Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a motor control device, and more particularly to a motor control device capable of detecting an operation abnormality of a drive circuit that switches a power supply direction to a motor.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle power window device has a configuration in which a rotational driving force by a motor is transmitted to an elevating mechanism and a window glass is moved up and down via the elevating mechanism. In such an elevating device, the position of the window glass is calculated by a signal from a rotation sensor that detects the rotation of the electric motor, and the window glass can be moved to a mechanically restrained lock position ( For example, see Patent Document 1).
Further, in a motor control device that performs forward / reverse rotation control of a motor such as a power window device or a power steering device, a drive power source is connected to the motor via a drive circuit. The drive circuit has an H-bridge circuit composed of switching elements such as FETs, for example. By switching the switching elements, both terminals of the motor are connected to the high potential side of the drive power supply or the drive power supply such as ground is low. Connected to the potential side, the motor is rotated in both forward and reverse directions.
In such a motor control device, a technique for monitoring a motor terminal voltage or the like and detecting a failure (ground fault or power fault) in which the motor terminal is short-circuited to the ground potential or the high potential side of the driving power source is known. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2). By detecting such a failure, it is possible to prevent damage to an expensive control unit or the like.
However, in the techniques described in
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a motor control device capable of specifying a failure location in a drive circuit with a simple configuration when the motor is not operating.
According to the present invention, the object is a motor control device comprising a motor that operates by power supply from a motor drive power supply, and a control means that controls the drive of the motor, wherein the control means includes a motor drive power supply. A drive circuit for switching a power supply direction to the motor, a drive circuit control means for performing switching control of the drive circuit, a rotation state detection means for detecting a rotation state of the motor, and each terminal potential of the motor Intermediate potential detection means for detecting an intermediate potential between the motor drive power supply and the potential on the low potential side of the motor drive power source, based on the rotation state detected by the rotation state detection means and the intermediate potential detected by the intermediate potential detection means And an abnormality detection means for detecting an abnormality of the drive circuit.
As described above, in the present invention, the abnormality detecting unit of the control means sets the intermediate potential at the intermediate point between the motor rotation state detected by the rotation state detection means and the motor terminal detected by the intermediate potential detection means and the ground potential. Based on this, it is configured to detect the abnormality of the drive circuit that switches the power supply direction to the motor, and stops due to the failure of the drive circuit without erroneously detecting that the motor is stopped in the mechanical lock state In addition, it is possible to reliably determine whether the abnormality has occurred, and it is possible to generate an input signal for the abnormality detection unit to determine abnormality with a simple configuration. Furthermore, the abnormality detection unit can identify the switching element having the open failure by comparing the intermediate potential when the switching element of the drive circuit has an open failure with the intermediate potential in the normal state.
Specifically, the abnormality detection unit detects the driving circuit when the rotation state detection unit detects a stop state of the motor and the intermediate potential detected by the intermediate potential detection unit is included in a predetermined range. It is possible to configure so as to detect abnormalities.
Further, each terminal of the motor is connected at the same intermediate point through a resistor, and the intermediate point is connected to the low potential side of the motor drive power source through an intermediate resistor. It can be configured to detect the potential of the intermediate point. Thus, the intermediate potential can be detected with a simple configuration.
The drive circuit includes a first upstream switching element disposed between one terminal of the motor and a high potential side of the motor drive power supply, and the other terminal of the motor and the low potential side of the motor drive power supply. The first downstream switching element disposed between the second terminal of the motor and the second upstream switching element disposed between the other terminal of the motor and the high potential side of the motor drive power source, and one terminal of the motor And a second downstream side switching element disposed between the motor drive power source and the low potential side of the motor drive power source, and the abnormality detection means is configured such that the rotation state detection means indicates that the motor is stopped. When detected, an operation is performed among the plurality of switching elements based on the driving direction of the motor by the drive circuit control unit and the magnitude of the intermediate potential detected by the intermediate potential detection unit. It can be configured to identify the switching elements that produce good.
According to the motor control device of the present invention, the control means for performing the switching control of the drive circuit for switching the power supply direction to the motor is detected by the rotation state of the motor detected by the rotation state detection means and the intermediate potential detection means. An abnormality detecting means for detecting an abnormality of the drive circuit by means of an intermediate potential between the motor terminal and the ground is provided, and a failure location in the drive circuit can be specified with a simple configuration when the motor is not operating.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the configurations, procedures, and the like described below do not limit the present invention, and various modifications can be made according to the spirit of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a processing flow of abnormality detection processing of the power window device of FIG. 1.
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the motor control device of the present invention is applied to a power window device will be described.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a power window device 1 (hereinafter referred to as “
In this example, the
Moreover, in the
The driving means 2 of this example includes a
The
The
In this example, a device using a Hall IC is adopted as the
The control means 3 of this example includes a
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The drive
When receiving the opening / closing command signal from the operation switch 4, the drive
Specifically, the
The rotation
That is, in this example, the fully closed position is set as the reference position, and the pulse count value is set to 0 at the fully closed position. When the
The rotation
The intermediate
As described above, the
As will be described later, the
Furthermore, when the stop of the
Further, a drive current detection unit for detecting whether or not a drive current is flowing to the
The
Specifically, the
These switching
That is, the drive

The operation switch 4 of this example is composed of a swing switch that can be operated in two steps, and has an up switch, a down switch, and an auto switch. One end of each of these switches is connected to a predetermined terminal of the

Further, in the

In this case, the potential Vm1 of the terminal 20a on the upstream side of the

When the intermediate potential Vad is higher (about 5V) than the normal operation potential (about 3V) when the forward rotation command signal is output to the

Next, the abnormality detection process of the
In the abnormality detection process, first, the
When the closing operation flag of the drive
If the open operation flag of the drive
Note that, during the intermittent OFF period of the PWM signal, the switching element that should originally be in the ON state is in the OFF state. In this example, during this period, the open operation flag and the close operation flag are treated as the OFF state. In both S1 and S2, “None” is selected to prevent the

In step S5, the
