Abstract
Description
うな環境用途を示すための識別マークを作り出すために用いることができる。さらに、接合パターンは、位置合わせ点または境界画定点としての役割を果たしてかかる不織布から衣服、おむつ、防護衣などのような物品が組み立てられるまたは製造される製造方法を支援することができる。
。有用な熱可塑性フィルムは、例えば、ポリオレフィン、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレンなど;ポリアミド、例えば、ナイロン6、ナイロン6/6、ナイロン10、ナイロン12など;ポリエステル、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレートなど;ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、熱可塑性エラストマー、ビニルポリマー、ポリウレタン、ならびにそれらのブレンドおよび共重合体から製造することができる。

次の実施例は次の試験方法を用いた。ASTMは米国材料試験協会(American
Society for Testing and Materials)を意味し、INDAは不織布工業会(Nonwoven Fabric Industry)を意味する。
図1に例示するような基本接合点の幾何学的に繰り返しのパターンに接合点の視覚的に区別できる第2パターンを含む本発明の接合パターンを用いて3層布を作り出した。3層布は、参照により本明細書によって援用されるルディシル(Rudisill)らに付与された国際公開第0109425号パンフレットに開示された方法に従って製造されたスパンボンド繊維の2つの外層とメルトブローン繊維の中心層とを含んでなった。スパンボンド繊維は、コアがポリエチレンテレフタレートを含んでなり、シースがポリエチレンを含んでなるシース−コア複合繊維であった。シース対コアの比は50重量%であった。中心層は、一成分がポリエチレンテレフタレートであり、他がポリエチレンであるサイド−バイ−サイド複合メルトブローン繊維でできていた。ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂は該繊維の約65重量%を含んでなった。各スパンボンド層の重量は21g/m2であり、メルトブローン層の重量は17g/m2であった。3層を、上部および下部スチール加熱ロールからなるカレンダー装置のニップに供給した。上部ロールは、図1に例示されるように、ネスト状デイジーの基本接合パターン内に組み込まれた卵形内に大文字Dを作り出す菱形形状の接合要素の第2パターンで彫刻されており、下部ロールは滑らかなアンビル・ロールであった。図2について言及すると、円10および卵形12は布の表面の15%をカバーする。菱形14は布の表面の20%をカバーする。布の接合点密度はcm2当たり34点である。両ロールは直径が約46cmであり、リニアーメーター当たり35kNのニップ圧設定で約120℃に加熱された。ハンドル−O−メーターならびにグラブ引張および伸びデータは表にある。
布を基本パターンの接合点のみを用いて接合したことを除いて、実施例1の同じ3層布を使用した。ハンドル−O−メーターならびにグラブ引張および伸びデータは表にある。
図3は本発明の別の例を示す。十字形の輪郭の視覚的に区別できる接合パターンを幾何学的に繰り返しの基本接合パターン上に見ることができる。図2と同様に、幾何学的に繰り返しの基本接合パターンは円10および卵形12接合点で構成されてネスト状デイジー花パターンを作り出す。視覚的に特定可能な第2接合パターンは菱形形状の接合点14で構成される。各菱形14が円10か卵形12かのどちらかに置き換わってしまった。図3の菱形のすべてが十字形の輪郭を生み出す。円10および卵形12は布の表面の15%をカバーする。菱形14は布の表面の20%をカバーする。布の接合点密度はcm2当たり30点である。
Claims (12)
- 形状によって画定される少なくとも1つの領域付きの少なくとも1つの形状を有する接合点の幾何学的に繰り返しの、かつ、視覚的に識別できる基本パターンと、前記基本パターン内に組み込まれた第2の視覚的に区別できる接合パターンとを有する不織繊維ウェブを含んでなるパターン接合不織布。
- 基本接合パターンの接合点の幾らかが基本接合パターンの接合点とは異なる形状および/または面積を有する第2パターン接合点で置き換えられている請求項1に記載のパターン接合不織布。
- 第2パターン接合点が異なる面積の基本パターン接合点の同じ形状のものである請求項2に記載のパターン接合不織布。
- 第2パターン接合点が同じ面積の基本パターン接合点とは異なる形状のものである請求項2に記載のパターン接合不織布。
- 第2パターン接合点が基本パターン接合点とは異なる形状および異なる面積のものである請求項2に記載のパターン接合不織布。
- 少なくとも1つの不織繊維ウェブと少なくとも1つのフィルムとのラミネートを含んでなる請求項1に記載のパターン接合不織布。
- 不織繊維ウェブがステープルファイバー不織ウェブ、スパンボンド不織ウェブおよびメルトブローン不織ウェブから選択される請求項1に記載のパターン接合不織布。
- マルチプル不織ウェブを含んでなる請求項1に記載のパターン接合不織布。
