Description
The present invention relates to a dynamic vibration absorber for floating-mounting an in-wheel motor used in a vehicle having a direct drive wheel as a driving wheel with respect to a vehicle suspension part, and an in-wheel using the dynamic vibration absorber. The present invention relates to a method of attaching a motor to a wheel portion and an attachment structure thereof.
In recent years, an in-wheel motor system in which a motor is built in a wheel is being adopted in a vehicle driven by a motor such as an electric vehicle. Among them, a hollow in-
More specifically, the in-wheel motor system includes a rotation-side case 52 to which a motor rotor 51 is attached, the radially inner side being opened, and a concentric arrangement with the rotation-side case 52, and a predetermined distance from the motor rotor 51. The non-rotating side case 54 of the hollow in-

Specifically, the dynamic vibration absorber 60 includes a
Thus, by adopting a configuration in which the in-
However, the work of assembling the subassembly in which the spring members 61B and 61B are compressed by a jig is difficult because the repulsive force of the spring members 61B and 61B acts on the upper and lower sides of the fixing members 62n and 62n. There was a point. Further, since the
On the other hand, as an in-wheel motor, a geared
However, when an elastic body such as the dampers 95a and 95b is used as a buffer mechanism for floatingly mounting the inner rotor type electric motor 91 or geared motor below the vehicle spring, the dynamic vibration absorber 60 described above is used. The stroke width of the geared
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems, and a dynamic vibration absorber capable of easily floating mounting an in-wheel motor below a vehicle spring, and an in-wheel motor using the dynamic vibration absorber. The invention according to
A tenth aspect of the present invention is the dynamic vibration damping device according to the ninth aspect, wherein the knuckle side mounting member is connected to the dynamic vibration damping device and the knuckle on the knuckle mounting side which is the tire side of the outer shell of the strut.
According to the present invention, an in-wheel motor that drives a wheel includes a motor-side mounting member, a knuckle-side mounting member, a spring member that connects the motor-side mounting member and the knuckle-side mounting member, a damper, and the above A motor case that supports the dynamic vibration absorber and the stator side of the motor when attached to a vehicle unsprung member via a dynamic vibration absorber including a spring member and a guide member that guides the operating direction of the damper. Are connected by a motor side mounting member attached to the side surface of the motor case, and the dynamic vibration absorber and the knuckle are connected by a knuckle side mounting member attached to the knuckle. Not only is the mounting easy, but the stroke width can be increased, and the motor is stable as a dynamic damper. It can be operated Te.
At this time, after assembling a guide assembly in which the motor side mounting member and the knuckle side mounting member are connected by the spring member and the guide member and mounting the damper on the guide assembly, the motor side mounting member and the knuckle side mounting are attached. Since the members are respectively attached to the motor case and the knuckle, the in-wheel motor can be easily floating mounted below the vehicle spring.
Further, the knuckle side mounting member is provided with a protrusion that protrudes toward the vehicle longitudinal direction center side of the motor case, and after the motor side mounting member and the knuckle side mounting member are mounted, a stopper rubber is supported on the motor case. If a rubber support member is attached and the stopper rubber is arranged at a position opposite to the protrusion, and the maximum displacement width of the motor is easily regulated, even if there is excessive input from the road surface, Damage can be prevented.
Further, the knuckle side attachment member connects the dynamic vibration absorber and the knuckle on the knuckle attachment side which is the tire side of the outer shell of the strut, and in addition to the knuckle side attachment member, the knuckle attachment side and A second knuckle-side mounting member that connects the dynamic vibration absorber (specifically, a guide housing that supports the guide shaft of the guide member) and the outer shell of the strut on the opposite vehicle body side. If the dynamic vibration damping device is supported from both the tire side and the vehicle body side, the support rigidity of the guide member is increased, so that the floating mass (the motor and the guide member attached to the motor) can be accurately attached to the spring member. Therefore, the operation of the in-wheel motor can be further stabilized.
In the above configuration, the second knuckle-side mounting member is a protrusion, and in this case, the second knuckle-side mounting member is connected to the strut of the second knuckle-side mounting member in the vicinity of the second knuckle-side mounting member. If a stopper member that restricts the movement width of the spring member and the damper in the operating direction of the knuckle side mounting member is arranged so as to easily regulate the maximum displacement width of the motor, there was excessive input from the road surface. Even in this case, the motor can be prevented from being damaged.
At this time, when the stopper is arranged near the center of gravity of the motor serving as a floating mass and the guide member of the dynamic vibration absorber attached to the motor when viewed from above the vehicle, the stopper is generated when the stopper is operated. Since the input to the linear motion guide due to the moment can be suppressed, the capacity of the linear motion guide can be suppressed, and a small linear motion guide can be adopted.
Further, the motor side mounting member supports the lower end side of the guide member (specifically, the guide shaft), and supports the upper end side of the guide member in addition to the motor side mounting member. If a second motor side mounting member for connecting the dynamic vibration absorber and the motor case is provided on the side, and the guide member is supported from both the upper side and the lower side, the rigidity of the guide member is increased. Since the floating mass can be accurately guided in the operating direction of the spring member and the damper, the operation of the in-wheel motor can be further stabilized.

Next, a method for assembling the
First, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), linear bearings that are fixed portions of linear motion guides 24A and 24A in
Then, the guide assembly 20A is obtained by attaching the arm
Next, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the
The order of attaching the
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the mounting
After the first motor
Thereafter, a U-shaped
Finally, the second motor
In addition, since the
Thus, according to this best mode, the first motor
Further, in this example, the knuckle
As for the movable side of the
Furthermore, in this example, the U-shaped
At this time, the position of the

As described above, according to the present invention, the in-wheel motor can be easily floating mounted below the vehicle spring, and the stroke width can be increased, so that the in-wheel excellent in assemblability and stability can be obtained. A motor system can be obtained, and driving safety and comfort of the vehicle can be further improved.
