Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wind power generation system attached to air conditioning equipment.
For example, air-conditioning equipment for cooling and heating in a building operates continuously for a long time, and always exhausts a certain amount of air from the exhaust duct. Such exhaust is exhaust air having a wind speed of about 5 to 30 m, but is energy that is discarded as it is.
On the other hand, for wind power generation, it is ideal that a certain amount of wind is flowing. If the generated power is constant, the loss of the circuit that controls the output voltage is minimized. By using exhaust air that is discarded, energy is effectively used.
However, the conventional technology has the following problems to be solved.
That is, in what was shown in the said patent document 1, the casing holding the electric power generating apparatus and the exhaust duct which sends exhaust air are directly connected. For this reason, the wind turbine attenuates immediately before the exhaust wind flowing in the exhaust duct hits the wind turbine, and the wind turbine cannot be efficiently rotated. Further, since the exhaust duct of the air conditioning equipment and the casing of the power generation apparatus are mechanically connected, the vibration design of the air conditioning equipment becomes complicated due to the influence of the power generation apparatus and its casing. Further, in order not to reduce the exhaust capacity, more power is consumed by the blower that exhausts the exhaust air. However, this does not effectively use unnecessary energy.
In the thing shown in the said patent document 2 and the patent document 3, since the generator provided with the windmill is being fixed via the support tool with respect to the exhaust duct of an air conditioner, an exhaust duct and a generator are mechanical. It is connected to. Therefore, the design of the air conditioning equipment becomes complicated due to the influence of the generator and the like, and the vibration of the exhaust duct is directly transmitted to the generator and may generate noise. Further, the wind turbine of the generator described in the patent document is bare with no casing attached. For this reason, complex wind energy including vortex flow, that is, exhaust wind including wind pressure of various vectors in different directions hits the windmill, and the windmill does not rotate efficiently.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wind power generation system that takes in exhaust wind most efficiently and generates electric power.
In each embodiment of the present invention, the above-described problems are solved by the following configurations.
<Configuration 1>
A cylindrical case, a hood formed in an expanding cone shape and continuously provided at the inlet side peripheral end of the case, an axial fan installed in the case and driven to rotate by exhaust air; A power generation device that generates electric power by rotation of an axial fan; and a fixing means that fixes the axial fan and the power generation device at predetermined positions in the case, wherein the hood is an exhaust duct of an air conditioner. A wind power generation system that is installed so as to face the exhaust port in a non-contact state.
A. Since it is opposed to the air conditioner in a non-contact state, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Does not affect the vibration design of air conditioning equipment.
(2) It can be designed independently of the air conditioning equipment.
(3) Does not induce vibration fatigue of air conditioning equipment.
(4) Noise is not generated by increasing vibration due to resonance from the air conditioning equipment.
B. By providing a corn-shaped hood on the entrance side of the case, the following effects can be obtained.
Exhaust air has complex kinetic energy including vortex when exhausted from the air conditioning equipment exhaust duct, but is rectified by drawing outside air around the hood as it passes through the expanding cone-shaped hood. . The axial fan receives such rectified exhaust air uniformly on the entire surface of the fan and rotates efficiently.
C. If a layer of air flowing at a constant speed is created outside the case, exhaust air will flow outside the case and noise such as the sound of a whistle will be generated, but the above air layer will hardly occur due to the presence of a cone-shaped hood. No noise.
<Configuration 2>
In the wind power generation system according to Configuration 1, a cylindrical guide that guides the exhaust air of the air conditioning equipment in a curved manner is provided between an outlet of a blower of the air conditioning equipment and an inlet of an exhaust duct. Wind power generation system.
When a cylindrical body with a gently curved middle part is used as a guide, this is interposed between the outlet of the blower and the inlet of the exhaust duct, thereby guiding the exhaust air in a curved manner to rectify the shaft. The fan is rotated efficiently.
<Configuration 3>
The wind power generation system according to Configuration 1 or 2, wherein the case has an inlet inner diameter equal to or larger than an exhaust port inner diameter of the exhaust duct.
D. Since the entire exhaust air is taken in from the exhaust duct of the air conditioning equipment exhaust duct, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The exhaust air can be taken into the case from the case entrance without waste.
(2) The exhaust air flowing along the outside of the case is eliminated as much as possible to prevent the generation of noise such as a whistle.
(3) Even if the exhaust port has a quadrangular cross section, the exhaust air is received by a sufficiently large cylindrical case, and the exhaust air is converted into a cylindrical air flow when viewed from the cross section.
E. If the inner diameter of the inlet of the case is larger than the size of the exhaust port of the exhaust duct, the exhaust air flows smoothly from the inlet of the air passage in the case toward the outlet. In the wind power generation system of the present invention, since the flow resistance of the exhaust air is low, the exhaust air flows into the case almost 100%. Therefore, the exhaust wind energy can be utilized most efficiently. When the inner diameter of the case is small, the exhaust air flows outside the case and generates noise such as a whistle. However, the generation of such noise can be prevented by the large inner diameter of the case.
<Configuration 4>
The wind power generation system according to any one of configurations 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of the axial fans are installed in tandem.
The energy of the exhaust air can be used efficiently.
<Configuration 5>
In the wind power generation system according to any one of configurations 1 to 4,
The space provided between the exhaust port of the exhaust duct and the hood, or the exit of the case, is covered with a mesh made of a flexible material with low air resistance and no risk of vibration transmission. Wind power generation system.
It can prevent the entrapment of birds, protect wild birds, and prevent breakdown.
The wind power generation system according to the present invention is always attached to an air conditioning facility that discharges exhaust air having a substantially constant intensity, but is installed in a non-contact state on an exhaust duct of the air conditioning facility.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail for each example.

As shown in the figure, the wind power generation system according to the first embodiment includes a

As shown in FIG. 1, the
The inner diameter of the inlet of the
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the wind action by providing a cone-shaped hood on the entrance side of the case of the wind power generation system of the present invention.
As indicated by many arrows in this figure, the
In the wind power generation system of the present invention, since the flow resistance of the exhaust air is low, the exhaust air flows almost 100% into the
For example, when the hood is connected to the edge on the
In the present invention, not only the electric power generated by the
As shown in FIG. 3, when the exhaust air is applied to the
