Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for supplying microbubbles (ultrafine bubbles) to a reaction process.
In the reaction process exemplified by the activated sludge method applied to sewage treatment, the function of decomposing the pollutant by microorganisms in the activated sludge is used. Oxygen (dissolved oxygen) is required to decompose pollutants by the microorganisms. In order to supply this oxygen, in the reaction process, air is supplied and dissolved in the activated sludge mixture using an air diffuser, a blower or the like. At this time, if the bubbles to be supplied are refined, the dissolution efficiency per unit air flow rate is improved.
Specifically, the air used for the reaction process is made into ultrafine bubbles, particularly microbubbles with a bubble diameter of 50 μm or less (bubble diameter: 100 to 200 nm), thereby dramatically increasing the activity of activated sludge and living organisms. A beneficial effect such as easy decomposition of difficult-to-decompose organic substances can be expected.
For example, Non-Patent
Non-Patent
Examples of applying the system for supplying microbubbles to a sewage treatment facility include sewage treatment facilities as shown in FIGS.
The
In order to generate microbubbles having a smaller bubble diameter in the
The
The
The
In this method, since the liquid phase in the microbubble mixed

The sewage flowing into the sewage treatment facility 3 is first supplied to the
On the other hand, a part of the filtered water is supplied to the
As described above, according to the microbubble supply system of this embodiment, it is possible to supply sufficiently fine bubbles capable of exhibiting the properties and performance of microbubbles with a sufficient amount of gas necessary for the decomposition of organic matter by activated sludge.

The microbubble supply device 4 shown in FIG. 4 includes a
The

The
An operation example of the microbubble supply system of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

As described above, according to the microbubble supply system of this embodiment, it is possible to supply sufficiently fine bubbles that can exhibit the properties and performance of the microbubbles with a sufficient amount of gas necessary for the reaction process.
