Claims (9)
- ガラス様の材料とモリブデンとの間に少なくとも1つの気密融着プレスシールを持ち、前記融着プレスシール中の前記モリブデンが、少なくとも部分的に酸化環境にさらされ、前記モリブデンの少なくとも前記酸化環境にさらされる部分が、被覆で覆われる高圧ガス放電ランプであって、前記被覆が、少なくとも、Fe2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2、HfO2の中からの1つの酸化物、及び/又はTiN、ZrN、HfN、AlN、BNの中からの1つの窒化物、及び/又はTiC、ZrC、HfC、VC、NbC、TaC、B4Cの中からの1つの炭化物を有することを特徴とする高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記被覆が5nmから20μmまでの膜厚を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記被覆が少なくとも2つの層でできていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記被覆の、前記モリブデンに直接的に付着される層が、窒化物及び/又は炭化物から成り、次の層が、1つの酸化物又は複数の酸化物から成ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記次の層が、好ましくはAl2O3から成ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記モリブデンに直接的に付着される層が、好ましくは、AlN又はTa2O5から成ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記被覆が構成される特定の材料の関数として、前記融着プレスシールの大きさの縮小、とりわけ、前記モリブデンの酸化環境にさらされない部分の長手方向の長さの縮小が得られ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 投影用途の使用のための請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 少なくとも1つの、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプを有する照明装置及び/又は投影装置。
