Description

The present invention relates to a watch band and a wristwatch having the band detachably attached to the case.

。   In general, a structure using a spring bar is often used to attach a band to a wristwatch body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the technique of this Patent Document 1, a through hole extending in the width direction is provided in the end piece of the hand, and attachment holes are provided in the forefoot of the trunk formed with a crotch for receiving the end piece. Then, the spring rods having stepped pins urged in the protruding direction by the built-in springs are passed through the through holes of the end pieces, and the stepped pins of the spring rods are attached to the hooks. The band is connected to the trunk by inserting each into the hole. When this connection and its release, that is, when the band is attached to and detached from the body, it is necessary to push the stepped pin against the built-in spring using a dedicated tool such as tweezers.

。   In addition, a technique for attaching a band to a wristwatch body using a screw is also known (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

In this patent document 2, a through-hole is formed in a flange portion protruding from a body, and a screw pipe inserted into the through-hole is fixed to the back surface of an end piece of a band covering the flange portion. A technique is shown in which a screw is screwed from the back surface and a band is detachably screwed to the body. Further, in Patent Document 2, a band insertion groove is formed in the body and a flange portion is projected, a screw hole is formed in the flange portion, and an end piece of the band covering the flange portion is formed on the back surface of the front end portion of the flange portion. A technique is shown in which the end piece is pushed up with a screw that is screwed into a screw hole while being hooked and inserted into the band insertion groove, and the band is detachably screwed to the body.
JP-A-61-154604 (first page, left column, line 18 to page 2, upper left column, line 16, FIG. 2 to FIG. 4) JP-A-62-94103 (2nd page, upper left column, 2nd line to upper right column, 12th line, 2nd page, lower right column, 8th line to 3rd page, upper right column, 8th line, FIGS. 1 to 7) )

The technique of Patent Document 1 that uses a spring bar to connect the band to the trunk is inconvenient because a dedicated tool must be used to attach and detach the band to and from the trunk. In addition, since the stepped pin of the spring bar is always urged in the protruding direction, if the tip of the stepped pin of the spring bar rubs the leg of the barrel when attaching or detaching the band, the barrel is damaged. There is a fear.

In the technique of Patent Document 2 in which a screw is used for connecting a band to a drum, there is no risk of the drum being damaged along with the connection, but the screw used for the connection is much smaller than a general screw, so it is suitable for it. Since a dedicated tool (in this case, a small screwdriver) must be used, the technique of Patent Document 1 is the same in that it is inconvenient to attach and detach the band to and from the trunk.

In addition, connecting parts such as spring bars and screws are removed from the trunk or band when the band is exchanged, and thus may be lost.

As described above, conventionally, a dedicated tool is required for attaching and detaching the band to and from the trunk, and the work is not easy, and there is a risk of losing the connecting parts. For this reason, the conventional technique is not suitable for a case where the user intends to change the band arbitrarily, for example, in order to change the design of the wristwatch.

An object of the present invention is to provide a watch band and a wristwatch that can be easily attached to and detached from the case without using a dedicated tool.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a wristwatch in which a band is detachably connected to a trunk, and a projection provided on one of the end piece of the band and the trunk, and a housing for receiving the projection. An engagement head having a concave portion and a connecting hole communicating with the receiving concave portion and provided with a cylindrical portion provided on the other side of the one side, a push operation surface, and a pair of engagement surfaces that are bent from the operation surface A connecting part that is movable and attached to the convex part and is attached to the convex part by the movement, and the push-in operation surface of the convex part is And a biasing member that biases the connecting component so as to protrude from one surface.

In the wristwatch of the present invention, after the connecting part is once moved so as to be immersed in the convex part against the urging force of the urging member by fitting the accommodating concave part and the convex part of the cylindrical part, this member As the engagement head properly faces the connection hole, the connection component is pushed by the biasing member. As a result, the engagement head enters the connection hole, and the engagement surface is caught by the edge of the connection hole, so that the body and the band can be connected. In this connected state, the pushing operation surface of the engaging head is arranged so as to be pushed from the outside. For this reason, the band can be removed from the trunk by pushing the pushing operation surface with a fingertip or the like and pulling the convex part and the cylindrical part while pushing the connecting part against the urging force of the urging member.

In a preferred embodiment of the wristwatch according to the present invention, the corner of the engagement head formed by the engagement surface located at least on the distal end side of the convex portion and the push operation surface of the pair of engagement surfaces is chamfered. A sloped surface is provided, and a sloped surface chamfered facing the housing recess is provided at the leading edge of the cylindrical portion so as to correspond to the sloped surface.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when the band is connected to the body, the engaging head and the leading edge of the cylindrical portion are caught as the diagonal surface of the corner of the engaging head hits the diagonal surface of the cylindrical portion. Since the connecting component is pushed against the biasing member while preventing the band, the convex portion and the cylindrical portion can be smoothly fitted to connect the band to the trunk.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the engaging head is depressed from the outer surface of the cylindrical portion in which the connecting hole is opened in a connected state in which the convex portion and the cylindrical portion are fitted.

In the embodiment of the present invention, since the engaging head of the connecting member hooked in the connecting hole is depressed from the outer surface of the cylindrical portion, there is no possibility that the engaging head is inadvertently pushed.

Moreover, in the preferable form of this invention, the said connection hole is opened in the back wall of the said cylinder part.

In the embodiment of the present invention, since the connecting hole is closed by the user's arm when the wristwatch is used, there is no possibility that the engaging head is inadvertently pushed from the front side of the wristwatch.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the convex portion is provided with a positioning surface on which the stopper provided on the connecting part hits when the pushing operation surface protrudes from one surface of the convex portion.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when the connecting component is pushed by the biasing force of the biasing member and the engaging head engages with the connecting hole, a noise is generated that the stopper of the connecting component comes into contact with the positioning surface. The user or the like can perceive the completion of the attachment of the band to the trunk.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is provided with a connecting part having a pushing operation surface and an engagement head formed with a pair of engagement surfaces connected to bend from the operation surface. Mounted on a wristwatch that can move to the convex part and prevent it from coming off, and this connecting part is urged by a biasing member so that the push-in operation surface protrudes from one surface of the convex part. A watch band connected to the end piece, the end piece being provided with a receiving recess for receiving the convex portion, and a connecting hole into which the engagement head is inserted and removed from the end piece. Are provided in communication with each other.

In the timepiece band of the present invention, the connecting part is temporarily suspended so as to be immersed in the convex portion against the urging force of the urging member by fitting the accommodating concave portion of the cylindrical portion of the end cap into the convex portion of the case. After the movement, the connecting component is pushed by the biasing member as the engaging head of this member properly faces the connecting hole. As a result, the engagement head enters the connection hole of the cylindrical portion, and the engagement surface is caught by the edge of the connection hole, so that the band can be connected to the trunk. In this connected state, the pushing operation surface of the engagement head is arranged to be pushed from the outside. For this reason, the band can be removed from the trunk by pushing the pushing operation surface with a fingertip or the like and pulling the convex part and the cylindrical part while pushing the connecting part against the urging force of the urging member.

Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is provided in a wristwatch having a cylinder portion having a housing recess and a connecting hole communicating with the housing recess, and is detachably connected to the tube portion. A wristwatch band, comprising: an end piece provided with a convex portion that is received in the housing concave portion; and an engaging head formed with a pushing operation surface and a pair of engaging surfaces that are bent from the operating surface. A connecting part that is movable and attached to the convex part and is attached to the convex part, and the pushing operation surface projects from one surface of the convex part. And a biasing member that biases the connecting component.

In the watch band according to the present invention, the convex portion of the end cap is connected to the accommodating concave portion of the cylindrical portion provided on the case so that the end portion is immersed in the convex portion against the biasing force of the biasing member. After the component is once moved, the connecting component is pushed and moved by the biasing member as the engagement head of this member properly faces the connecting hole.

According to the present invention, the band can be connected to the barrel by a simple operation of fitting the end piece of the band and the convex portion provided on one of the barrels and the cylindrical portion provided on the other side, The band can be removed from the cylinder by a simple operation of pushing the engagement head and separating the convex part and the cylinder part, and no special tool is required for these operations, so the band can be easily attached to and detached from the cylinder. Can provide a wristwatch.

According to the present invention, the band can be connected to the cylinder by a simple operation of fitting the cylindrical part provided on the end piece of the band to the convex part provided on the cylinder, while pushing the engagement head in the connection hole. The band can be removed from the case by a simple operation of pulling the tube part away from the convex part, and since a dedicated tool is not required for these operations, a watch band that can be easily attached to and detached from the case can be provided.

According to the present invention, the band can be connected to the cylinder by a simple operation of fitting the convex part provided on the end piece of the band to the cylindrical part provided on the cylinder, while pushing the engagement head in the connection hole. The band 3 includes an end piece 6 at an end located on the watch exterior assembly 2 side. The end piece 6 is preferably made of metal, but may be made of hard synthetic resin.

Next, a configuration for attaching / detaching the band 3 to / from the trunk 5 will be described.

On the outer peripheral surface of the case 5 of the timepiece exterior assembly 2, convex portions 11 are integrally projected so as to correspond to the 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock sides of the dial. These convex portions 11 can also be referred to as a hook portion or a hook foot and have a rectangular shape extending in the 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock direction of the dial. Although these convex parts 11 have comprised the diagonal shape which descends gradually as it goes to a front-end | tip from a base as a preferable example, such an inclination does not necessarily need to have.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, these convex portions 11 include a first groove 11 a that opens to one surface, for example, the back surface, a second groove 11 b that opens to the other surface, for example, a surface parallel to the back surface, and these. A through hole 11c that communicates the first groove 11a and the second groove 11b is provided. Each of the first groove 11a and the second groove 11b has a rectangular shape, and extends in the 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock direction of the dial. The first groove 11a is larger than the second groove 11b, and the inner surface of the second groove 11b functions as a positioning surface 11d, and one end of a through hole 11c is open to the positioning surface 11d.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a connecting part 12, a locking member 15, and a biasing member 16 are incorporated in each of the convex portions 11.

Specifically, the connecting component 12 is preferably made of metal, and includes a shaft portion 13 and an engagement head 14 provided integrally at one end of the shaft portion 13. The shaft portion 13 has a length extending through the through hole 11c and extending between the first groove 11a and the second groove 11b. In the present embodiment, a plurality of, for example, a pair of through-holes 11c and shaft portions 13 are provided as shown in FIG. 1 so that the connecting component 12 can smoothly translate, but each of them may be single.

The engagement head 14 has a pushing operation surface 14a and a pair of engagement surfaces 14b. It is preferable that the pushing operation surface 14a is formed by a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the shaft portion 13 and has an area that can be pushed by a fingernail of a user's finger. In this embodiment, the pushing operation surface 14a has a rectangular shape extending in the 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock direction of the dial, but may be a rhombus or an ellipse extending in the same direction.

The pair of engaging surfaces 14b are parallel to the shaft portion 13, and are formed so as to be bent from the pushing operation surface 14a. A chamfered oblique surface 14c is provided at each corner of the engagement head 14 formed by the engagement surface 14b and the pushing operation surface 14a. Therefore, the pushing operation surface 14a and the pair of engaging surfaces 14b are connected via the inclined surface 14c. The oblique surface 14c may be provided only over the engaging surface 14b located on the tip side of the convex portion 11 and the pushing operation surface 14a. The inclined surface 14c is formed as a slope or an arc surface.

The total length of the engagement head 14, that is, the dimension from the pushing operation surface 14a to the tip surface of the shaft portion 13, is a distance between two parallel surfaces of the convex portion 11 such as the front and back surfaces (in other words, slightly smaller than the thickness of the convex portion 11). The connecting component 12 having the engagement head 14 is inserted into the projection 11 by accommodating the engagement head 14 in the first groove 11a while penetrating the shaft portion 13 through the through hole 11c. The side surface of the through-hole 11c and the 1st groove | channel 11a is provided so that a movement in the thickness direction of the convex part 11 is made into a guide.

A stopper 15 is attached to the tip of the shaft 13 located in the second groove 11b. The stopper 15 is formed by a retaining ring connected to the shaft portion 15. However, instead of this, a screw having a head having a diameter larger than that of the shaft may be screwed into the end surface of the shaft portion 13 to prevent the screw from coming off. This detachment stop 15 can be contacted and separated from the positioning surface 11d. The stopper 15 and the protrusion 11 are preferably made of metal in order to clearly obtain a hitting sound on the positioning surface 11d.

For example, a coil spring is used for the urging member 16. A plate spring can be used as the urging member 16 in place of the coil spring. In this case, it is preferable at the point which can ensure the movement stroke of the connection component 12 more largely. The urging member 16 is assembled in a compressed state such that the urging member 16 is wound around the shaft portion 13 with both ends being in contact with the back surface of the engagement head 14 and the back surface of the first groove 11a. The connecting component 12 is urged by the urging member 16 so that the portion of the engagement head 14 on the side of the pressing operation surface 14a protrudes from the back surface, which is one surface of the convex portion 11, thereby causing the engagement head 14 to be convex. Pushing in the surface direction of the part 11 is possible.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the stopper 15 hits the positioning surface 11d and the connecting component 12 is prevented from coming off, and the portion of the engaging surface 14b on the pushing operation surface 14a side is separated from the second groove 11b. It is designed to protrude. Further, in the state shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the distance H1 between the tip surface of the shaft portion 13 and the surface of the convex portion 11, the back surface of the first groove 11a, and the engagement head 14 facing this. The relationship with the distance H2 between the rear side end face is set to H2 ≦ H1.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the end piece 6 is provided with a cylindrical portion 17, and the cylindrical concave portion 18 is provided with an accommodation recess 18 and a connecting hole 19. The housing recess 18 is formed in a size that opens to the distal end surface of the end piece 6 and receives the projection 11 of the barrel 5. The connecting hole 19 is provided open to, for example, the back wall 17 a of the cylindrical portion 17 that defines the housing recess 18, and communicates with the housing recess 18. The connecting hole 19 has a rectangular shape, for example, and is sized to receive the engaging head 14.

As shown in FIG. 4, the relationship between the thickness H3 of the back wall 17a of the cylindrical portion 17 and the protrusion dimension H4 of the engagement head 14 from the convex portion 11 is set to H3 ≧ H4. In the present embodiment, the relationship of H3> H4 is set. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2, the engagement head 14 is depressed with respect to the outer surface of the cylinder part 17 in which the connection hole 19 is opened in a connected state in which the convex part 11 and the cylinder part 17 are fitted. It has become. At the front edge of the back wall 17a in which the connection hole 19 is opened, a beveled surface 17b chamfered facing the housing recess 18 is provided. The oblique surface 17b is formed as an inclined surface or an arc surface.

In order to connect the band 3 to the case 5 of the watch exterior assembly 2, as shown in FIG. 4, the cylindrical part 17 is formed as a convex part with the open surface of the cylindrical part 17 of the band 3 facing the convex part 11 of the case 5. 11 may be fitted.

Thereby, first, the oblique surface 17b of the cylindrical portion 17 is in contact with the oblique surface 14c of the engagement head 14 located on the tip side of the convex portion 11. For this reason, the engaging head 14 of the connecting part 12 and the tip end surface of the cylindrical part 17 are not caught, and the connecting part 12 smoothly resists the biasing force of the biasing member 16 in the upper surface direction of the convex part 11. Since it is pushed in, the fitting of the cylinder part 17 with respect to the convex part 11 can be deepened.

As the fitting progresses, the convex portion 11 relatively reaches the back of the cylindrical portion 17 through the state shown in FIG. 3, and the engaging head 14 faces the connecting hole 19 at this time. The connecting component 12 is moved by the urging force of the urging member 16. Thereby, the engaging head 14 protruding from the back surface of the convex portion 11 is fitted into the connecting hole 19 as shown in FIG. 2, and the engaging surface 14 b of the engaging head 14 is formed at the edge of the connecting hole 19. The band 3 is attached to the trunk 5. In the above-described attachment of the band 3, the cylindrical portion 17 of the band 3 may be fitted to the convex portion 11 while pushing the engagement head 14 with fingers.

According to such a band 3 mounting operation, a simple operation of fitting the cylindrical portion 17 provided on the end piece 6 of the band 3 to the convex portion 11 provided on the barrel 5, without requiring a special tool, The band 3 can be connected to the trunk 5.

Moreover, in this connection, when the engagement head 14 is engaged with the connection hole 19 by the urging force of the urging member 16, as described above, the disengagement fixed to the connection component 12 on the positioning surface 11d of the second groove 11b. Since the stop 15 comes into contact, the user or the like can perceive the completion of the attachment of the band 3 to the body 5 by the sound produced by the stop 15.

Since the connecting hole 19 opened in the back wall 17a of the cylindrical portion 17 is closed by the user's arm when the wristwatch 1 is used, the engagement head 14 is inadvertently caught in the connecting hole 19 from the front side of the wristwatch 1. There is no possibility that the engaging head 14 will be pushed by hitting the article. In addition, in the state where the band 3 is connected to the body 5, the engagement head 14 is depressed from the outer surface of the back wall 17 a of the cylindrical portion 17 in which the connection hole 19 is opened as shown in FIG. 2. For this reason, there is no possibility that the engaging head 14 is inadvertently pushed when the wristwatch 1 is used. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the connection component 12 was covered and covered with the front wall 17c of the cylinder part 17, it is preferable on the external appearance.

In order to remove the band 3 from the body 5 in exchange of the band 3 or the like, first, the pushing operation surface 14a of the engaging head 14 is pushed into the connecting hole 19 with a fingertip or the like to attach the connecting component 12 to the biasing member 16. What is necessary is just to pull apart the convex part 11 and the cylinder part 7, pushing against a force. Thereby, the state shown in FIG. 3 can be obtained from the state shown in FIG. 2, and the band 3 can be removed from the trunk 5 as shown in FIG.

According to such a removal work of the band 3, it is a simple work of pulling away the convex portion 11 and the cylindrical portion 17 while pushing the engagement head 14 in the connecting hole 19. Band 3 can be removed.

Therefore, the wristwatch 1 having the above-described structure has good assembling workability, and the user can easily attach and detach the band 3 to and from the trunk 5. Thereby, when a user prepares and arranges a plurality of bands 3 having different designs including the end piece 6 having the cylindrical portion 17, the band 3 can be easily replaced with a desired band 3 according to the procedure described above. Thus, the wristwatch 1 can be used with a design change.

Further, in both the connected state of the band 3 (see FIG. 2) and the state in which the band 3 is separated from the trunk 5 (see FIG. 4), the connecting component 12 is urged by the urging member 16 and is detached. The stopper 15 is caught on the positioning surface 11d. For this reason, even when the band 3 is connected to the body 5 or when the band 3 is removed from the body 5, there is a possibility that the connecting component 12 may be detached from the convex portion 11 and lost due to the urging force of the urging member 16. Absent.

A second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 5 will be described. Since the second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted. Hereinafter, matters different from the first embodiment are described. To do.

In the second embodiment, the first groove 11 a is provided open on the back surface of the convex portion 11, and the second groove 11 b is provided open on the surface of the convex portion 11. In accordance with this, the connecting component 12 is attached to the convex portion 11 in an upside down posture from the state shown in the first embodiment. The connecting component 12 is urged by the urging member 16 so that a portion of the engaging head 14 on the side of the pressing operation surface 14 a protrudes from the surface of the convex portion 11. Further, the connection hole 19 of the end piece 6 is opened in the front wall 17c of the cylindrical portion 17, and a slanted surface 17b is formed at the tip edge of the front wall 17c. Except for the matters described above, the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment.

Therefore, also in the second embodiment, the same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained to solve the problem of the present invention. In addition, in the second embodiment, since the engagement head 14 of the connecting part 12 is visually recognized, by giving the connecting part 12 a color different from that of the body 5 and the end piece 6 of the band 3, The joint head 14 can accentuate the design of the wristwatch 1.

A third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 will be described. Since the third embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted. Hereinafter, matters different from the first embodiment are described. To do.

In the third embodiment, a cylindrical portion 17 is provided so as to protrude from the case 5 of the timepiece exterior assembly 2, and a connecting hole 19 and a slanted surface 17 b are provided in a back wall 17 a of the cylindrical portion 17. Accordingly, the end piece 6 of the band 3 is provided with a first groove 11a, a second groove 11b, a through hole 11c, and a positioning surface 11d. Further, a convex portion 11 is provided on the end piece 6 of the band 3, and a connecting component 12, a biasing member 16 for biasing the connecting component 12, and a retaining member 15 for the connecting component 12 are incorporated in the convex portion 11. ing. In the third embodiment, the first groove 11a and the second groove 11b are provided together with the connecting component 12 in the reverse manner to the state shown in FIG. 7, and the connecting hole 19 and the oblique surface 17b are accordingly provided. Can also be provided on the front wall 17c of the cylindrical portion 17. Except for the matters described above, the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment.

Therefore, also in the third embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained to solve the problem of the present invention.
