Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power generation / drive motor and a vehicle including the same, and more particularly, to a motor that enables both power generation and drive by a single unit.
In recent years, in order to improve the exhaustion of fossil fuels such as gasoline and the deterioration of the environment due to exhaust gas, the development of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles that run by driving a motor with electric energy has been promoted. For example, in the hybrid vehicle 1, as shown in FIG. 7, a
Further, when the motor is made superconductive as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-276734, etc., superconducting coils for a plurality of motors of the
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to reduce the size of the motor as a whole when both power generation and driving are required, and to simplify the structure when the motor is superconductive. It is said.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a stator having a field body,
A power generation rotor having an armature coil disposed opposite to the field body and connected to a power output line;
A power generation input shaft that is fixed to the power generation rotor and from which external rotational power is transmitted;
A driving rotor having an armature coil disposed opposite to the field body and connected to a power input line;
A power generation / drive motor is provided, comprising: a drive output shaft fixed to the drive rotor and rotating independently of the power generation input shaft.
With the above configuration, when the power generation input shaft is rotated by external power, the armature coil of the power generation rotor moves in the magnetic field of the field body to generate an induced electromotive force, and the generated power is output from the power output line. Is done. On the other hand, when a current is supplied to the armature coil of the driving rotor from the power input line, the driving rotor is rotated by the magnetic repulsion force generated between the field body and the armature coil, and is rotated from the driving output shaft. Power is output. Therefore, both power generation and driving can be performed with one motor, and it is not necessary to prepare separate motors for power generation and driving, so that the motor can be downsized as a whole. Further, since the power generating rotor and the driving rotor share one stator as opposing fields, the number of parts is reduced, which further contributes to miniaturization.
The gap between the stator and the power generation rotor and the drive rotor is an axial gap structure formed in the axial direction of the power generation input shaft and the drive output shaft, on both sides of the stator in the axial direction. It is preferable that the power generating rotor and the driving rotor are arranged to face each other.
With the above configuration, the magnetic flux generated in the field body generates N and S poles on both sides of the stator, but the rotors are disposed on both sides of the stator so that the field generated in the field body is torqued. It can be used effectively for generation.
The field body is preferably a superconducting field coil or a superconducting field bulk.
That is, by superconducting the field body, the magnetic field can be strengthened and the motor torque can be significantly increased. In addition, as described above, the motor of the present invention shares the field (stator) between the power generating rotor and the driving rotor, so the superconducting field coil or the superconducting field bulk is shared, and the use of superconducting material is used. The amount can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. In addition, since the piping for cooling the superconducting field coil or the superconducting field bulk to a cryogenic temperature only needs to be connected to one shared stator, the cooling structure is simplified. Furthermore, even when taking measures against field magnetic field leakage, it is sufficient to take measures against only one field (stator), so that it is possible to reduce the size and cost.
The armature coils of the power generating rotor and the driving rotor are preferably formed of a superconducting material.
That is, by making the armature coil superconductive, a large current can flow, and the number of turns of the armature coil can be greatly reduced. Therefore, since the hollow portion can be formed large in the center of the coil, the magnetic core disposed in the hollow portion can be increased, and the magnetic flux can be strengthened to increase the torque.
A second stator having a second field body whose one end face faces the armature coil of the power generating rotor;
A second driving rotor having an armature coil connected to a power input line opposite to the other end surface of the field body of the second stator;
It is preferable to include a second drive output shaft fixed to the second drive rotor and rotating independently of the power generation input shaft and the drive output shaft.
With this configuration, a pair of drive rotors are provided on the left and right sides, and the drive output shafts rotate independently of each other. By making the number of revolutions different, the number of revolutions of each drive output shaft can be made different independently.
Further, the present invention is a vehicle equipped with the above-described electric power generation / drive motor,
The vehicle is characterized in that rotational power from an engine is transmitted to the power generation input shaft, and the drive output shaft is connected to a wheel side.
With the above configuration, since both a power generation and a driving force generation can be performed by a single motor without separately providing a generator and a driving motor, the motor as a vehicle-mounted component can be reduced in size and weight as a whole. Contributes to vehicle miniaturization and fuel efficiency improvement.
A vehicle equipped with a power generation / drive motor having the second drive output shaft described above,
Rotational power from the engine is transmitted to the power generation input shaft, the drive output shaft is connected to the first wheel side, and the second drive output shaft is connected to the second wheel side. The vehicle is characterized by the fact that
If it is the said structure, since the rotational speed of two drive output shafts can be controlled independently with one motor, different rotation speed can be given to a 1st wheel and a 2nd wheel. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the motor as a whole rather than driving two wheels with two motors, and it is not necessary to use a differential gear or the like as in the prior art, and it is possible to reduce power transmission loss. Become. In addition, the ability to eliminate the differential gear and the like contributes to a reduction in the size and weight of the vehicle. The first wheel is preferably a right wheel and the second wheel is a left wheel.
As is clear from the above description, according to the power generation / driving motor of the present invention, since one motor can perform both power generation and driving force generation, separate motors are used for power generation and driving. The motor can be downsized as a whole. In addition, since the field generator facing the power generation rotor and the driving rotor is shared by one stator, the number of parts is reduced, which contributes to further miniaturization. Furthermore, according to the vehicle of the present invention, the motor as a vehicle-mounted component is reduced in size and weight as a whole, which contributes to reduction in the size of the vehicle and improvement in fuel consumption.

In addition,
With the above configuration, by rotating the power
