Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cable holding device.
The robot and the mechanical equipment include a control unit and an actuator such as a motor controlled by the control unit, and a detection unit such as a sensor for recognizing the operation state of the movable part moved by the actuator or the actuator. The control means and these actuators and detection means are electrically connected by a cable. It is necessary to wire the cable in consideration of improvement in appearance, prevention of disconnection due to actuator operation, and maintenance. However, the number of movable parts, actuators, and detection means increases as a result of improving the functions and performance of robots and mechanical equipment and increasing the accuracy of operations, and as a result, the number of cables also increases. Further, as the number of cables increases, the cable diameters used vary in size, making it difficult to orderly in a robot or the like.
Therefore,
Further, in Patent Document 2, a cable holding device that holds a cable in pressure contact from both sides by continuously attaching a cable holding piece for holding the cable to the guide plate and further tightening the cable holding piece to the cable side with a screw. Has proposed. According to the cable holding device of Patent Document 2, it is possible to easily fix the cable without depending on the type of cable and its outer diameter and number.
The holder of
This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, and it aims at providing the cable holding apparatus which hold | maintains the several cable from which an outer diameter differs suitably.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a cable holding device that includes a first holding member, a second holding member, and an idler member, and holds a plurality of cables. A first holding interval for holding the floating member slidably by fixing the two holding members facing each other, and bending and holding a cable between the first holding member and the floating member; And a second holding interval for bending and holding the cable between the second holding member and the floating member.
In the cable holding device of the present invention, the cable is held by the repulsive force against the bending generated from the cable itself by bending the cable using the flexibility of the cable and installing it at the first or second holding interval. Is possible. Further, in the cable holding device of the present invention, two cables (first cable and second cable) can be installed at each of the first and second holding intervals, and sliding is performed between the two installed cables. Since the free floating member is interposed, it is possible to obtain a synergistic effect that the two cables repel each other through the floating member and hold each other. As a result, even if a pulling force is generated in the cable, the cable can be held by a repulsive force against bending, so that the shift can be suppressed. Further, because of the structure in which the cable is bent and held by its repulsive force, the cable can be allowed to shift with respect to an excessive pulling force, and disconnection can be suppressed. In the cable holding device of the present invention, the floating member interposed between the two cables is slid even if the outer diameters of the first cable and the second cable are slightly different from the target due to, for example, product variations. Since it moves and absorbs the difference in the outer diameter of the cable, the two cables can be suitably held. The first and second cables may be plural.
In the present invention, the first and second holding intervals may be different. According to the present invention, even when the outer diameter difference between the first cable and the second cable is significant, by forming the first and second holding intervals based on the respective cable outer diameters, The first cable and the second cable can be suitably held.
In the present invention, the shape of the surface of the floating member that faces the first holding member may be different from the shape of the surface of the floating member that faces the second holding member. More specifically, for example, when a cylindrical member is assumed as the floating member, the outer diameter of the cylindrical surface facing the first holding member of the floating member is set to the outside of the cylindrical surface facing the second holding member. By forming it larger than the diameter, it is possible to form the first and second holding intervals having different intervals as described above. Further, for example, when the first cable is covered with a coating material having a low friction coefficient, the shape of the surface of the floating member facing the second holding member remains cylindrical, and the first holding member Since the repulsive force of the cable can be increased by forming the shape of the surface facing the cable in a shape in which the bending portion is increased in the direction in which the cable extends at the first and second holding intervals, the first is more preferably used. The cable can be held. The direction in which the above-described cable extends at the first and second holding intervals is, in other words, the direction in which the cable is ideally held in the cable holding device of the present invention.
In the present invention, the shape of the surface of the first holding member facing the floating member may be different from the shape of the surface of the second holding member facing the floating member. According to the present invention, not only the surface shape of the floating member is formed differently as described above, but also the shape of the surface facing the floating member of the first holding member and the floating member of the second holding member. It is possible to form the first and second holding intervals having different intervals by forming the opposing surfaces to have different shapes.
According to the present invention, the floating member has a shape of a surface facing the plurality of different first holding members in a direction in which the cables are arranged, or a shape of a surface facing the second holding member. Also good. According to the present invention, the first holding interval can be formed at a plurality of different holding intervals. Accordingly, it is possible to hold a plurality of cables having different outer diameters at the first holding interval corresponding to a plurality of different holding intervals. Similarly, a plurality of cables having different outer diameters can be held for the second holding interval.
In the present invention, the shape of the surface of the floating member facing the first holding member or the shape of the surface of the floating member facing the second holding member is switched in the direction in which the cables are arranged. Further, a partition portion extending toward the first holding member or the second holding member may be provided. According to the present invention, when a plurality of cables having different outer diameters are held at the first holding interval, even when the cable is displaced due to an excessive pulling force, the cable is dropped at a wider holding interval. Can be prevented. Similarly, the second holding interval can prevent the cable from dropping off.
Further, the present invention is based on a cable having the largest outer diameter among cables that hold a cable port between the first holding member and the second holding member at the first or second holding interval. In addition, the cables held at the first and second holding intervals may be formed in common. In the cable holding device of the present invention, since the cable is held at the first and second holding intervals, there is no problem even if the opening of the cable entrance is loosely formed with respect to the outer diameter of the cable. According to the present invention, the cable inlet / outlet can be made common to each cable holding the cable inlet / outlet by forming the cable of the outer diameter based on the cable having the largest outer diameter so that the cable can be inserted. By doing so, a cable doorway with a simple structure can be formed.
Further, the present invention provides an auxiliary fixing member in which the first or second holding member or the floating member has flexibility or friction on a surface forming the first holding interval or the second holding interval. May be provided. According to the present invention, for example, even when the cable is coated with a material having a low friction coefficient, it is possible to improve the holding force and more appropriately suppress the deviation of the cable.
According to the present invention, the first or second holding member or the floating member has a surface forming the first holding interval or the second holding interval, and the cable has the first and second holding members. When a curved surface is formed in a direction extending at intervals, the curvature of the curved surface may be a predetermined curvature or less. According to the present invention, by forming the curved surface larger than the minimum curved diameter of the cable that holds the surface shape of the first or second holding member or the floating member described above, the cable is excessively bent. It is possible to suppress the cable from being easily disconnected. That is, the predetermined curvature is the curvature of the minimum curvature of the cable to be held, and the predetermined curvature or less is in other words the minimum curvature of the cable or more.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cable holding device that suitably holds a plurality of cables having different outer diameters.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a
As shown in FIG. 1, the first and
As shown in FIG. 3, concave
As shown in FIG. 3, the floating
With the configuration described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the
When both the
The
Further, according to the holding mode in which the
Further, by holding the cable with a small pressing force, for example, when the
The effects described above that are exhibited by holding the
Furthermore, in the
The
Further, the cable can be held more suitably by forming the
The
Further, it is possible to improve the cable holding force by increasing the number of cable bends in the holding
The
The
In addition, when an excessive tensile force is applied to the
