Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt free from imposing a burden on the shoulders when fixing a belt part of slacks to a part above the waist, and unviewed from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This belt is fixed by winding around the waist of a human body directly (or a waist part on an underwear), and lifted from the inside through clipping the ends of slacks with clip type stop metal fittings attached on the upper parts of supports projecting above the belt.
