Description
しかしながら、特許文献1などに開示されている帯電防止性ハードコート層は、帯電防止効果は十分あるものの、可視光の吸収が大きく、レンズが着色してしまうという課題を有していた。また、特許文献2などに開示されている光学部材は、帯電防止効果は十分あるものの、表面の耐擦傷性に課題を有していた。また、特許文献3に開示されている薄膜の製造方法は、撥水性材料の中に導電性物質が含有されていることにより電子銃を用いて安定的に撥水膜を施すことが可能となるが、帯電防止効果が充分でない。仮に、帯電防止効果を具備させようとして電子銃のパワーを強くして、薄膜形成材料を蒸発させた場合、帯電防止効果がレンズ面で不均一になる。この場合においても薄膜の帯電防止効果が充分でなかった。
