Abstract
【構成】プレス加工による水路用凸部21を有し且つ水路用凸部21の形状より単純な外周形状をした上側部材2cと、上側部材2cを嵌め込むための嵌込み用凹部12aを有する下側部材1cとが、上側部材2cの外周部および水路用凸部21の外縁部で摩擦撹拌接合法で接合されている。接合時の摩擦撹拌接合ツールの経路は一筆書きの経路とされ、経路の途中で接合の始点位置を再度通過させる。

Claims (3)
- 熱伝導性に優れた金属平板からなる下側部材および上側部材が接合されて構成され、前記両部材によって冷媒を流通させる流路が形成されている冷却体であって、
前記上側部材には流路となる凸状部がプレス加工で形成され、且つこの上側部材の外周形状が前記凸状部の形状より単純な形状とされ、
前記下側部材には上側部材を嵌め込むための凹部が形成され、
上側部材の外周部および前記凸状部の外縁部で下側部材と上側部材が摩擦撹拌接合法で接合されて、下側部材と上側部材の凸状部とで前記流路を形成している、
ことを特徴とする冷却体。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却体の製造方法であって、
前記の下側部材と上側部材を接合する摩擦撹拌接合のツールの経路を一筆書きの経路としている、
ことを特徴とする冷却体の製造方法。 - 前記の一筆書きの経路として、経路の途中で摩擦撹拌接合の始点位置を少なくとも一度は通過させる経路をとる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷却体の製造方法。
