Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a deterioration diagnosis apparatus, a deterioration diagnosis method, and a program for diagnosing deterioration of a spot welding gun in a welding robot that performs spot welding.
On the other hand, in an electric spot welding gun connected to an industrial robot, wear of a fulcrum shaft and wear of a ball screw in a drive system occur due to aging. At present, pressurization control that keeps the motor current constant is the mainstream, so the actual pressurization decreases due to these deteriorations, which can cause spatter and dust when energized, which can cause poor welding quality.
However, when trying to catch these signs of deterioration using a method such as Patent Document 1, it is difficult to find the influence of the spot welding gun on the cycle time due to the variation in the work position. Since control is performed to keep the flowing current constant, there is a problem that it is difficult to find signs of deterioration of the spot welding gun in terms of average torque and maximum torque. Therefore, even if the deterioration of the robot body axis can be diagnosed, the deterioration diagnosis of the electric spot welding gun cannot be performed.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and a deterioration diagnosis device capable of diagnosing deterioration of an electric spot welding gun by finding a deterioration sign of the electric spot welding gun.

After calculating the regression equation, the
In step S103, when the
In step S107, the reason why the X bar (average value) and R (range) are calculated is that the deterioration diagnosis in this embodiment is managed by the X bar-R control chart.
Specifically, the X bar is the average value of the distance between the data obtained in step S105 for each group and the regression line, and R is the range.

CL=Xバーバー
UCL=Xバーバー+k*Rバー
LCL=Xバーバー−k*Rバー
Here, the management limit line is an upper management limit line UCL indicating an upper management limit with respect to the management center line CL passing through the average value, and a lower side indicating a lower management limit with respect to the management center line passing through the average value. Using the control limit line LCL, the total X bar of the X bar and the average R bar of the range R obtained from the X bar calculated in step S107 are obtained by the following equations, respectively.
CL = X bar bar UCL = X bar bar + k * R bar LCL = X bar bar-k * R bar Here, k is a coefficient determined by the size of the group.
With the above processing, an analysis section, that is, a criterion for performing deterioration diagnosis is determined.

The reason why the X bar (average value) and R (range) are calculated in step S204 is that the deterioration diagnosis in this embodiment is managed by the X bar-R control chart.
Specifically, the X bar is the average value of the distance between the data obtained in step S202 and the regression line for each group, and R is the range.
