Description

The present invention is used for heat transfer pipes (such as internally grooved pipes and smooth pipes) of air conditioning refrigerators such as air conditioners, hot water supply / water supply pipes for buildings, etc., and copper or copper alloy pipes are multilayered in a coil shape. It is related with the level-wound-coil package body comprised by the level-wound coil arrange | positioned so that the axial direction may become perpendicular | vertical, and it may be unwound.

A level-wound coil (hereinafter referred to as LWC) is usually provided as a multi-stage LWC package in which a plurality of LWCs are arranged so that their axial directions are vertical as shown in FIG. Is done. In FIG. 11, 10 is a multi-tiered LWC package, 11 is an LWC, 8 is a plate material (such as donut paper serving as a buffer material) that partitions the multi-tiered LWC, and 12 is a guide for guiding the pipe 2 when unwinding the LWC, Reference numeral 13 denotes a pallet on which LWC is loaded.

When unwinding the LWC of a multi-stage LWC package, the tube end of the LWC in the upper stage is taken out and the LWC is unwound. When the unwinding of the upper LWC is completed, the tube end of the next-stage LWC located below and adjacent to the upper row is taken out and the unwinding work is performed. Because it is not connected, every time the LWC is unwound, the work must be stopped and the tube end of the LWC must be set in a guide or a processing machine, and improvement is required from the viewpoint of workability. It was.

Therefore, in Patent Document 1, when the upper LWC is unwound and the end of the pipe rises or is about to rise, the supply of the pipe is stopped, and the cushioning material between the LWC of the next stage The weight of the guide jig is attached to the end of the unwinding start tube of the next-stage LWC, and the action of this weight causes the end of the unwinding end pipe of the upper stage and the unwinding start pipe end of the next-stage LWC to A method has been proposed in which the supply of the pipe is resumed after being connected by the connecting device.

In addition, as shown in Patent Document 2, the unwinding end pipe end of the upper LWC and the unwinding start pipe end of the next LWC are connected with a connecting member in advance, An LWC that continuously unwinds by providing a spacer having a thickness that allows the connecting member to pass therethrough between the upper LWC and the lower LWC positioned below the upper LWC. Laminates have been proposed.

特開2004−231348号公報JP 2004-231348 A 特開2004−142854号公報JP 2004-142854 A

However, in the pipe supply method from the LWC package according to Patent Document 1 described above, the pipe supply is temporarily stopped each time the LWC is switched, and the pipe ends of the upper LWC and the next stage LWC are connected using the connecting device. After that, the supply of the pipe is resumed, but when the connection part of the pipe end reaches the introduction part of the processing machine or the pipe feeding device, the supply of the pipe is stopped again and the connection part Need to be removed.
That is, every time the LWC is unwound by one coil, the tube supply is stopped twice, and the operation of connecting the tube and removing the connected portion is required each time, so that productivity can be improved. difficult. In addition, the progress of the connection must be monitored until the connection site is removed from the connection of the pipe, which greatly affects workability.

In the LWC laminate shown in Patent Document 2, first, a spacer having a thickness that allows the connection member to pass between the LWCs must be provided, which increases the number of component parts of the LWC laminate, and the work is troublesome. And increase costs. Secondly, in the case of an LWC wound with a soft tube such as a soft copper tube, the upper LWC weighs, causing a depression or deformation along the shape of the spacer on the upper surface of the next LWC. As a result, there arises a problem of making the pipe defective. Thirdly, the connection of the pipe end portion is performed by connecting the unwinding start pipe end portion in the inner peripheral portion and the unwinding end pipe end portion in the outer peripheral portion with a connecting member. Inevitably, it becomes long and the handling becomes inconvenient and the workability is lowered.

In view of such a situation, the present invention has been made, and provides a level wound coil package that reduces manufacturing costs and improves productivity without adding extra components such as spacers.

The invention according to claim 1 is a level-wound coil package in which at least one level-wound coil obtained by winding a tube in a cylindrical shape is laminated on a bottom plate, and the at least one level-wound coil is a cushioning material. The level-wound coils that are stacked through and adjacent to each other are the level-wound coil packages in which the tube ends of the outermost layers or the tube ends of the innermost layers are connected by a connecting member. is there.

The invention according to claim 2 is the level-wound coil package according to claim 1, wherein the connecting member is a tube made of a hardly water-permeable resin.

The level-wound coil package according to the present invention connects the adjacent coils of the laminated level-wound coils at the tube ends between the inner peripheries or the tube ends between the outer peripheries without increasing the number of components. Further, the length of the connecting member can be shortened, which greatly contributes to the reduction of the manufacturing cost.
Furthermore, the pipe supply during the LWC unwinding operation can be stopped only when the connecting member is removed, and a plurality of LWCs can be continuously supplied, which greatly improves the productivity.
