Claims (11)
- 第1の電極板、第2の電極板、及び当該第1の電極板と第2の電極板との間に挟まれたセパレータがゼリーロール状に巻き取られて形成される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体を仕上げるキャップ組立体と、
前記第1の電極板と前記第2の電極板とが電気的に短絡することを防止する短絡防止部材と、を含む二次電池。 - 前記短絡防止部材は、前記電極組立体の外面を取り囲むように設けられ、当該電極組立体の巻取状態を保持する固定テープと一体的に形成された電極板支持部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の電極板の幅は、前記第2の電極板の幅よりも前記筐体の開口部側に広く形成され、
前記電極板支持部材は、前記固定テープが、前記開口部側に、前記第1の電極板以上のレベルに延長されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1の電極板の幅は、前記第2の電極板の幅よりも前記筐体の底部側に広く形成され、
前記電極板支持部材は、前記固定テープが、前記底部側に、前記第1の電極板以上のレベルに延長されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1の電極板の幅は、前記第2の電極板の幅よりも前記筐体の開口部側及び底部側の両方に広く形成され、
前記電極板支持部材は、前記固定テープが、前記開口部側及び底部側の両方に、前記第1の電極板以上のレベルに延長されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極板支持部材は、前記セパレータと等しい幅を有するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の電極板は、負極板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記筐体は、円筒形の缶で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記筐体は、角形の缶で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記固定テープは、PETまたはPP材質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記固定テープの厚さは、20〜25μm以上に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
