵌合することを特徴とする印鑑付き筆記具。

前記回転筒の周面にはフォロア突条が形成され、
前記クリップ部が先端方向に摺動されたときに、前記操作筒と前記回転筒の波形縁部同士が完全に噛合い、これにともない前記回転筒が回転動作をし、
前記コイルバネによって前記クリップ部が尾端方向に摺動されたときに、前記フォロア突条の尾端が前記案内突条の縁部と当接するとともに該案内突条の傾斜した縁部に案内されて前記回転筒が回転するとともに該回転筒と前記操作筒との係合状態が解除され、
前記案内突条の案内による前記回転筒の回転動作は前記規制突条によって停止され、
前記クリップ部先端方向に再度摺動されたときに、前記操作筒と前記回転筒の波形縁部同士が完全に噛合い、これにともない前記回転筒が回転動作をし、
前記コイルバネによって前記クリップ部が尾端方向に再度摺動されたときに、前記フォロア突条先端が前記規制突条先端に形成された斜面によって、前記カム突条の間に形成される溝部へ案内され、前記フォロア突条が該溝部に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の印鑑付き筆記具。
