Abstract
Description
本発明は、経壁の開口形成が可能な装置を提供することを課題とする。特に、本発明は、移植可能医療装置の壁、又は同様な隔壁に、移植後にその医療装置の壁を横切る流体の連絡を可能にし維持する手段として恒久的なフレーム付きの開口を形成することを可能にする。本発明は、初期にその医療装置の壁の連続性と流体保持特性を維持する破壊可能バリア材を提供する。このバリア材は、フレーム構造(framework)によって画定される開口を完全に覆っている。使用時に、このバリア材は外科器具によって破壊され、フレーム構造の形状が開口領域を拡大または変更するように変化する。このプロセスで開口は覆われなくなり、開口を通る流体の流れへの人によるアクセス、即ち接近が可能になる。変化したフレーム構造は、拡大した開口の周囲領域(例えば、周辺)に対して構造的補強を提供し、医療装置の壁における恒久的な開口を形成する。変化したフレーム構造はまた、付属医療装置のための確実な固定場所を提供するものとして利用できる。このような恒久的な開口は、手術又はカテーテルによる介入のとき又は後の時点で、介入又は外科的な方法を用いて、移植可能医療装置の壁に形成できる。

Claims (33)
- 第一領域を有する開口を画定するフレーム構造、及び前記開口を完全に覆う破壊可能バリア材を含み、前記破壊可能バリア材の破壊後に第二領域を有する恒久的な開口が形成され、かつ前記フレーム構造が形状変化可能に適合する、移植可能医療装置。
- 前記フレーム構造は医療装置に組み込まれている、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は人工血管である、請求項2の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記人工血管は血管移植片である、請求項3の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記人工血管はステント移植片である、請求項4の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記移植可能医療装置は前記ステント移植片の支持要素から分離している、請求項5移植可能医療装置。
- 前記人工血管は外科用パッチである、請求項4の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記破壊可能バリア材はフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記フルオロポリマーはポリテトラフルオロエチレン材である、請求項8に記載の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記破壊可能バリア材は生物分解性物質を含む、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記破壊可能バリア材は充填材を含む、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記破壊可能バリア材はエラストマーを含む、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記フレーム構造は移植可能な金属から作られている、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記フレーム構造は移植可能なポリマーから作られている、請求項1の移植可能医療装置。
- 連続的な壁、前記壁において第一領域を有する開口を画定する少なくとも1つのフレーム構造、及び前記開口を完全に覆う破壊可能バリア材を含み、前記破壊可能バリア材の破壊後に第二領域を有する恒久的な開口が形成され、前記フレーム構造は形状変化可能であって前記連続的な壁に強化周辺領域を有する、移植可能医療装置。
- 前記連続的な壁は平面的幾何形状を有する、請求項15の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記連続的な壁は管状幾何形状を有する、請求項15の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記連続的な壁は人工血管である、請求項15の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記人工血管は血管移植片である、請求項18の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記人工血管は外科用パッチである、請求項18の移植可能医療装置。
- 前記人工血管はステント移植片である、請求項18の移植可能医療装置。
