Abstract
Description
本発明は、地盤の剛性を検査するためのFWD(Falling Weight Deflectmeter)を評価するための装置、およびその評価方法に関する。 The present invention relates to an apparatus for evaluating a FWD (Falling Weight Deflectmeter) for inspecting the rigidity of a ground, and an evaluation method thereof.
In this type of FWD, deterioration of the buffer member or characteristic change according to environmental conditions is likely to occur. And according to the state of the buffer member, the measured value of the load when the weight body is dropped on the sensor unit and the measured value of the ground deflection are easily affected. Therefore, a means for evaluating whether or not a measurement value appropriately reflecting the rigidity of the ground can be obtained by the FWD used has been desired. In this case, it has been desired that the FWD user can easily evaluate the FWD.
However, conventionally, no means for appropriately and simply performing this type of FWD evaluation has been established, and manufacturers of each FWD product are allowed to evaluate the FWD by a unique method. It's real.
In view of such a background, the present invention provides an evaluation apparatus that can easily and appropriately perform FWD evaluation (evaluation of whether or not a measurement value obtained by FWD is appropriate for examining the rigidity of the ground). And an evaluation method.
In order to achieve the above object, the FWD evaluation apparatus of the present invention has a sensor unit mounted on the ground and a buffer member installed on the sensor unit, and a weight is provided on the buffer member. An apparatus for FWD evaluation, in which a body is dropped and a signal corresponding to a load applied to the sensor unit in accordance with the fall and a vertical displacement amount of the sensor unit due to the load is output from the sensor unit. , A rigid base block mounted on a rigid floor surface, and supported on the base block via a metal spring, and freely movable in the vertical direction with respect to the base block by elastic deformation of the metal spring And a rigid movable block having an FWD mounting surface formed on the upper surface for mounting the FWD sensor unit, and a vertical displacement amount of the movable block relative to the base block. , Output the detection signal And a displacement sensor that, the value of the proportionality constant defining the linear relationship between the amount of vertical displacement of the load and movable block that acts on the movable block, characterized in that it is specified in advance.
According to the evaluation apparatus of the present invention, the base block is mounted on a rigid floor surface (a floor surface having high rigidity), and the FWD sensor unit is mounted on the FWD mounting surface of the movable block. When the weight body of the FWD is dropped, a load (impact load) associated with the drop acts on the movable block via the sensor section of the FWD. Further, the metal spring is elastically deformed by the acting load, and the movable block is displaced downward with respect to the base block together with the FWD sensor unit by the elastic deformation. A detection signal corresponding to the amount of displacement is obtained from the displacement sensor. Therefore, the displacement amount of the sensor unit and the movable block when the FWD weight body is dropped can be measured from the detection signal of the displacement sensor.
In addition, when the weight is dropped, a signal corresponding to the load applied to the sensor part of the FWD and the amount of displacement of the sensor part due to the load is output from the sensor part of the FWD. In this case, the floor on which the base block is placed, the base block and the movable block are rigid (highly rigid), and therefore the load that actually acts on the sensor section when the weight is dropped and the movable block The actual acting load is equal, and the actual displacement amount of the sensor unit and the actual displacement amount of the movable block are equal. Therefore, the displacement amount of the movable block and the load acting on the movable block when the weight body is dropped can be measured from the output signal of the sensor unit. Furthermore, since a linear relationship is established between the displacement amount and the load of the movable block due to the spring characteristics of the metal spring, from the measured value of the displacement amount and load of the movable block based on the output signal of the sensor unit, It is also possible to measure a proportionality constant (spring constant or its inverse) that defines the linear relationship.
Here, if the FWD functions normally, the displacement amount of the sensor unit measured from the output signal of the sensor unit matches or substantially matches the displacement amount of the movable block measured from the detection signal of the displacement sensor. It should be. Further, when the proportionality constant is measured based on the displacement amount of the sensor portion measured from the output signal of the sensor portion and the acting load on the sensor portion, the measured value of the proportionality constant is determined in advance. It should match or nearly match the value of the proportionality constant. The metal spring generally has a linear relationship between the load applied to the movable block and the amount of displacement of the movable block because the spring characteristics are not easily affected by environmental conditions and are less likely to change over time. The proportionality constant can be specified with high accuracy in advance using a force reference machine or the like.
Therefore, by using the evaluation apparatus of the present invention, the output signal of the FWD sensor unit when the FWD weight body falls, the detection signal of the displacement sensor of the evaluation apparatus, and the proportional constant specified in advance are set. Based on the value, FWD can be appropriately evaluated. Further, in this case, with the FWD placed on the movable block of the evaluation device, the weight body of the FWD is dropped, and the output signal of the sensor unit and the detection signal of the displacement sensor of the evaluation device at that time are only observed. Since FWD can be evaluated, the evaluation can be easily performed.
Therefore, by using the evaluation apparatus of the present invention, FWD can be evaluated simply and appropriately.
In the evaluation apparatus according to the present invention, it is preferable that the metal spring is a disc spring installed on the base block with the axis centering in the vertical direction. By using a disc spring as the metal spring, the stability of the spring characteristics of the metal spring can be enhanced. In addition, the vibration of the movable block when the weight of the FWD is dropped can be suppressed, and the output signal of the sensor unit and the detection signal of the displacement sensor can be made smooth to improve the reliability of the evaluation of the FWD. Can be increased.
More specifically, the evaluation of FWD using the evaluation apparatus of the present invention is preferably performed as follows by the evaluation method of the present invention.
That is, the FWD evaluation method of the present invention is a method for evaluating the FWD using the FWD evaluation device described above, and is mounted on the rigid body floor surface of the base block of the evaluation device. In addition, a first step of mounting the FWD sensor unit on the FWD mounting surface of the movable block of the evaluation device, a second step of dropping the weight body of the FWD, and dropping of the weight body Based on the output signal of the sensor unit at the time, the load acting on the sensor unit and the displacement amount of the sensor unit are measured, and the displacement amount of the movable block based on the detection signal of the displacement sensor of the evaluation device A third step of measuring the weight, and changing at least one of the weight of the weight of the FWD and the height of the weight at the start of dropping, thereby changing the second step and the third step. The measurement of the proportionality constant obtained from the applied load to the sensor unit measured based on the output signal of the sensor unit in the third step and the displacement amount of the sensor unit, It is measured based on the comparison with the value of the proportional coefficient specified in advance and the displacement amount of the movable block measured based on the detection signal of the displacement sensor measured in the third step and the output signal of the sensor unit. The FWD is evaluated based on the comparison with the displacement amount of the sensor unit.
According to the evaluation method of the present invention, the processing of the second step and the third step is performed by changing at least one of the weight of the weight body of the FWD and the height at the start of dropping of the weight body. Is executed a plurality of times, the proportionality constant can be appropriately measured from the applied load to the sensor unit measured based on the output signal of the sensor unit in the third step and the displacement amount of the sensor unit. Then, the comparison between the measured value of the proportional constant and the value of the proportional constant specified in advance, the displacement amount of the movable block measured based on the detection signal of the displacement sensor measured in the third step, and the sensor unit Since the FWD is evaluated based on the comparison with the displacement amount of the sensor unit measured based on the output signal, the FWD can be appropriately evaluated. That is, the displacement value of the movable block measured based on the detection signal of the displacement sensor when the measured value of the proportionality constant matches the value of the proportionality constant specified in advance or substantially coincides and the weight body is dropped each time. If the amount and the displacement amount of the sensor unit measured based on the output signal of the sensor unit match or substantially match, it can be evaluated that the FWD is functioning normally.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the evaluation apparatus of this embodiment, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of an FWD (small FWD) evaluated using the evaluation apparatus of FIG. 1 and its evaluation system, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a graph illustrating the relationship between the load acting on the movable block of the evaluation apparatus of FIG. 1 and the displacement amount of the movable block, and FIG. 4 illustrates the waveform of the load and displacement measured by the FWD shown in FIG. FIG. 5 is a graph illustrating the relationship between the load and the displacement measured from the output of the sensor unit of the FWD shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The through hole 8 of the main body 7 has a small diameter
The
Furthermore, the
A pair of C-type retaining rings 10 and 10 are mounted on the outer periphery of the lower part of the small diameter part 4b of the movable block 4 (the part protruding into the
In the present embodiment, the
The
The
The above is the structure of the
Here, in the
In the present embodiment, this measurement is performed as follows. That is, the
Based on this measurement data, the

At the same time, the displacement amount of the

The measuring

As can be seen from the graphs a and b in FIG. 4, the waveform of the measurement value of the load by the

Next, on the basis of the measurement data of the peak value of the acting load and the displacement amount of the
Furthermore, in step 6, based on the measurement data of the peak value of the displacement amount of the

Next, a spring constant (= FWD measured load / FWD) as a proportional constant that defines the relationship between the FWD measured load and the FWD measured displacement amount for each type of set of the
Note that step 7 may be performed before obtaining the evaluation device measurement displacement.
(Procedure 8)
Next, comparison is made between the FWD measurement spring constant obtained as described above and the reference spring constant of the
The above is the procedure of the evaluation method of the
Next, specific examples of the evaluation method will be described with reference to Table 1 and FIG.
The weight of the
At this time, the values of the FWD measurement load, the FWD measurement displacement amount, and the evaluation device measurement displacement amount obtained in the procedure 6 are shown in Table 1 corresponding to each set of the weight of the
In this case, the reference spring constant of the
In this embodiment, the reference spring constant and the FWD measurement spring constant substantially coincide. Further, as shown in Table 1, the FWD measurement displacement amount and the evaluation device measurement displacement amount corresponding to each set of the
In this embodiment, the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to easily evaluate the
