Claims (9)
- 円錐状の弁座(8)及びこの弁座(8)の中心部を貫通する弁孔(7)を有する弁座部材(3)と,弁座(8)と協働して弁孔(7)を開閉する弁体(18)と,弁孔(7)から半径方向外方にずれて配置される複数の燃料噴孔(11)を有して弁座部材(3)に接合されるインジェクタプレート(10)とを備えてなり,前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間には前記弁孔(7)及び燃料噴孔(11)間を連通する拡散室(39)を設けた燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間に,前記弁孔(7)より大径で前記燃料噴孔(11)の内端が開口する環状の前記拡散室(39)を形成し,前記弁座(8)を通過した燃料を前記弁孔(7)内で反転させて前記拡散室(39)に誘導する複数の燃料通路(42a,42b)を前記弁孔(7)内に複数配置したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記環状の拡散室(39)の外周壁を弁座部材(3)で構成すると共に,その内周壁を,前記弁孔(7)に臨むように前記インジェクタプレート(10)に連設される燃料誘導部材(40)で構成し,この燃料誘導部材(40)に前記複数の燃料通路(42a,42b)を形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記燃料通路を,前記燃料誘導部材(40)の外周に設けた切欠き部(42a,42b)で構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記円錐状の弁座(8)の母線の延長線(L)が前記切欠き部(42a,42b)の内面に交差するように,該弁座(8)及び該切欠き部(42a,42b)を配置したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁座(8)の有効直径をD1,前記弁孔(7)の直径をD2としたとき,
1<D1/D2≦1.5
となるように,前記D1及びD2を設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2〜5の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記燃料誘導部材(40)を前記弁孔(7)に嵌入したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2〜6の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記拡散室(39)の高さをH1,前記燃料誘導部材(40)の厚みをH2としたとき,
H2/H1≧1.5
となるように,前記H1及びH2を設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項6又は7記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁孔(7)に臨む前記燃料誘導部材(40)の端面(40a)を,前記弁孔(7)に臨む前記弁体(18)の端面(16a)に沿うように形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2〜8の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記燃料誘導部材(40)をプレス製とし,これを前記インジェクタプレート(10)に,該インジェクタプレートの外面側からのレーザによるスポット溶接により接合したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
