Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a provide shoe which can maximize the ability of toes by eliminating adverse effects of hallux vulgus or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The shoe has a design which shows that five toes are arranged to match the shapes of toes generally covering shoes for men, women and children. Cuts (2) precisely fit to the shapes of the individual toes are applied onto an upper half part of a sole (1) of the shoe. Description

本発明は、紳士・婦人・子供用の靴全般（タウン・カジュアル・スポーツ・競技用等）に亘って、従来に無い形状（５本指）の靴に関するものである。  The present invention relates to shoes of unprecedented shape (five fingers) over all shoes for men, women and children (town, casual, sports, competition, etc.).

現在、市場で販売されている靴は、日本独特の地下足袋等一部の商品を除いては、全て袋状に足を包み込む形状となっている。

人間の足は、運動を行う際には「裸足」がその能力を最大限に発揮すると言われているが、危険や怪我防止のために靴を履くのが現代の常識である。
しかしながら、靴自体が袋状のために、本来の人間の足が持つ能力を発揮出来ていないどころか、様々な悪影響（外反母趾等）が出ている。

（ロ）天然繊維や合成繊維・天然皮革・合成皮革等で作られる靴の上半分（３）に、足の５本指の形状に合った切れ込み（４）を入れて作製する。
（ハ）靴底（１）に、その靴の用途に適当な前半部が５本指の形状を設けた中敷（５）を接着させる。
（ニ）中敷が接着された靴底（１）と靴上半分（３）を接着させる。
