Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は浄水器、温水洗浄機、ボイラー、瞬間温水器等の製品に適用される減圧バルブに関する。このような本発明は、減圧バルブの構造改善を介して先行技術対比必須構造であるダイヤフラムと金属加工のポペットバルブ及び諸般部品の削除が可能にさせて製品に対する生産性及び部品単価を低めて、減圧バルブの周辺部品継手部における流体漏水及び、減圧バルブの高圧動作による部品継手部の破損を防止して、減圧バルブが適用される製品群の寿命をさらに延長させて用いる減圧バルブに関する。

Claims (10)
- 入水流路と出水流路、そして前記出水流路側に圧力室を用意したバルブ本体と;
前記バルブ本体内に構成されて入水流路と出水流路を連結する内部流路を有するが、前記入水流路を通した流体の流入量を調節するように流動するポペットバルブと;
前記ポペットバルブの外側周り面に構成されるようにするが、前記ポペットバルブの流動によって伸張または圧縮される圧力/流量制御部材と;
前記バルブ本体の外部出水流路側に結合されて、前記出水流路の開閉を制御するように駆動するソレノイドと;、
前記バルブ本体内の一端に構成されて前記入水流路の開かれることによる前記ポペットバルブの流動範囲を制限する流動制御部材と;を含んで構成することを特徴とする減圧バルブ。 - 前記流動制御部材は圧力室内の出口流路側に用意されるストッパーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記入水流路は出水流路の直径と同一にまたは小さく構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記出水流路の断面積は内部流路の断面積に対して所定の範囲を越えないように構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記圧力室に位置するポペットバルブの一面は圧力伝達に速かに反応するように凹半球状で構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記圧力/流量制御部材はポペットバルブの両端周り面に用意されるOリングにより密閉されるスプリング室に位置するように構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記圧力/流量制御部材はコイルスプリングであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記スプリング室は真空状態によるポペットバルブの流動性能低下を防止する真空解除部材をさらに含んで構成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記真空解除部材はスプリング室に位置するバルブ本体に形成される第1通気ホールであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の減圧バルブ。
- 前記真空解除部材はスプリング室と圧力室を連結するようにポペットバルブの一端に形成される第2通気ホールであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の減圧バルブ。
