利用権限管理サーバと業務処理システムと利用者端末とを備え、前記利用者端末に前記業務システムに対するユーザＩＤを含む処理要求が入力されると、当該ユーザＩＤに割付けられた利用権限に基づいて当該業務システムに対する処理を実行する利用権限管理システムにおいて、
前記利用権限管理サーバは、
前記各利用権限と当該利用権限の付与条件としての人事属性との関係を記憶する利用権限定義記憶手段と、
前記各利用者端末からの処理要求入力に応じて、この処理要求に含まれるユーザＩＤに対応する社員コードで人事データベースを検索して、当該社員コードの組織及び役職を含む人事属性を抽出する人事データベース検索手段と、
この人事データベース検索手段で抽出された人事属性に対応する利用権限を前記利用権限定義記憶手段から抽出する利用権限検索手段と、
この利用権限検索手段で抽出された利用権限を前記当該ユーザＩＤに割付けられた利用権限と設定する利用権限設定手段と
