Abstract

【課題】 既存の間知ブロックは小型で人力施工を前提としているため施工能率が悪い。構造の簡単な直線部ではトラッククレーンによる迅速な施工が可能で美観や強度が既存の間知ブロックのみで構築した擁壁と変わらないブロックを提供する。
【解決手段】 本発明のコンクリートブロックは既存の間知ブロックを複数個積み上げたものと同じ形状をしており構造の簡単な直線部に使用する。構造の複雑な部分では既存の間知ブロックと混用が可能であり、擁壁の仕上がり面の美観や強度は既存の間知ブロックのみで構築した擁壁と同じである。運搬のための積み卸しや擁壁構築作業はトラッククレーンを使用して能率よく実施出来る。

Description

本発明は、複数の間知ブロックを積み上げた仕上がり面と同じ形状を有するもので、既存の間知ブロックと混用できるようにしたコンクリート積みブロックである。
既存の間知ブロックは小型で人力施工を前提としているため施行能率が悪いが
曲線部の施工や端末、基礎、天端など構造の複雑な部分の施工性に優れている。

本発明は、既存の間知ブロックによるブロック積み擁壁の直線部分の仕上がり面と同じ形状を有するコンクリートブロックで施工能率がよく必要に応じて既存の間知ブロックと混用することができる。
解決しようとする問題点は、既存の間知ブロックによる擁壁の美観や強度を確保しながら直線部分の施工能率の向上を実現することである。
本発明は既存の間知ブロックを複数積み上げたものと同じ形状をしており、構造の簡単な直線部分に使用すればトラッククレーンで迅速に施工できる。
本発明は構造の簡単な直線部分ではトラッククレーンにより既存の間知ブロック数個分を一度に積み上げることが可能になり迅速に施工できる。構造の複雑な部分は既存の間知ブロックを混用することが可能で、完成したブロック積み擁壁の美観や強度は既存の間知ブロックのみで構築したものと同等である。
本発明は既存の間知ブロックを複数個積み上げた場合と同じ形状をしており、構造の簡単な直線部ではトラッククレーンで積み上げ作業の能率向上を図り、構造の複雑な部分では既存の間知ブロックを使用して正確な施工が可能である。
