Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fuel supply apparatus, an automobile equipped with the same, and a fuel supply method.
However, in the fuel supply apparatus described in Patent Document 1, no consideration is given to a situation where, for example, the atmospheric pressure is low. For this reason, when the atmospheric pressure is lowered, the fuel boiling point is likely to be generated due to the lower boiling point of the fuel. For example, when the pressurized fuel is decompressed, the fuel bubbles are generated in the fuel supply pipe. There was a case.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and in a fuel supply device capable of reducing the pressure of fuel in a fuel supply pipe for supplying fuel to an in-cylinder fuel injection valve using atmospheric pressure, An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel supply device that can suppress the generation of fuel bubbles caused by atmospheric pressure, an automobile equipped with the fuel supply device, and a fuel supply method.
The present invention adopts the following means in order to achieve the above-mentioned object.

In this fuel supply device, when the operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped, a parameter related to atmospheric pressure is detected, and the pressure of fuel in the fuel supply pipe is reduced using the atmospheric pressure based on the detected parameter related to atmospheric pressure. To restrict. In general, for example, when the pressure applied to the fuel is low, the boiling point of the fuel becomes low, and when the pressurized fuel is depressurized, it is easy to generate fuel bubbles due to the occurrence of boiling under reduced pressure. The atmospheric pressure to be used has a correlation with the presence or absence of the generation of fuel bubbles in the fuel supply pipe. Here, the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe is limited to be reduced by using an atmospheric pressure that has a correlation with the presence or absence of bubbles in the fuel supply pipe. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of fuel bubbles caused by the atmospheric pressure in the fuel supply pipe that supplies the fuel to the cylinder fuel injection valve that injects the fuel into the cylinder of the internal combustion engine. Here, the “atmospheric pressure parameter” may be information related to the atmospheric pressure or the atmospheric pressure itself.
In the fuel supply apparatus of the present invention, when the internal combustion engine is stopped, the stop time control means adjusts the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe when a parameter relating to atmospheric pressure detected by the detection means is within a predetermined range. The fuel pressure adjusting means controls the fuel pressure adjusting means to reduce the pressure, and when the parameter related to the atmospheric pressure detected by the detecting means is out of a predetermined range, the fuel pressure adjusting means limits the pressure reduction of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe. You may control. In this way, when the internal combustion engine is stopped, if the parameter related to atmospheric pressure is within a predetermined range, the fuel supply pipe can be decompressed to suppress fuel leakage from the in-cylinder fuel injection valve. When the parameter relating to is out of the predetermined range, the generation of fuel bubbles in the fuel supply pipe can be suppressed by limiting the pressure reduction of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe. Here, the “predetermined range” may be set to the obtained range by empirically obtaining a parameter relating to the atmospheric pressure at which bubbles are generated from the fuel when the fuel pressure is reduced.
In the fuel supply apparatus according to the present invention, when the internal combustion engine is stopped, the control unit at the time of stopping the fuel pressure in the fuel supply pipe when a parameter relating to atmospheric pressure detected by the detection unit is out of a predetermined range. The fuel pressure adjusting means may be controlled so as not to reduce the pressure. By so doing, it is possible to reliably prevent the generation of fuel bubbles caused by reducing the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe.
In the fuel supply apparatus of the present invention, the detection means is a means for detecting or estimating an atmospheric pressure as a parameter relating to the atmospheric pressure, and the stop-time control means is provided in the fuel supply pipe based on the parameter relating to the atmospheric pressure. When limiting the pressure reduction of the fuel, the fuel pressure adjusting means may be controlled to tend to keep the fuel pressure in the fuel supply pipe higher as the atmospheric pressure detected or estimated by the detecting means is lower. . By so doing, it is possible to achieve as much as possible the suppression of fuel leakage from the cylinder fuel injection valve and the suppression of the generation of fuel bubbles in the fuel supply pipe. Further, when the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe is kept high to some extent, the pressure of the fuel is easily increased and the internal combustion engine is easily restarted.
In the fuel supply apparatus of the present invention, the detection means may be means for detecting a current altitude as a parameter relating to the atmospheric pressure. In this way, it is possible to limit the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe from being reduced using the altitude correlated with the atmospheric pressure. Here, the “altitude” may be a height expressed with reference to the sea surface or the ground. “Detect altitude” means that the altitude is detected directly by, for example, emitting radio waves and measuring the reflection time from the ground surface, or indirectly detecting the altitude based on GPS location information, etc. Including what to do. At this time, when the stop time control means limits the pressure reduction of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe based on the parameter related to the atmospheric pressure, the higher the current altitude detected by the detection means, the higher the fuel The fuel pressure adjusting means may be controlled to tend to keep the fuel pressure in the supply pipe high.
The automobile according to the present invention includes an internal combustion engine that includes an in-cylinder fuel injection valve that is connected to an output shaft to a drive shaft and injects fuel into the cylinder, and supplies fuel to the in-cylinder injection valve that the internal combustion engine includes. And a fuel supply device according to any one of the above. This fuel supply device suppresses the generation of fuel bubbles due to atmospheric pressure in the fuel supply pipe that supplies fuel to the cylinder fuel injection valve that injects fuel into the cylinder of the internal combustion engine as described above. Therefore, the same effect can be obtained in a car equipped with this.
In the automobile of the present invention, the internal combustion engine may further include a port fuel injection valve that injects fuel into the intake system. If it carries out like this, an internal combustion engine can be drive | operated using the fuel injection valve for cylinders, and the fuel injection valve for ports.
The fuel supply method of the present invention comprises:
A fuel pressurizing means for pressurizing the fuel to an in-cylinder fuel injection valve for injecting fuel into the cylinder of the internal combustion engine and supplying the pressurized fuel via a fuel supply pipe; A fuel supply method using a fuel pressure adjusting means capable of reducing the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe using atmospheric pressure,
Detect parameters related to atmospheric pressure,
When the operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped, the fuel pressure adjusting means is controlled so as to restrict the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe from being reduced based on the detected parameter relating to the atmospheric pressure.
In this fuel supply method, when the operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped, a parameter related to atmospheric pressure is detected, and the pressure of fuel in the fuel supply pipe is reduced using the atmospheric pressure based on the detected parameter related to atmospheric pressure. To restrict. In general, for example, when the atmospheric pressure is low, the boiling point of the fuel is low, and if the pressurized fuel is decompressed, decompression boiling occurs, and fuel bubbles are likely to be generated. The atmospheric pressure has a correlation with the presence or absence of the generation of fuel bubbles in the fuel supply pipe. Here, the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply pipe is limited to be reduced by using the atmospheric pressure that has a correlation with the presence or absence of bubbles in the fuel supply pipe. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of fuel bubbles caused by the atmospheric pressure in the fuel supply pipe that supplies the fuel to the cylinder fuel injection valve that injects the fuel into the cylinder of the internal combustion engine. In this fuel supply method, various aspects of the above-described fuel supply apparatus may be adopted, and steps for realizing each function of the above-described fuel supply apparatus may be added.

Next, an operation when the
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S110 that the atmospheric pressure Pa is not lower than the threshold value Pref, that is, the atmospheric pressure Pa is greater than or equal to the threshold value Pref, the
After step S130, the
According to the
Further, when the
Further, when the
In addition, this invention is not limited to the Example mentioned above at all, and as long as it belongs to the technical scope of this invention, it cannot be overemphasized that it can implement with a various aspect.
