Abstract
【解決手段】 空調システム(1)に、冷媒回路を備えて主に室内の顕熱負荷を処理する空調装置(20)と、吸着部材(32,33)を備えて主に室内の潜熱負荷を処理する調湿装置(30)とを設け、複数のデマンド制御レベルに応じて、空調装置(20)を構成する冷媒回路の蒸発温度を制御しながら、調湿装置(30)による室内の湿度の調節を行う。

Description
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、室内の顕熱負荷と潜熱負荷を空調装置(20)と調湿装置(30)で別々に処理するシステムにおいて、デマンド制御中には、基本的に、冷媒回路の蒸発温度を制御することで使用電力量を抑えるようにしている。そして、このときにも室内の潜熱負荷の処理は調湿装置(30)により継続することができる。したがって、室内の温度は上昇しても湿度の上昇を抑えることができるため、図3の表に示すように、デマンド制御中の快適性が低下するのを抑えることができる。
上記実施形態については、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 複数の空調負荷の合計使用電力量を制御するデマンド制御装置(10)を備えた空調システムであって、
冷媒回路を備えて主に室内の顕熱負荷を処理する空調装置(20)と、吸着部材(32,33)を備えて主に室内の潜熱負荷を処理する調湿装置(30)とを備え、
上記デマンド制御装置(10)は、複数のデマンド制御レベルに応じて、空調装置(20)を構成する冷媒回路の蒸発温度を制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1において、
デマンド制御装置(10)は、デマンド制御レベルが高くなるほど空調装置(20)の能力を低下させる制御を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1または2において、
デマンド制御装置(10)は、デマンド制御中に、設定温度または室内温度に基づいて、所定の相対湿度が得られるように調湿装置(30)の運転制御を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1から3の何れか1つにおいて、
デマンド制御装置(10)は、デマンド制御レベルが最大レベルになると、空調装置(20)をサーモオフ運転モードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1から4の何れか1つにおいて、
調湿装置(30)が換気運転モードの可能な調湿装置(30)により構成され、
デマンド制御装置(10)は、デマンド制御レベルが最大レベルになると、調湿装置(30)を換気運転モードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1から5の何れか1つにおいて、
調湿装置(30)は、表面に吸着剤が担持された第1吸着熱交換器(32)及び第2吸着熱交換器(33)を有する冷媒回路と、室外空気が室内へ向かう第1の空気通路と、室内空気が室外へ向かう第2の空気通路とを備え、
上記冷媒回路は、第1吸着熱交換器(32)が蒸発器となり、第2吸着熱交換器(33)が凝縮器となる第1の冷媒流通状態と、第2吸着熱交換器(33)が蒸発器となり、第1吸着熱交換器(32)が凝縮器となる第2の冷媒流通状態とを切り換え可能に構成され、
上記両空気通路は、室外から室内へ向かう空気が第1吸着熱交換器(32)を通り、室内から室外へ向かう空気が第2吸着熱交換器(33)を通る第1の空気流通状態と、室外から室内へ向かう空気が第2吸着熱交換器(33)を通り、室内から室外へ向かう空気が第1吸着熱交換器(32)を通る第2の空気流通状態とを切り換え可能に構成されていることを特徴とする空調システム。
