Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a user information search system, a search method, a computer program, and a recording medium for the program in a network system in which users mutually search each other's information, such as a social network service or a job information site. is there.
User information on a network system that enables users to search and communicate with each other about user information provided by users, such as searching for friends on social network services and job search on job information sites There is a search system. In this user information retrieval system, a user registers user information according to a format determined by the system, and the search condition specified by the searcher is specified from a database or binary file on the server where the registration information is stored. The matching user information is detected and the detection result is provided to the searcher. Fig. 14 shows an example of a user information registration screen. In this figure, there are five user information items: name, gender, age, region, and hobby. Gender, age, and region can be selected from each option, and the name and hobby are registered in free format. Yes. Fig. 15 shows an example of the search result screen. In this figure, “gender = male AND (logical product) age = 20s” is specified as the search condition, and the
The important point in such a user information search system is that the final purpose of the search is to establish useful communication between the searcher (searcher) and the searcher (searchee). This means that the search results provided to the searcher must be useful to the searchee. For example, when the user A finds the user B who has registered the desired user information by the search, if the user A is not the other party that the user B wants to communicate with, a good search result is obtained. Is hard to say. However, in the conventional search system, only the search condition specified by the searcher and the user information of the searchee are collated, so the intention of the searchee is not reflected in the search of the searcher, and as a result There was a possibility that a lot of useless search results that the searcher did not want were provided.
As an improvement plan for such a situation, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-316708, the search target person is designated in advance as a search condition (search target condition). The idea was to provide user information. FIG. 16 shows an example of a search method when a search target condition is specified. First, the user information is collated under the search condition “gender = male AND age = 20s” specified by the
However, in the conventional search system, the search result is provided only to the searcher side. Therefore, the searchee side cannot grasp what kind of search result is brought to the searcher side by the specified search target condition. In such a method, the search target side cannot determine whether the specified search condition is appropriate. For example, the spelling of the searched word or subtle difference in words, or the combination conditional expression (logical AND / logical OR / negative NOT condition, etc.) of each search phrase is too strict, so that other users cannot search at all. Even if it is, the search target side does not know the state. Even if search results are made public, the number of search results is enormous, making it difficult to read through all search results, and may result in infringement of user privacy and result in the use of the system being distant. There is also. Even if only the search result that matches the search condition specified by the searcher is provided to the search target person, such a mismatch as described above cannot be detected. In addition, while the searcher side finds an appropriate search condition by performing multiple searches while changing the search condition, the search target condition on the searchee side cannot perform such trial and error. It is very difficult to specify conditions. If you miss the chance to search because you couldn't specify the appropriate search condition, you might not be able to search again, even if you specified an appropriate search condition.
For this reason, in the conventional search system, it is necessary to scrutinize the search result by the user himself / herself after the search condition is relatively relaxed and widely searched, and the search system cannot play a sufficient role. In order to solve this problem by using the search condition specification function, for example, it is possible to specify multiple search conditions, or to specify the importance of each search word to the search target and to provide the search result to the searcher side. It is necessary to take a method of ranking by importance and changing the output position according to the ranking. However, it is very difficult to specify such advanced conditional expressions in search conditions that cannot be trial and error, and the search conditions change from moment to moment depending on the situation and emotions of the person being searched. If the conditions must be changed by the user himself, it will be a heavy work for the user. In particular, as the number of users and registered information items increase as the system scale increases, this problem becomes more prominent. For example, as the number of users increases, the number of users that match the search increases, so in order to find important user information early, each user must narrow down the search criteria and reduce the number of search results. Effort must be made. In addition, as the number of registered information items increases, the number of factors in the combination of search terms increases, and it becomes more difficult to assemble the conditional expressions for the search conditions.
In addition, the user information in the search system for such communication is mainly the user's own profile, and the user's search purpose is mainly searching for people, but there is no information to be searched in the user information item. In some cases, it was difficult to search. For example, if there is a user information item in FIG. 14 and there is a searcher who wants to start a business with a person who lives in the Kanto region, the user who lives in the Kanto region is found by the search, but he wants to start a business. Users who are not found.
Even if the user has already fulfilled the original purpose and has finished using the system, the user information registered by himself / herself is left as it is. The search results will be provided to the searcher. As described above, the conventional user information search system cannot sufficiently reflect the intention and state of the search target person in the search result without imposing a burden on the user, and cannot play a sufficient role as a search system. It was.
In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to realize a search method that reflects the searchee's intention in the search results provided to the searcher without increasing the load on the user. By the way, the user of the system always searches for user information of other users according to the purpose of use. In other words, since the search target is also a searcher and the search target has already performed a search in the past like the searcher, it is determined whether or not the searched side is the search target of the searched side based on this search history By doing so, more useful search results can be obtained. To implement this search method, search history information such as search terms specified when a user searches in the past, combination conditional expressions of each search term, search date and time, and the number of search results are stored in the system. When a user is searched, a past search condition is referred to from the user's search history, and it is verified whether or not this search condition matches the user information on the searching side. If the matching results match, the search conditions of both the searcher and the search target are satisfied, and the user information held by this search target can be regarded as useful information. If the matching results do not match, it can be determined that the importance is lower than the matched user information. Therefore, the importance of the search result is displayed to the searcher by displaying it in a place that is less visible than the matched user information. By presenting, user information with high importance can be easily obtained from the many search results provided. As a result, the user can obtain highly accurate search results that reflect the searchee's intentions simply by performing a search.
In the conventional search method, the search condition specified by the searcher was only checked against the user information registered in the system. However, the search condition specified by the searcher and the search target were specified in the past. Users with the same search purpose can be detected by matching with the search conditions. For example, if you search with the search term “I want to start a business”, I can detect other users who have also searched with the search term “I want to start a business”, so I can search regardless of the user information item. It can be performed.
In addition, when referring to the search history of the search target person, the intention of the search target person can be more reflected in the search result by analyzing the accumulated past search conditions. For example, it can be seen that frequently used search terms are important search factors for the user, and that the newly specified search terms represent the current user's search purpose more prominently than the old specified terms. Since it can be said, importance can be judged based on these. In addition, a strict search condition that frequently uses logical product or negation, or a search condition in which the corresponding user information is small as a result of the search is a sufficiently narrowed search, and the user information that matches this is more for the user. Since it can be said that it is important, the importance can be judged based on these.
In addition, users with a high number of searches are more willing to communicate more actively than users with a low number of searches, and it can be determined that the user information of the user is more important. It is determined that a user whose old search date is too old in terms of purpose is a user who has little intention to communicate or has already found a user who has already made useful communication, and the user information of the user is important. It can be judged that it is not.
By determining the importance of the search results using the judgment means as described above, and outputting the search results based on this, the search conditions for both the searcher and the search target are satisfied, which is extremely effective for the purpose of the system. Search results can be provided without requiring new work by the user.
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of the overall configuration of a search system according to the present invention. The system includes a
FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the search system according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Using this figure, the flow in which a user registers user information in the
Next, referring to FIG. 2, a flow in which a user inputs a search condition using the
The user
"
Importance calculation value a = number of matches between searcher's user information and search target's search condition / search target search count
Returning the explanation to Fig. 2, the flow of displaying the search results will be explained. The user information and importance calculation values held in the search result storage unit 24 are transmitted to the

Since the frequently used search terms are considered to be more important to the search target, the search term usage
The search condition refinement degree calculation unit 38 obtains the refinement degree of past search conditions of the search target person by “
"
Narrowing degree = (number of logical product operators in the search condition + number of negation operators in the search condition) / number of user information items
Since a search condition that matches a search that has a strict search condition expression is considered to be more important for the search target person, the search condition refinement degree calculation unit 38 selects the highest refinement degree among the search conditions that match the bidirectional search condition matching. Is the importance calculation value c. For example, when the search history of the search target person is FIG. 4, the narrowing degree of each search condition becomes the narrowing degree 45 of FIG. 12, and when the search person is the
The search latest degree calculation unit 39 obtains the latest degree of the search condition of the search target person, that is, the newness of the search based on how much time has passed from the date of the search to the present. Figure 13 shows an example of the latest degree of allocation based on elapsed time. Since the search condition that matches the new search is considered to be more important for the search target, the search update degree calculation unit 39 sets the update degree that has the highest value among the search conditions that match the bidirectional search condition matching as the importance calculation value. Let d. For example, when the search history of the search target person is FIG. 4, the latest level of each search condition is as shown in the latest level 46 of FIG. 12, and when the search person is the
The search condition
"
Appropriateness = 1- (number of search results for the search condition / total number of users)
Since it is considered that the search condition with a smaller number of search results is a moderately narrowed search, the search condition
The
"
Usage = Number of search trial days in the last 30 days / 30
Since the search target person with a larger number of searches is considered to be more important for the searcher, the
Based on the importance calculation values a to f, the user information
"
Importance calculation value = r1a + r2b + r3c + r4d + r5e + r6f
Here, r1 to r6 are the effective coefficients of each importance calculation value. By specifying the effective coefficient, it is possible to adjust which importance calculation value is to be emphasized. These effective coefficients can be specified by system administrators and users, etc., so that it is possible to judge the degree of importance in detail. In addition, since the search target, the latest level, and the appropriateness can be calculated when the search target person performs a search, the values calculated during the search by the search target person are stored in the search
