Description

The present invention is a box-shaped container that can be used for multi-stacking with high strength, is easy to store and collect in an assembly type, and can safely transport internal storage items such as rolls of optical films of various dimensions. It relates to the wall structure.

For example, an optical film used for various liquid crystal screens including a liquid crystal screen of a mobile phone must be transported from a film manufacturing factory to a polarizing plate assembly factory. At the polarizing plate assembly factory, different types of optical films are stacked and pasted, cut into a square of several centimeters, and optically inspected for the presence of scratches and dust on the surface of each sheet. Various polarizing plate products are manufactured while inspecting. In addition to disagreeing with dirt, this optical film becomes a defective product immediately if it is scratched during transport, so it must be carefully managed and transported safely.

Examples of conventional means for transporting a roll are disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-80087 (a container for a roll-shaped article) and Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-104570 (a packaging material for a roll-shaped material and a cap for a winding core). There are examples of things.

A container for a roll-shaped article shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-80087 includes a lower box that supports both ends of an axis of the roll-shaped article, a shaft-receiving portion that reinforces the support, and a roll supported by these. And a box composed of a lower box and an upper box that support the roll at both ends and store in a suspended state on a general-purpose pallet. As roll-like articles, metal foils such as aluminum foil materials and copper foil materials, and resin thin plates such as photographic film stocks, etc. are rolled up, etc., but they are naturally made of cardboard. It is estimated that there is a limit to the weight that can be supported and that it will be close to a disposable type. Moreover, since it is made of corrugated cardboard, it is difficult to stack, and it is difficult to apply to rolls that are absolutely prohibited from damage such as optical films. If the strength of the internal support plate is increased, it seems that heavy objects can be transported, but there is a possibility of slipping on the pallet or collapse due to multi-stage stacking, making it difficult to apply to rolls of optical films with absolutely no damage It is.

The packaging material for roll-shaped materials disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-104570 is provided with left and right support plates that support both ends of the roll from below on a pallet, and supports these support plates from the front and rear directions to maintain the standing state. Is covered with a box with an open bottom, can be stacked in multiple stages, and the box can be folded. The left and right support plates are fitted and set up in the grooves provided in the front and rear side abutment plates provided at the front and back, so that they can be made with considerably high strength, can carry heavy objects, and are not packed. It seems that it can be easily transported and stored in use, can be reused, and can be applied to optical films. However, in the case of optical films, the roll dimensions range from 600 mm in diameter, 1500 mm in length, and 300 to 800 kg in weight. It was impossible. Also, even though it can be reusable and stackable, there are other factors such as the way the cargo is being transported, cars, damage, vibration, and other factors. It was difficult to apply to a roll of film.

As the wall surface structure of the box-shaped container, it is considered that it is most convenient to make it an assembling type. Further, as an assembling method, it is most preferable to assemble a wall surface body of 2 to 4 surfaces instead of a folding type. This gives freedom in design, increases the strength of the wall surface, and can be easily handled by one person in the loading and unloading work one by one. This is because it is durable and long-lasting.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-80087, page 1, FIG. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-104570, page 1, FIG.

In the present invention, when a baggage that is specially injured like an optical film is stored in a box-shaped body and safely transported, a two-to-four wall surface body is sequentially and easily assembled on a pallet base to quickly assemble the box-shaped body. Providing a wall structure for a box-shaped container that can be formed, and can be easily and quickly disassembled after transportation, can be collected in a small space, and can be stacked and repetitively used with high pressure strength and durability. The purpose is to do.

The box-shaped container wall surface structure of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is a box-shaped body for storing luggage formed on a pallet base having a claw insertion hole through which a claw of a forklift can be inserted. A wall surface structure of a box-like container for safely transporting stored luggage, including support angle members provided on the front and rear and left and right upper end surfaces of the base, and assembly and disassembly on the support angle materials. Each of the two-sided and four-sided wall bodies placed in a form, and a lid that covers all of these wall bodies and covers their upper ends from the top surface, and the front and rear or left and right support angle members, It is characterized by having the following configuration (a), (b), and (c) as a joining relationship with the wall surfaces to be joined.

(A) The bottom surface of the foot portion of the wall body is made substantially flat, and the upper surface of the supporting angle member that receives this is provided with a groove that can receive the foot portion shallowly and can vertically support the foot portion in a natural state.

(B) A foot guide member is provided on the outer side of the support angle member so that the bottom surface of the foot is inserted into the groove while maintaining a vertical posture from a state where the upper portion of the foot is slightly inclined outward. A guided member guided by the guide member is provided on the outside of the portion.

(C) In order to prevent the foot from rising while the foot is engaged with the groove and the foot is supported in a vertical posture, the protruding direction is outward on the outside below the foot. Protrusion which becomes the direction is provided, and a protrusion regulating surface for pressing the upper surface of the protrusion from above is provided on the angle material side.

Therefore, the wall surface of the present invention is configured such that the bottom surface of the foot portion is angled by vertically raising the guided member provided on the foot portion while being guided by the guiding member of the angle material while being tilted slightly outside the pallet base. It can be dropped into the groove and self-supported. In addition, the self-supporting wall body cannot be pulled away from the angle material unless it is tilted outward, and the upper part of the wall body is fixed with the lid so that it does not fall outward. Can be fixed.

Further, in the present invention, among the combination of the front and rear or left and right support angle members and the wall surface body joined thereto, the pre-assembled portion and the remaining post-assembled portion configured as (a), (b) and (c) The following relationship (d), (e), and (f) is used for the joining relationship between both wall surfaces at the crossing position where the two cross each other.

(D) The foot portion of the wall surface body in the rear assembly portion is a simple foot with a flat bottom surface, and the upper surface of the corresponding angle member is a simple groove.

(E) One pin is provided on each upper end of the wall body in the post-assembly part.

(F) The one pin can be inserted from above into the upper ends of both ends of the wall body of the pre-assembled portion, and in a state where the simple foot is fitted in the simple groove, the pin can be extracted only upward. A guide groove is provided.

Therefore, for example, when the left and right wall bodies are the pre-assembled parts and the front and rear wall bodies are the post-assembled parts, the left and right wall bodies are assembled and self-supported, and the pins of the wall parts of the post-assembled parts are The simple foot can be dropped into the simple groove and assembled while guiding to the pin guide. Further, since this pin is guided in the pin guide groove, the end surface of the wall surface body of the pre-assembled portion and the wall surface body of the rear assembly portion can be fixed to each other, and the entire wall surface body can be securely fixed on the pallet base. . And since the upper end is covered with a lid | cover, it can fix still more reliably and can form a firm wall surface structure. When disassembling the box-shaped body after completion of conveyance, the cover is removed, the pin is pulled up, the post-assembly wall surface body is removed first, and then the front-end assembly wall surface body is pulled out while pulling upward. Can be removed easily and quickly. Since each wall body can be formed to a weight of about 2 to 5 kg, it can be easily assembled and disassembled by one worker.

The pallet base can be made of metal or resin. It does not matter to use wood in combination. The wall surface body can be made of resin with an appropriate framework. Corrugated plastic can be fitted into the outer peripheral frame. A combination of metal plates may be used. It is also possible to use a combination of wood boards. The lid is made of resin, but it can also be formed by winding an iron plate around wood. In any case, the wall bodies are combined, and the lid is placed on the wall body so as to increase the strength and to withstand several tons of pressure from above. The wall body is water resistant and has a strength that does not easily break due to the entry of articles or foreign objects from the outside. With these designs, the weight per wall and lid can be 2 to 5 kg per 1 to 2 m 2 with appropriate strengths.

Position misalignment prevention means is provided on the upper surface of the lid so that the assembled box-like bodies can be stacked in multiple stages. For example, it is possible to cope with this by providing convex shapes at the four corners on the lid and providing concave grooves corresponding to the convexities on the bottom surface of the pallet base.

Moreover, a thin box-like body including the pallet base can be integrally formed by placing the disassembled wall surface on the base and covering the lid from above. Therefore, ten or more thin box-like bodies (for example, 280 mm) can be stacked, and can be stored and collected in a space-saving manner.

Since the present invention is a wall surface structure of a box-shaped container as described in the claims, it can be a high-strength wall surface structure, can be stacked in multiple stages, and does not damage the internal storage, Luggage stored inside can be transported safely and reliably.

The structural unit is a base with an angle for supporting the wall body, a 2-to-4 surface wall body, and a lid that covers it from above in the assembled state. Each unit part can be easily held by one employee by hand, and is easy to assemble and disassemble. Since the wall body is not folded, the structure is simple and easy to handle, and it is difficult to break down and is highly versatile.

The wall body is assembled by guiding the guided member provided on the foot with the upper part of the wall body tilted slightly outside by the guide portion of the support angle material, and by raising the wall body vertically, The bottom surface can be dropped into the groove of the angle material to be independent. A light wall can be easily assembled by one person. At this time, since an outward projection is provided on the lower side below the foot part and a restricting surface is provided to suppress its rise, it cannot be pulled out as it is in a state where the wall surface body is self-supporting, Can be fixed stably.

For example, when the left and right wall surfaces are used as the pre-assembled portion, the two surfaces are self-supporting, and the remaining two surfaces are assembled as the post-assembled portion. Since pin guide grooves are provided on the upper ends of both ends, the wall body of the rear assembly part can be dropped from above, the simple foot can be fitted into the simple groove, and the pin can be guided to the pin guide part. Assembling is possible, and the wall surfaces can be firmly coupled to each other.

After the transfer operation is completed, the 2-to-4 side wall body is disassembled by easy operation, and the 2-to-4 side wall body is placed on the pallet base and covered with a lid. The body can be integrally formed with the pallet base, and can be stored and collected in a space-saving manner.

The pallet base 5 is shown as an example made of iron. The wall surface support angle 11 provided directly on the pallet base 5 is shown as an example of a side surface (left and right) (11S) and a front and rear surface (11N) manufactured in different shapes. . The wall surface bodies 9 and 10 are two-to-four surfaces, the right wall surface body is 9R, the left wall surface body is 9L, the front wall surface body is 10F, and the rear wall surface body is 10R.

For convenience of explanation, the roll support plate 8 will be described first. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the roll support plate 8 (8L) is adjusted and fixed on the guide rail 6 by the support plate interval adjusting means 14. The movable body 15 is fixed via a hinge member 7. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the guide rail 6 is provided with a cut groove 16 along the longitudinal direction, and a bolt 17 is guided in the cut groove 16. A knob 18 that can be rotated by hand is provided on the head of the bolt 17. A nut member 19 that is screwed into the bolt 17 is fixed to the back surface of the moving body 15, and a non-slip tape 20 is stuck between the moving body 15 and the guide rail 6. A washer 21 is interposed between the guide rail 6 and the head of the bolt 17. Therefore, by rotating the knob 18 to loosen it, the moving body 15 can be moved on the rail 6 and the distance between the roll support plates 8R and 8L can be adjusted. Further, the knob 18 can be turned and fixed at the adjusted position.

In FIG. 6, a coil spring 23 is attached around the hinge 22 of the hinge member 7 as an example of a support plate self-supporting means. The strength of the coil spring 23 is such that the posture can be maintained when the roll support plate 8 (8L) is turned down on the pallet base 5 (down), and the standing state can be maintained when the roll support plate 8 is up (up). Shall be. It is easier to use if the spring force is not too strong and it cannot be raised naturally. Accordingly, the roll support plate 8 is naturally lying on the guide rail 6 and can rise up and maintain a self-supporting state when a light force is applied. As the support plate self-supporting means, a baffle plate can be interposed in this portion and a pin can be interposed in the hinge 22 portion so that the hinge member 7 is not closed. However, since this kind of complicated mechanism is inconvenient to handle, in practice, these locking mechanisms may be omitted.

A stopper plate 24 is provided on the outer surface of the roll support plate 8 (8R, 8L). The clasp 24 is for latching a metal fitting of the attached rubber band 25. The rubber band 25 is looped around the core rod 3, and the metal fittings at both ends of the rubber band 25 are hooked on the clasp 24, thereby preventing the slip-resistant rubber 26 in the semicircular hole provided in the center of the roll support plate 8. And the rotation of the roll 2 and the core rod 3 can be prevented, and safety can be ensured. Both roll support plates 8R and 8L have the same configuration.

Now, as shown in FIG. 3, the roll container 1 of the present invention assembles the wall surfaces 9 (9R, 9L), 10 (10F, 10R) on the support angles 11S, 11N, and covers these with a lid 12. Thus, the whole can be assembled in a box shape. The detailed structure of the support angle 11S on the left and right side surfaces and the side wall surface body 9 (9L) is shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the wall surface structure of the roll container 1 according to the present invention is as follows. It has a wall surface structure that forms a container. A wall surface support angle 11S is arranged on each side of both sides of the pallet base 5, and the foot portions of the wall surface bodies 9R and 9L are erected on the foot support angle 11S. .

As shown in FIG. 1, the cross-sectional shape of the foot portion 27 of the wall surface body 9 (9R, 9L) is substantially rectangular, and a projection 28 for restricting the upward movement of the wall surface body 9L is provided on the outside lower side thereof. Further, a guided member 30 that is loosely and deeply fitted (with a fitting amount a) is provided above the end surface of the guide member 29 by a plate-like beam extending upward from the support angle 11S side.

各寸法、a、b、cについては、a>c>bの関係がある。   On the other hand, the support angle 11S includes a bottom surface fitting groove 32 that receives the bottom surface 31 of the foot 27 shallowly at a depth b, and the bottom surface fitting with the bottom surface fitting groove 32 receiving the bottom surface 31. A protrusion regulating surface 33 that contacts the protrusion 28 at a position higher than the depth b of the groove 32 (dimension c) is provided, and the guide member 29 that extends toward the guide member 29 above is provided. Yes. About each dimension, a, b, and c, there exists a relationship of a> c> b.

Therefore, when the foot portion 27 of the wall surface body 9L is fitted to the support angle 11S and assembled, the upper portion of the foot portion of the wall surface body 9L is tilted slightly outward as shown in FIG. The guide member 30 is fitted to the guide member 29, and then the wall surface body 9L is raised vertically so that the bottom surface 31 of the foot portion 27 is dropped into the bottom surface fitting groove 32 and assembled as shown in FIG. it can. In this state, the wall surface body 9 can stand on the support angle 11S. In addition, when the wall surface body 9L is raised directly above in this state, the protrusion 28 and its regulating surface 33 are joined, so that the wall surface body 9L is not separated upward. Further, when the wall surface body 9L is detached from the support angle 11S and disassembled, the wall surface body 9L is lifted up slightly to bring the both regulation surfaces 28 and 33 into contact with each other, and the bottom surface 31 is floated from the bottom surface fitting groove 32. In addition, the guided member 30 can be detached from the guide member 29 by slightly tilting the wall surface body 9 outward. Since the upper surface of the wall surface body 9L is held in the hand, it is simply pulled forward and lifted upward, so that the disassembling operation is very simple. The same applies to the other wall surface body 9R. Each wall surface 9R, 9L is as light as 2 to 5 kg, easy to assemble and disassemble, and convenient to handle.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the side frames f1 of the front and rear wall bodies 10F and 10R have an inward U-shape, and the U-shape is formed at a distance d (40 mm) from the upper end thereof. A pin 34 is provided on the outer side surface (left side in the drawing) so as to protrude toward the inner side surface (right side in the drawing). On the other hand, side frames f2 are provided at the end portions of the left and right wall surfaces 9L, 9R. The frame f2 has a concave portion 35 with a U-shape opened to the left in the drawing as viewed from the front to open a gap. And a U-shaped member having a U-shaped front side end opened is attached. The edge of the frame f1 is inserted into the gap, and the pin 34 is inserted into the recess 35 of the side frame f2 from above, and the legs of the front and rear wall surfaces 10F and 10R are the simple legs SL and the simple groove SD in the support angle 11N. The front and rear wall surfaces 10F and 10R can be supported and fixed on the support angle 11N. The support angle 11N is shown as an example using the same support angle as the left and right support angles 11S. In this case, the guide member 29 simply functions as a wall surface. The front and rear wall surfaces 10F and 10R can be removed simply by pulling upward. Assembly and removal are easy and can be fixed securely. As described above, the mounting structure shown in FIG. 2 is assembled in such a manner that the frames f1 and f2 having a U-shaped cross section are engaged with each other, so there is no direct gap between the inside and outside of the wall surface, and the safety of the luggage stored inside Can be achieved.

Regarding the relationship between the pin 34 and the recess 35, the distance dmm from the top end is 40 mm as the mounting height of the pin 34. This is as small as possible (10 to 50 mm) in relation to the depth of the support angle 11N. Is preferred. It is easy to work because the insertion depth is deep, and the strength is higher due to the moment. The pin 34 is provided in the frame f1 of the U-shaped member, but is not limited thereto. Further, although the frame f2 has a shape for embedding the pin 34, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the pin 34 may be shaped like a bolt and its head only guided in the groove. However, since a simple pin creates a direct gap inside and outside the wall surface, it is necessary to configure so that this kind of gap does not occur.

By constructing the wall surface structure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wall surface bodies 9R and 9L shown in FIG. 1 are assembled first, and then the front and rear wall surface bodies 10F and 10R are assembled to form a two-to-four wall surface body. Easy and quick assembly. In the present invention, the left and right wall surfaces 9R and 9L are also referred to as a pre-assembled portion, and the front and rear wall surfaces 10F and 10R are also referred to as a rear assembled portion.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the state where the roll 2 is removed, the roll support plate 8 can be turned down, and the wall surface bodies 9 and 10 can be successively placed thereon, covered with a lid 12 from above, and formed into a thin box shape. The body can be integrally formed. In addition, since the misalignment prevention means 13 is provided on the lid 12, they are not displaced from each other even when they are stacked in multiple stages.

Table 1 shows the specifications of the examples.
Figure 2006347617

Next, a usage pattern is demonstrated about the optical roll container 1 of the above structure.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the storage state, a roll support plate 8 (8L, 8R) is turned down in the pallet base 5, and a two-to-four wall surface body 9 (9L, 9R) is placed thereon. 10 (10F, 10R) is placed, and a lid 12 is covered from above. The roll container 1 has an overall height of 280 mm in a stored state, a load capacity before assembly of 10 tons or more, and a load resistance after assembly of 6 tons. Can be transported. Since the upper surface of the lid 12 is provided with the position shift prevention means 13, it will not slip off even if there is some vibration.

Next, at the time of use, the roll container 1 shown in FIG. 8 is disposed at a predetermined position, the lid 12 is opened, the wall surface bodies 9 and 10 are taken out, and the roll support plates 8 (8L and 8R) are raised. Since the hinge member 7 of the roll support plate 8 is provided with the coil spring 23, it can be caused lightly by hand and can be made independent. By rotating the knob 14 and moving the roll support plate 8 on the guide rail 6, the distance can be adjusted according to the roll dimensions. Therefore, in the roll container 1 of this example, the length of the core bar 3 can correspond to various rolls 2 up to 1480 mm.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, after supporting both ends of the roll 2 on the roll support plate 8, the rubber band 25 is attached. This attachment can be easily performed by hooking the metal fitting of the rubber band 25 onto the clasp 24.

Each wall surface body 9 (9R, 9L), 10 (10F, 10R) can be assembled according to the procedure shown in FIG. That is, the side wall surface bodies 9L and 9R are fitted and self-supported according to the procedure shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, and then the front and rear wall surface bodies 10 (10F and 10R) are operated according to the procedure shown in FIG. Install by inserting from above. Since both are light panels with a weight of about 2 to 5 kg, they can be assembled easily. In addition, in this state, the projections and their regulating surfaces 28 and 33 shown in FIG.

After assembling all the wall surfaces 9 and 10, the lid 12 is put on, the lid is locked with the hook-and-loop fastener 36, and packing is completed. Since the roll weight reaches 800 kg, the total weight may be around 1 ton, but the pallet base 5 is made of iron, and the box-shaped body has a load capacity of 6 tons. Five levels can be stacked. Since it is made of resin, it is resistant to wind and rain and does not decrease in strength when placed outdoors.

When the optical film roll 2 is conveyed in the state shown in FIG. 4 and arrives at the film processing factory, the load is unloaded, the lid 12 is opened at a predetermined position, and the front and rear wall bodies 10F are reversely shown in FIG. 10R is lifted upward by about 100 mm, and the pin 35 is pulled out and removed, then the side wall surface bodies 9L and 9R are pulled out and pulled up to remove the wall surface bodies 9 and 10 and the rubber band 25 is removed. The core rod 3 can be lifted with a wire or the like using a forklift or the like and carried to a desired position. At this time, since both ends of the core rod 3 are opened to the left and right, it is possible to bring the claws of the wide forklift from the lateral direction. That is, the lift specification can be designed freely and can be handled safely. There is no risk of scratching the film when it is wired. A special fitting member for the core rod 3 can be provided on the claw of the forklift and can be locked for safe transportation. In this case, it can support stably, without using a wire.

The roll container of the optical film of the present invention was conceived as a full-fledged roll container that can be used exclusively for the optical film, but it is of course applicable to film rolls other than the optical film. Moreover, it can be set as the box-shaped container which supports and conveys loads other than a roll by changing the roll support plate 8 into various support structures.

Although the box-shaped container of the present invention is shown as an example of a 1500 mm length by taking a roll container as an example, the box-shaped container can be manufactured even if the size of the box-shaped container is short or longer. In addition, although an example in which a pair of roll support plates 8R and 8L are provided on a pair of guide rails is shown, two parallel guide rails are provided, and a pair of roll support plates 8R and 8L are provided, respectively.
