Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fuel cell stack, and more particularly to a fastening load application portion of a fuel cell stack.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-124291 provides a fastening load application screw and a load sensor (for example, a load cell) between an end plate and a pressure plate so that the surface pressure applied to the cell electrode portion can be adjusted and the fastening load can be adjusted. The structure of the fastening load application part which enabled it to measure is disclosed.
However, the structure of the fastening load application unit has a problem that a torsional load due to rotation of the fastening load application screw is applied to the load sensor.
In order to suppress the torsional load due to the rotation of the fastening load applying screw from being transmitted to the load sensor, as shown in FIG. 5, a
An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell stack capable of suppressing a torsional load due to rotation of a fastening load application screw from being applied to a load sensor.
Another object of the present invention is to suppress the torsional load due to the rotation of the fastening load application screw from being applied to the load sensor, and to suppress the increase in the number of parts of the fastening load application part and the increase in the thickness in the cell stacking direction. It is to provide a fuel cell stack that can be used.
The present invention for solving the above problems and achieving the above object is as follows.
(1) A fastening load application unit is arranged at one end of the stack in the cell stacking direction, and the fastening force measurement screw rotates between the fastening force application screw and the fastening force measurement sensor constituting the fastening load application unit. Cell stack with bearings to suppress torsional load on the battery.
(2) The fuel cell stack according to (1), wherein the fastening force application screw, the fastening force measurement sensor, and the bearing are assembled to form a single fastening load application unit.
(3) The fastening force application screw is directly screwed to the end plate, and the fastening force application screw is connected to the fastening force measurement sensor via the bearing, and the fastening force measurement sensor directly presses the laminate including the cells. Or the fuel cell stack according to (2).
(4) The fuel cell stack according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein the bearing is a ball bearing.
According to the fuel cell stacks of the above (1) and (4), since the bearing is provided between the fastening force application screw and the fastening force measurement sensor, the bearing can suppress the transmission of torsional load. The torsional load exerted on the fastening force measuring sensor by the rotation of can be suppressed.
According to the fuel cell stack of the above (2), the fastening force application screw, the fastening force measurement sensor, and the bearing are assembled into a single fastening load application unit, so that the number of parts compared to the case of FIG. Decrease.
According to the fuel cell stack of (3) above, the fastening force application screw is directly screwed to the end plate, the fastening force application screw is connected to the fastening force measurement sensor via the bearing, and the fastening force measurement sensor includes the cell. Since the laminated body is pressed directly, the length of the fastening load applying portion is reduced by eliminating the protrusion from the end plate of the bracket and changing the detent member to a thinner bearing compared to the virtual structure of FIG. This can be shortened and is advantageous in mounting the fuel cell stack in a vehicle or the like where space is limited.
According to the fuel cell stack of (4) above, since the bearing is a ball bearing, the torsional load can be released while maintaining the ability to transmit the load in the cell stacking direction. It is possible to effectively suppress the torsional load that the rotation gives to the fastening force measurement sensor.
Hereinafter, the fuel cell stack of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the example of FIG. 1, a
A fastening
As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, the fastening
Since the fastening
The fastening
The fastening
The
The thickness of the bearing 43 in the cell stacking direction is smaller than that of the anti-rotation member of the virtual structure of FIG. 5 because the spherical portion does not need to be provided, and the length of the fastening

Next, functions and effects of the present invention will be described.
In the
Since the fastening
In addition, the fastening
