Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a blade.
The blade is used, for example, for cutting or grooving a ceramic material, a metal material, or a composite material thereof (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 5). In order to perform high-precision cutting and grooving, high rigidity is required for the blade. Therefore, if the bond is hardened in order to improve the rigidity of the blade, the self-generating action is not smoothly performed, so that the sharpness of the blade is not maintained.
However, in the above-described blade, since the adhesion between the outer peripheral portion and the inner portion is insufficient, the outer peripheral portion easily peels off due to the force in the thickness direction.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a blade that has high rigidity as a whole, can maintain a good sharpness, and is difficult to peel off at the outer peripheral portion.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the blade of the present invention is a disk-shaped blade, and is laminated in the thickness direction to be the outermost layers, and the first and second abrasive grain layers. An outer peripheral portion having at least one intermediate abrasive layer positioned between the abrasive layers, and an inner portion that is disposed inside the outer peripheral portion in the radial direction and has higher rigidity than the outer peripheral portion. The inner diameter of the intermediate abrasive layer is different from the inner diameters of the first and second abrasive layers.
In the blade of the present invention, the rigidity of the inner portion is higher than the rigidity of the outer peripheral portion, so that high rigidity is obtained as a whole and a good sharpness is maintained. Further, in the blade of the present invention, since the inner diameter of at least one of the intermediate abrasive layers is different from the inner diameters of the first and second abrasive layers, peeling of the outer peripheral portion due to the force in the thickness direction is suppressed.
Moreover, it is preferable that at least one rigidity of the intermediate abrasive layer is different from the rigidity of the first and second abrasive layers. In this case, the performance of the blade can be controlled according to the application.
Moreover, it is preferable that the rigidity of the said 1st and 2nd abrasive grain layer is higher than the at least 1 rigidity of the said intermediate abrasive grain layer. In this case, since at least one of the intermediate abrasive layers is more easily worn than the first and second abrasive layers, when processing is performed using this blade, at least one outer diameter of the intermediate abrasive layer is less than that of the first abrasive layer. It becomes smaller than the outer diameter of the 1st and 2nd abrasive grain layer. Therefore, when machining is performed using the blade, the straightness of the machining is improved because the vibration during machining is reduced. Moreover, since the area of the working surface is reduced and the resistance during processing is reduced, a good sharpness is maintained.
The rigidity of the first and second abrasive grain layers is preferably lower than the rigidity of at least one of the intermediate abrasive grain layers. In this case, since at least one of the intermediate abrasive layers is harder to wear than the first and second abrasive layers, the outer diameters of the first and second abrasive layers are obtained by processing using this blade. Is smaller than at least one outer diameter of the intermediate abrasive layer. Therefore, when processing is performed using the blade, the resistance during processing is reduced, so that the quality of the processed surface is improved.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the braid | blade which has high rigidity as a whole, can maintain favorable sharpness, and an outer peripheral part cannot peel easily is provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same reference numerals are used for the same or equivalent elements, and duplicate descriptions are omitted. In this specification, “rigidity” is evaluated by a conventionally used rigidity test.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a blade 1 according to the embodiment. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II shown in FIG. The blade 1 has a disk shape, and has a
The blade 1 is an outer peripheral portion having first and second
In the present embodiment, for example, the intermediate
The rigidity of the intermediate
Note that the rigidity of the abrasive layer is adjusted by, for example, the composition ratio, the particle size, the degree of concentration, the presence or absence of a filler, and the like. For example, when the abrasive layer includes a metal binder containing WC and Co, increasing the Co content ratio decreases the rigidity of the abrasive layer. Further, for example, if the particle size is coarse or the concentration degree is high, the rigidity becomes high. Further, for example, the rigidity can be adjusted by adding a filler such as diamond powder or SiC having an average particle diameter smaller than that of the abrasive grains.
The inner diameter D1 of the intermediate
The
Further, the
Any of the rigidity of the
The outer diameter D1 of the
In the blade 1 of the present embodiment, the rigidity of the
In particular, when the inner diameter D1 of the intermediate
In the blade 1, the rigidity of the intermediate
For example, in the blade 1, the rigidity of the abrasive grain layers 31 and 33 is preferably higher than the rigidity of the intermediate
In the blade 1, the rigidity of the abrasive grain layers 31 and 33 is preferably lower than the rigidity of the intermediate

[Blade manufacturing method]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view schematically showing one step in an example of the method for manufacturing the blade 1.
(Molding process)
First, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, metal powder is molded to form molded
The molded
