Abstract
【解決手段】排ガス中の煤塵を除去する除塵器1と、除塵器のガス排出部1aから排出された排ガスを処理する触媒室2とを備えた廃棄物処置装置において、触媒室2から排出された排ガスの一部を除塵器のガス排出部1aに戻す排ガス循環ライン8を設けるとともに、排ガス中の窒素酸化物を触媒室2で分解するために必要なアンモニアを排ガス循環ライン8に注入する。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物処理施設の排ガス処理装置であって、排ガス中の煤塵を除去する除塵器と、除塵器のガス排出部から排出された排ガスを処理する触媒室とを備え、前記触媒室から排出された排ガスの一部を前記除塵器のガス排出部に戻す排ガス循環ラインを設けるとともに、排ガス中の窒素酸化物を触媒室で分解するために必要なアンモニアを前記排ガス循環ラインに注入するようにした排ガス処理装置。
- 前記触媒室が、前記除塵器を収納するケーシング内に設けられている請求項1に記載の排ガス処理装置
- 前記除塵器のガス排出部に複数の開口を有する仕切り板を設けて排ガスを整流し、前記排ガス循環ラインの先端を分岐して、アンモニア注入された排ガスを前記各開口に戻すようにした請求項1又は2に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 廃棄物処理施設において、排ガス中の煤塵を除去する除塵器と、除塵器のガス排出部から排出された排ガスを処理する触媒室とを備えた排ガス処理装置による排ガス処理方法であって、前記触媒室から排出された排ガスの一部を排ガス循環ラインを介して前記除塵器のガス排出部に戻すとともに、排ガス中の窒素酸化物を触媒室で分解するために必要なアンモニアを前記排ガス循環ラインに注入する排ガス処理方法。
