Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an automobile and a control method thereof.
By the way, when changing the distribution ratio of the power output to the front wheel side and the power output to the rear wheel side, if the change is made suddenly, a shock may occur in the vehicle. It is desirable to do so. On the other hand, if the distribution ratio is always changed gradually, a shock may occur on the vehicle. For example, in the above-described automobile, negative power is output to both the front wheel side and the rear wheel side by performing regenerative control of the first electric motor and the second electric motor as the sign of the required power changes from negative to positive. If the power distribution ratio is changed slowly when switching from a normal state to a state where positive power is output only to the front wheel side, the distribution ratio for the rear wheel side will change even after the sign of the required power changes from negative to positive. Since the motor does not become zero for a while, the second electric motor has a state in which positive power is temporarily output from a state in which negative power is output, and then the operation stops. Such an operation of the second electric motor causes a shock of the vehicle, and measures for this need to be taken.
An object of the present invention is to suppress the occurrence of a shock in a vehicle when changing the distribution ratio of power output from the first and second power output devices.
In order to achieve at least a part of the above object, the automobile of the present invention and the control method thereof employ the following means.

The first power output device is controlled from a state in which the first and second power output devices are controlled to output power from the first and second power output devices with a change in the sign of the set required power. When the distribution ratio is changed so that power is output only from the power supply, the distribution ratio is changed so that the sign of the power output from the second power output device is not changed and the setting is made. And a control means for controlling the first and second power output devices so as to travel with power based on the required power.
In the automobile according to the present invention, when changing the distribution ratio of the power output from the first and second power output devices during normal operation, the distribution ratio is gradually changed and the required power by the operation of the driver is obtained. The first power output device is controlled from the state where the first and second power output devices are controlled so as to travel with the power based on the power and the power is output from the first and second power output devices with a change in the sign of the required power. When the distribution ratio is changed so that the power is output from only the power, the distribution ratio is changed so that the sign of the power output from the second power output device is not changed, and the power based on the required power Since the first and second power output devices are controlled so as to travel according to the vehicle, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from being shocked when the distribution ratio of the power output from the first and second power output devices is changed. It can be. Of course, the vehicle can travel with power based on the required power.
In such an automobile of the present invention, the control means outputs the first power from a state in which the first and second power output devices output negative power with a change from negative to positive of the set required power. When the distribution ratio is changed so that positive power is output only from the power output device, the distribution ratio is changed so that positive power is not output from the second power output device. In addition, the first and second power output devices may be controlled so as to run with power based on the set required power. By so doing, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a shock in the vehicle when the distribution ratio is changed with a change in the required power from negative to positive.
Further, in the automobile of the present invention, the control unit is configured to output the first power output device from a state in which power is output from the first and second power output devices with a change in the sign of the set required power. When the distribution ratio is changed so that power is output only from the second power output device, the second power output is prevented from being output from the second power output device without gradual change of the distribution ratio. The first power output device may be controlled to control the device and to run with power based on the set required power. In this case, the control means controls the second power output device so that power is not output from the second power output device without gradual change of the distribution ratio, and the first power output device. The first power output device can be controlled so that the power output from the power gradually changes toward the set required power. In this way, it is possible to further suppress the occurrence of shock in the vehicle.
Further, in the automobile of the present invention, the first power output device is a device including a first electric motor capable of inputting / outputting power to / from the first axle, and the second power output device is the first power output device. It can also be an apparatus provided with the 2nd electric motor which can input and output motive power to 2 axles. In this case, the first power output device is further connected to an internal combustion engine, an output shaft of the internal combustion engine, and a drive shaft connected to the first axle to input and output electric power and power. It is also possible to use a power motive power input / output means capable of outputting at least part of the motive power from the drive shaft to the drive shaft. Further, in this case, the power driving input / output means is connected to three axes of the output shaft, the drive shaft, and the third shaft of the internal combustion engine, and is used for power input / output to any two of the three shafts. Based on this, it is possible to provide a means comprising three-axis power input / output means for inputting / outputting power to the remaining one shaft and a generator capable of inputting / outputting power to / from the third shaft, The electric power drive input / output means has a first rotor connected to the output shaft of the internal combustion engine and a second rotor connected to the drive shaft, and the first rotor and the second rotor. It is also possible to use a counter-rotor motor that rotates relative to the other rotor by electromagnetic action.

When the drive control routine is executed, the
Subsequently, a process of setting a required torque T * and a required power P * required for the entire vehicle based on the input accelerator opening Acc and the vehicle speed V is performed (step S110). In the embodiment, the required torque T * is obtained in advance by storing the relationship between the accelerator opening Acc, the vehicle speed V, and the required torque T * in the
Then, the rear wheel requested distribution ratio Dr input in step S100 is subjected to the smoothing process according to the following equation (1) to set the rear wheel effective distribution ratio Dr * (step S120), and from the value 1 to the rear The front wheel effective distribution obtained by subjecting the front wheel required distribution ratio (= 1−Dr) obtained by subtracting the wheel required distribution ratio Dr to the smoothing process according to the following equation (2) in which the same time constant as that in equation (1) is determined. The ratio Df * is set (step S130). In this way, the rear wheel required distribution ratio Dr is suddenly changed by performing the smoothing process on the change in the rear wheel required distribution ratio Dr and setting the rear wheel effective distribution ratio Dr * (front wheel effective distribution ratio Df *). Even so, it is possible to prevent the rear wheel effective distribution ratio Dr * (front wheel effective distribution ratio Df *) from changing suddenly. If the output response of torque to the
Dr*=k・前回Dr*+(1-k)・Dr …(1)
Df*=k・前回Df*+(1-k)・(1-Dr) …(2)
Dr * = k ・ Previous Dr * + (1-k) ・ Dr (1)
Df * = k, previous Df * + (1-k), (1-Dr) (2)
When the rear wheel effective distribution ratio Dr * and the front wheel effective distribution ratio Df * are set in this way, whether the required torque T * set in step S110 is larger than 0 or not, the required torque T * previously set in this routine is It is determined whether the value is less than 0, whether the rear wheel required distribution ratio Dr input in step S100 is a
If any of the determinations in step S140 is negative, the
Tf*=Df*×T* …(3)
Tr*=Dr*×T* …(4)
Tf * = Df * × T * (3)
Tr * = Dr * × T * (4)
Then, the engine required power Pe * to be output from the

Tm1 * = previous Tm1 * + k1 (Nm1 * -Nm1) + k2∫ (Nm1 * -Nm1) dt (6)
When the target rotational speed Nm1 * and the torque command Tm1 * of the motor MG1 are thus calculated, the front wheel torque Tf *, the conversion coefficient Gf (the rotational speed of the

Tm3*=Tr*/Gr …(8)
Tm2 * = (Tf * / Gf + Tm1 * / ρ) / Ga (7)
Tm3 * = Tr * / Gr (8)
When the target rotational speed Ne * and target torque Te * of the
When all the determinations in step S140 are positive, the rear wheel execution distribution ratio Dr * is initialized to 0 regardless of the rear wheel execution distribution ratio Dr * set in step S120 (step S150). Using the front wheel effective distribution ratio Df * and the required torque T * set in S130, the front wheel torque Tf * is calculated by the above-described equation (3), and the rear wheel effective distribution ratio Dr * and the required torque are initialized to 0. The rear wheel torque Tr * is calculated by the above-described equation (4) using T * (step S160), the processing after step S170 is performed, and the drive control routine is terminated. As a result, the rear wheel torque Tr * is set to a value of 0, so that the vehicle travels only by the torque output to the

(B) When changing the distribution ratio of the power output from the first and second power output devices during normal operation, the distribution ratio is gradually changed and the vehicle is driven by power based on the set required power. The first and second power output devices are controlled so that the first power output device outputs power from the first and second power output devices with a change in the sign of the set required power. When changing the distribution ratio so that power is output only from the power output device, the change of the distribution ratio is performed so that the sign of the power output from the second power output device is not changed. A method for controlling an automobile, wherein the first and second power output devices are controlled so as to travel with power based on the set required power.
