Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a laminated tube container, and more particularly, to a laminated tube container having both high-grade appearance characteristics, excellent gas barrier properties, and contents preservability.
However, the proposed laminated tube container has a polyethylene resin odor due to the use of polyethylene resin on the inner surface where the contents come into contact. There are disadvantages such as the fact that physical components are adsorbed in the polyethylene resin on the inner surface and the quality deteriorates. In addition, since it does not possess special appearance characteristics, it is not suitable for packaging applications such as high-grade cosmetics that require differentiation from other products.
An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated tube container that has excellent design properties and gas barrier properties, has little container odor, and has little component transfer to the contents and adsorption of the contents components.

<Evaluation>
Example 1 and 2 of the present invention and the comparative laminate tube container of Example 3 were subjected to the following evaluation methods for the presence or absence of odor on the inner surface of the laminate tube container for comparison and the presence or absence of component transfer to the contents, and gas barrier properties. evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1.
(1) Evaluation method of odor on the inner surface Prepare a specimen that seals the opening on the opposite side of the head of each laminate tube container that was created, and check the presence of resin odor on the inner surface from the opening on the head side of the specimen. Sensory evaluation was performed.
(2) Evaluation method of component transfer to contents Prepare a specimen in which the opening on the opposite side of the head of each laminated tube container was sealed, and fill the specimen with distilled water and seal it at room temperature. The samples were stored for a day, and the taste of distilled water in the samples after storage was evaluated.
