Abstract
【解決手段】金属板2に色相塗膜3を設ける。この色相塗膜3の外層に、環状脂肪族多塩基酸と脂肪族多価アルコールとから成り、且つ芳香族成分を含まないポリエステル樹脂と、紫外線吸収剤及び光安定剤のうち少なくとも一方とを含むクリヤー塗膜4を設ける。このような塗装金属板1は、クリヤー塗膜4は色相塗膜3との間で優れたな密着性を有し、また塗装金属板1を屋外へ長時間曝露した場合にも、塗膜の割れ、剥離等が生じることを防止することができ、更に併せて塗膜の変退色や光沢の劣化を防止することができる。

Description
厚み0.35mmのアルミニウム含量55重量%の溶融アルミニウム−亜鉛めっき鋼板の表面に塗布型クロメート処理をCr量換算で40mg/m2となるるように施した。
色相塗料を塗料用シンナー(日本ファインコーティングス製「Nシンナー600(NFC)」)にて希釈して室温におけるNo4フォードカップで測定される粘度が20秒となるように調整した後、バーコータにて塗布し、続いて色相塗装がウェットな状態で直ちにエアースプレーガン塗装機を用いてクリヤー塗料を塗布し、次いで最終到達板温230℃で40秒間加熱することで色相塗料とクリヤー塗料を同時に焼付硬化させた。それ以外は実施例4と同様にして塗装鋼板を得た。
クリヤー塗膜4の形成を行わなかった以外は上記実施例1等と同様にして塗装鋼板を得た。
塗装鋼板として、フッ素樹脂塗装鋼板(日鉄鋼板株式会社製「エバーフロン」)を用いた。
各実施例及び比較例の塗装鋼板について、エッジ部分にポリエステルテープを貼着してカバーした状態で、JIS K5400(1990)9.8に準拠した試験を行い、このときサンシャインカーボンアーク灯式による光沢保持率及び色相変化の測定を行った。このとき、ブラックパネル温度を83℃として連続照射試験を行い、4000時間経過後の評価を以下の基準により行った。

各実施例及び比較例の塗装鋼板について、エッジ部分にポリエステルテープを貼着してカバーし、超促進耐候性試験機(岩崎電気製「SUV−F2」)および耐湿試験機(スガ試験機製「CT−3型」)を用い、照射時間24時間、ブラックパネル温度63℃、紫外線強度100mW/cm2の条件でのUV照射試験と、試験時間24時間、槽内温度50℃、槽内湿度98%以上の条件での湿潤試験を1サイクルとする試験サイクルを10サイクル繰り返して行った後の、光沢保持率及び色相変化の測定を行い、下記基準により評価を行った。

各実施例及び比較例の塗装鋼板について、20℃の室温において塗装面を外側として180°折り曲げた後、セロハン粘着テープを折り曲げ部分の表面にあてがい、手指で十分に擦って貼着させた後、これを直ちに引きはがした。この試験を折り曲げ時のT数を変更して行い、折り曲げ部分におけるセロハン粘着テープを引きはがした箇所を目視で観察し、以下のように評価を行った。T数とは、折り曲げ時に折り曲げ部分の内側に挟む塗装鋼板と同じ厚さの板の数である。
◎…0T折り曲げで塗膜の剥離なし。
○…塗膜の剥離が2T以下で発生。
×…塗膜の剥離が3T以下で発生。
各実施例及び比較例の塗装アルミニウム−亜鉛合金めっき鋼板の上塗り被膜の硬度を、JIS K5400(1990)8.4.2に準拠して求めた。
○…素地に至る塗膜の亀裂が3H以上で発生。
△…素地に至る塗膜の亀裂がH以上で発生。
×…素地に至る塗膜の亀裂がF以上で発生。
各実施例及び比較例につき、塗装鋼板を98℃以上の沸騰したイオン交換水中に6時間浸漬した後、23℃のイオン交換水中に18時間浸漬する処理を1サイクルとしてこれを5サイクル施した後、室温で2時間乾燥させ、次いで1mm間隔で10×10=100個の塗膜カット碁盤目を作った。この塗装鋼板をエリクセンにて6mm押出を行ってセロハン粘着テープを塗膜に粘着させ、これを直ちに引きはがし、下記評価基準にて評価した。
◎…クリヤー塗膜の剥離なし。
○…クリヤー塗膜の剥離5%未満。
×…クリヤー塗膜の剥離5%以上又は色相塗膜以下の塗膜の剥離が発生。
○…塗膜の剥離なし。
×…塗膜の剥離発生。
各実施例及び比較例につき、横7cm、縦15cmの寸法にカットした塗装鋼板の端縁部をポリエステルテープにてシールし、更にこの塗装鋼板の上下に分割した下側の領域にカッターナイフにて十字に交差する2本のカット傷を形成し、これを試験サンプルとした。この試験サンプルに対してJIS K 5400 9.1に定める試験方法によって塩水噴霧試験を3000時間行い、平面部の塗膜及びカット部について白錆、ブリスターの発生状況を観察し、下記評価基準にて評価した。

Claims (6)
- 金属板(2)に色相塗膜(3)を設け、この色相塗膜(3)の外層に、環状脂肪族多塩基酸と脂肪族多価アルコールとから成り、且つ芳香族成分を含まないポリエステル樹脂と、紫外線吸収剤及び光安定剤のうち少なくとも一方とを含むクリヤー塗膜(4)を設けたことを特徴とする塗装金属板。
- 上記環状脂肪族多塩基酸がヘキサヒドロ無水フタル酸であり、上記脂肪族多価アルコールが1,6−ヘキサンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール及び水素化ビスフェノールAから選択される少なくとも一種を含有するものである特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装金属板1。
- 上記ポリエステル樹脂の数平均分子量が1000〜10000、水酸基価が20〜150mgKOH/g、ガラス転移点が−10〜60℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の塗装金属板。
- 上記紫外線吸収剤がベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤とヒドロキシフェニルトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤とから選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
- 上記光安定剤がヒンダードアミン系光安定剤であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
- 金属板(2)に塗布した未硬化状態の色相塗料の表面に液状のクリヤー塗料を塗布し、この状態で色相塗料及びクリヤー塗料を同時に成膜することにより上記色相塗膜(3)及びクリヤー塗膜(4)を形成したものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
