Abstract
Description
この場合の問題点は、次のようである。
脂肪が注射針を通して移動するときの圧力が極めて大きい。このため、てこの原理を利用した脂肪注入専用の注射器を使用するとしても、約100ccの脂肪を移植するためにはその工程を数十回繰り返さなければならない。したがって、時間が長くかかり、施術者が不便を感じる。さらに、噴出圧力が低いことから、移植しようとする部位の抵抗が強ければ注入が不可能であり、結局、脂肪は抵抗が弱い部位にだけ寄り集まる現象が発生する。

Claims (9)
- 独立した注射針または脂肪吸引管を選択的に結合する先端部と、所定量の脂肪を吸引および貯蔵するためのシリンダー状の容器と、前記シリンダー状の容器の内部を前方の脂肪貯蔵空間と後方の加圧・減圧空間とに分割するためにのピストンヘッドと、を含む脂肪移植容器と;
前記脂肪移植容器のピストンヘッドを介して脂肪貯蔵空間に陽圧あるいは陰圧を選択的に加えるとともに、前記脂肪移植容器から分離可能な構造を有する外部の機械式圧力加減圧手段と;を備え、
ピストンヘッドを介して脂肪貯蔵空間に陰圧をかけて施術対象者の身体部位から脂肪を抽出し、容器の取り替えなしに同じ脂肪移植容器を用いて脂肪移植を行うことができることを特徴とする密閉型脂肪移植システム。 - 脂肪移植容器の先端部に注射針または脂肪吸引管の代わりに結合される栓と、
脂肪吸引後に前記栓で脂肪移植容器を閉じて密閉した状態で、抽出された脂肪から液体成分を除去するのに使われる遠心分離機と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。 - 往復動式動力ハンドピースと、前記往復動式動力ハンドピースに脂肪移植容器を着脱可能に固定するためのクリップと、前記往復動式動力ハンドピースの先端部に結合された脂肪吸引管から吸引済み脂肪の脂肪移植容器への吸引を助けるシリコンチューブと、を含み、
往復動式動力ハンドピースによる振動と脂肪移植容器に加わる外部の吸引圧により、脂肪移植容器に脂肪を吸引し、次いで、容器を分離し、注射針を結合した後、外部の空気圧によって脂肪を体内に移植する構造を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。 - 前記機械式圧力加減圧手段として、脂肪移植容器の後方の加圧・減圧空間を密閉するための後方栓を備え、前記後方栓には外部管を結合するための接続ジャックを形成し、前記後方栓は外部のサクションユニットあるいは空気圧ユニットと連結される構造を有し、
ピストンヘッドを介して脂肪移植容器に陰圧および陽圧を加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。 - 加圧の大きさを調節するレギュレーターと、流速を調節する速度調整器とを空気圧ユニットの接続ライン中に組み付けて、これらにより一定の圧力と速度を保持することを特徴とする請求項4記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。
- 前記機械式圧力加減圧手段として、脂肪移植容器を着脱可能に固定する銃状のホルダーを備え、前記ホルダーには選択的に往復動する軸を組み付け、前記軸を、脂肪移植容器に前記ホルダーが組み付けられた状態で、前記脂肪移植容器のピストンヘッダに着脱可能に組み付けて、
脂肪貯蔵空間に選択的に陰圧または陽圧を加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。 - 軸上にラックが形成され、ホルダーは、ホルダー上に設けられたピニオンと前記ピニオンを回転させるためのモータとからなる機械要素を含み、
軸は、前記ラックと前記機械要素とにより選択的に前後進運動を行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。 - 軸は、ホルダーに予め結合された空気圧シリンダーのアクチュエータに接続された構造を有することにより、空気圧シリンダーの往復動によって選択的に前後進運動を行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。
- 脂肪移植容器の先端部に注射針または脂肪吸引管の代わりに結合される栓と、ピストンヘッドを脂肪移植容器の後端に固定するロックピンと、前記ピストンヘッド上に設けられ、1つの貫通管は脂肪吸引管に接続され、もう1つの貫通管は外部管に接続され、それぞれ圧力遮断用弁を有する2つの貫通管と、を含み;
ロックピンが固定された状態で陰圧をかけるとき、脂肪が抽出され;ロックピンが除去された状態で脂肪吸引管及びサクションユニットを分離するとき、圧力遮断用弁で貫通管を閉じて脂肪貯蔵空間を密閉し;その状態において、後方栓が脂肪移植容器の加圧・減圧空間を密閉するために結合され、前記後方栓は外部管を結合するための接続ジャックを形成し;脂肪移植容器の先端部に栓の代わりに注射針を結合した状態で、ピストンヘッドの後方の空間に空気圧を加えることにより、注射針を介して脂肪の体内への移植を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の密閉型脂肪移植システム。
