工程Lでは、先ず、図12(c)に示すマスク3を用いてTMAH溶液によるパターンエッチングを行い、レバー本体11上の多結晶シリコン層55のみを部分的に除去する。このパターンエッチングにより、図11(d)に示されるように、レバー本体11の基部側に多結晶シリコン層55が帯状に残る。この多結晶シリコン層55は、紙面に垂直な帯状であり、段差を有する。
