In recent years, various types of fuel cell power generation systems such as solid polymer type, phosphoric acid type, molten carbonate type, and solid electrolyte type have been proposed as next-generation energy. In particular, the solid oxide fuel cell system has advantages such as high operating temperature, high power generation efficiency, and utilization of exhaust heat, and research and development are being promoted.
Conventionally, as a solid oxide fuel cell system, one end of a fuel cell is erected on a top plate of a fuel gas case, and one cell stack composed of a plurality of fuel cells is provided on the fuel gas case. There is known a fuel cell assembly in which a reformer is provided above (see Patent Document 1).
However, in a conventional fuel cell assembly, there is a risk that a power generation unit including a cell stack, a reformer, a fuel gas case, etc. may be damaged due to vibration or inclination when transported from an assembly manufacturing factory to a place where the fuel cell assembly is actually operated. There was sex.
That is, in a conventional fuel cell assembly, a power generation unit including a cell stack disposed in a housing and electrically connecting a plurality of fuel cells is held and fixed in a sufficiently rigid state. In the fuel cell assembly of the present invention, since the cell stack can be held and fixed in the housing, it is possible to prevent damage to the cell stack or the like due to vibration of the cell stack in the housing or displacement of the cell stack during transportation.
In the fuel cell assembly of the present invention, since the gas case is housed in the recess of the holding member disposed on the inner bottom surface of the housing, the gas case can be firmly held and fixed on the inner bottom surface of the housing. Sometimes it is possible to prevent the cell stack from being damaged due to the movement of the gas case, vibration, or the like.
Furthermore, in the fuel cell assembly of the present invention, since a plurality of reformers are connected and fixed, it is possible to prevent damage to the gas supply system due to movement, vibration, etc. of the reformers during transportation.

The low-temperature
As shown in FIG. 2, the low temperature

Similarly, the three
A
An
Four
A
The
On the upper wall of the
The
A current collecting
More specifically about the
In order to manufacture the
The
The
The
Although the
The current collecting
In the fuel cell assembly of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6, a block-shaped holding
By arranging the holding
Furthermore, the holding
Further, by interposing the block-shaped holding
Further,
In addition, a space is formed between the holding
The material of the holding
By configuring the holding
As an example of the ceramic heat insulating material, a porous molded body of ceramics containing components such as silica, alumina, magnesia, zirconia, or a mixed component thereof, and short fibers or long fiber materials of these materials were formed. Although there is a molded heat insulating material or the like, a suitable one may be selected in consideration of the shape of the holding
Moreover, the holding

Continuing the description with reference to FIG. 3, the
The fuel
The to-be-reformed
In the illustrated embodiment, the
Referring to FIG. 3, the

Fuel gas and air that have flown upward from the
The combustion gas generated in the power generation /
Further, when the combustion gas is caused to flow in the
On the other hand, air is supplied to the
During normal operation, air preheated by the
In the present invention, since a plurality of

For example, although the present invention has been described in connection with a fuel cell assembly with
In the above embodiment, the case where air is supplied to the outer surface of the
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, air is supplied between the
