Claims (38)
- 体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具であって:
流体の通過を許容するように構成された膨張導管およびインナールーメンを区画する膨張性のインナーバルーン壁を包含しているインナーバルーンアセンブリーであって、上記インナーバルーンは上記膨張導管に動作可能に接続されて上記流体の上記膨張導管および上記インターナルルーメン内への通過を許容して上記流体で上記インナールーメンを効果的に膨張させるインナーバルーンアセンブリー;および
真空導管および上記インナーバルーンアセンブリーを含むように構成されて上記インナーバルーンアセンブリーおよび上記鞘アセンブリーの間の中間スペースを区画する流体透過性鞘を包含している鞘アセンブリーであって、上記鞘アセンブリーが上記真空導管に作動可能に接続されて上記中間スペースに対して真空を供給するように構成されている鞘アセンブリーを包含している、体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。 - 上記流体透過性鞘壁がそれを通る孔を包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記流体透過性鞘壁が流体透過性材料を包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記流体透過性材料が織られた材料を包含している、請求項3に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁が上記鞘壁および上記インナーバルーン壁の間に分離を保持するように構成された分離要素を備えている、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記インナーバルーン壁が上記鞘壁および上記インナーバルーン壁の間に分離を保持するように構成された分離要素を備えている、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁が可撓性材料を包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁が弾力性のある可撓性材料を包含している、請求項7に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁が弾力性のない可撓性材料を包含している、請求項8に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁がポリマーを包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁が生物学的適合性を有するポリマーを包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘壁が耐放射性ポリマーを包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記ポリマーがポリオレフィン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリビニールクロライド、ポリスチレン、ナイロン、ラテックスラバー、シリコンラバー、熱可塑性ポリマー、C−フレックス・登録商標、イノノマー、サーリン・登録商標、クラトン・商標、およびシラスチック・商標から成るポルマーの群から選択されている、請求項10に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記インターナルルーメンが処理剤を含むように構成されている、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記処理剤が放射性材料、化学療法剤、および約37℃より大きい温度を有する材料から成る群から選択されている、請求項14に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記鞘アセンブリーがアウターバルーンアセンブリーを包含しかつ上記鞘壁がアウターバルーン壁を包含している、請求項1に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記アウターバルーン壁がポリマーを包含している、請求項16に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記ポリマーがポリオレフィン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリビニールクロライド、ポリスチレン、ナイロン、ラテックスラバー、シリコンラバー、熱可塑性ポリマー、C−フレックス・登録商標、イノノマー、サーリン・登録商標、クラトン・商標、およびシラスチック・商標から成るポルマーの群から選択されている、請求項17に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記アウターバルーン壁が処理剤を含むように構成されている、請求項16に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 上記処理剤が放射性材料、化学療法剤、および約37℃より大きい温度を有する材料から成る群から選択されている、請求項19に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のための器具。
- 体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステムであって:
流体の通過を許容するように構成された膨張導管およびインナールーメンを区画する膨張性のインナーバルーン壁を包含しているインナーバルーンアセンブリーであって、上記インナーバルーンは上記膨張導管に動作可能に接続されて上記流体の上記膨張導管および上記インターナルルーメン内への通過を許容して上記流体で上記インナールーメンを効果的に膨張させるインナーバルーンアセンブリー;および
真空導管および上記インナーバルーンアセンブリーを含むように構成されて上記インナーバルーンアセンブリーおよび上記鞘アセンブリーの間の中間スペースを区画する流体透過性鞘を包含している鞘アセンブリーであって、上記鞘アセンブリーが上記真空導管に作動可能に接続されて上記中間スペースに対して真空を供給するように構成されている鞘アセンブリー;および
上記真空導管と作動可能に接続されるように構成された真空源を包含している、体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステム。 - 体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステムであって:
体腔近傍の組織に鞘で接触するための手段であって、上記鞘が内面および外面付きの流体透過性壁を備え、上記鞘が膨張性バルーンの外側に配置され、上記バルーンがインナーバルーンルーメンを備えかつ処理剤を内包し、上記インナーバルーンルーメンが膨張導管に対して作動可能に接続されている手段;および
上記バルーンの上記透過性壁の内面に対して真空を供給して上記流体透過性壁および上記組織の間の上記接触を向上させるための手段を包含している、体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステム。 - 更に膨張流体を上記インナーバルーンルーメン内に上記膨張導管を介して供給し上記膨張性バルーンを膨張させるための手段を包含している、請求項22に記載の体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステム。
- 体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステムであって:
体腔近傍の組織にバルーンアセンブリーで接触するための手段であって、上記バルーンアセンブリーがインナーバルーン壁面およびアウターバルーン壁面付きの流体透過性壁を備え、上記バルーンアセンブリーが膨張性インナーバルーンアセンブリーの外側に配置され、上記インナーバルーンアセンブリーがインナーバルーンルーメンを備えかつ処理剤を内包し、上記インナーバルーンルーメンが膨張導管に対して作動可能に接続されている手段;および
真空を上記バルーンの上記透過性壁のインナーバルーン壁面に対して供給して上記流体透過性壁および上記組織の間の上記接触を向上させるための手段を包含している、体腔近傍組織の処置のためのシステム。 - 更に、膨張流体を上記インナーバルーンルーメンへ上記膨張導管を介して供給して上記膨張性インナーバルーンアセンブリーを膨張させる手段を包含している、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 上記インナーバルーンアセンブリーが膨張可能な処理剤供給器具を包含している、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 上記膨張可能な処理剤アセンブリーがマンモサイト・登録商標・RTS、グリアサイト・登録商標・RTS、およびマンモサイト・登録商標・RTSと類似した器具から選択された器具を包含している、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 更に上記処理剤の取替えを包含している、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 体腔隣接組織処置のための処理アセンブリーを収容しているシステムであって:
上記体腔に真空を供給して体腔に隣接した上記組織を上記処理アセンブリー側へ引くための手段を包含している、システム。 - 上記体腔への真空の適用が真空を上記体腔へ真空導管を介して適用し、上記導管が包囲器具に少なくとも上記処理アセンブリーを部分的に包囲するように作動可能に装着されている、請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 体腔隣接組織の処置を強化するための器具で体腔近接組織へ処理剤を供給するように構成された処置アセンブリーによるものであって:
体腔隣接身体組織へ処理剤を供給するための処置アセンブリーを少なくとも部分的に包囲するように構成された包囲器具;
真空導管;および
上記真空導管に作動可能に接続された真空ポートであって、上記真空導管は上記包囲器具が上記処置アセンブリーを少なくとも部分的に包囲するように配置された時に上記処置アセンブリーの近傍に真空を供給するように構成されている真空ポートを包含している、器具。 - 体腔隣接組織の処置を強化するための器具で体腔近接組織へ処理剤を供給するように構成された処置アセンブリーによる請求項31に記載の器具であって、上記処置アセンブリーが膨張可能な処理剤供給器具を包含している、器具。
- 更に膨張可能な処理剤供給器具を少なくとも部分的に包囲するように構成された包囲アセンブリーを包含している、請求項32に記載の体腔隣接組織の処置を強化するための器具。
- 上記包囲アセンブリーが流体透過性面を包含している、請求項33に記載の器具。
- 上記包囲アセンブリーが鞘を包含している、請求項34に記載の器具。
- 上記包囲アセンブリーがバルーンを包含している、請求項34に記載の器具。
- 上記膨張可能な処理剤供給器具が処理剤を含むように構成されている処理剤供給要素を包含している、請求項34に記載の器具。
- 上記処理剤が放射性材料、化学療法剤、および熱処置材料から選択された材料を包含している、請求項37に記載の器具。
